Abstract
本发明公开了一种加热保温套,涉及加热设备技术领域;它包括设有透明观察窗的环形套筒,所述环形套筒由内环保温层和依次叠设在所述内环保温层外的加热层及外保温层组成;所述加热层为内含导电性液体的袋体,所述袋体内设有温度传感器;在所述外保温层上设有与所述温度传感器电连接的温度显示器和蜂鸣警报器。与现有技术相比,本发明可以解决由于低温输液使患者产生输液反应的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及加热设备技术领域,尤其是一种用于医用输液瓶或导管的加热保温套。
背景技术
在气温较低的天气,尤其是寒冷的冬季,患者在输液时容易感觉四肢冰冷麻木,这是由于输液瓶中的液体温度较低,与患者体内血液温差过大,导致液体进入体内后引起血管收缩所致;并且输液液体温度过低,还会使患者产生其它的输液反应,由于患者本身身体就很虚弱,输入低温液体后,极易产生受凉感冒、四肢乏力、胃部疼痛等症状,严重者甚至会出现凝血障碍,增加出血风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种加热保温套,它可以解决由于低温输液使患者产生输液反应的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种加热保温套,包括设有透明观察窗的环形套筒,所述环形套筒由内环保温层和依次叠设在所述内环保温层外的加热层及外保温层组成;所述加热层为内含导电性液体的袋体,所述袋体内设有温度传感器;在所述外保温层上设有与所述温度传感器电连接的温度显示器和蜂鸣警报器。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述内环保温层和所述外保温层均由双面绒布制成。
进一步的,所述内环保温层和所述外保温层的上下两端均粘合在一起。
进一步的,所述环形套筒于外侧设有网兜,所述网兜上下两端均设有带扣件的拉绳。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本加热保温套的电源线连接电源后,加热元件发热使加热层的导电性液体升温,当温度显示器显示加热层温度升到最高设定值时,断开电源,然后再将输液瓶或导管套入本加热保温套;当加热层温度低于最低设定值时,蜂鸣警报器发出蜂鸣声提示充电加热;这样输液瓶或导管就会一直处于适当的温度范围内,不会造成由于低温输液而使患者产生输液反应的问题。
2、内环保温层和外保温层均由双面绒布制成,并将内环保温层和外保温层的上下两端粘合在一起,可以使加热层的温度保持较长时间并减缓热量流失速度;透明观察窗可以用于观察输液瓶内液体的剩余情况。
3、为了方便移动,在环形套筒外侧设置一个网兜,网兜上下两端均设有带扣件的拉绳,拉绳可以将套装在加热保温套内的输液瓶挂在需要的地方,扣件可以防止输液瓶从套内脱落。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1和图2所示的加热保温套,包括设有透明观察窗6的环形套筒,环形套筒由内环保温层1和依次叠设在内环保温层1外的加热层2及外保温层3组成,制作时,内环保温层1、加热层2和外保温层3均开有长形通孔,并通过压制将内环保温层1、加热层2和外保温层3三层的长形通孔压合;加热层2为内含导电性液体的袋体,袋体内还设有加热元件和温度传感器,加热层2外部设有电源线7与加热元件连接;在外保温层3上设有与温度传感器电连接的温度显示器4和蜂鸣警报器5。内环保温层1和外保温层3均由双面绒布制成,并将内环保温层1和外保温层3的上下两端粘合在一起,可以使加热层的温度保持较长时间并减缓热量流失速度。透明观察窗6由耐高温透明材料制成,并将该透明观察窗6压制在压合的长形通孔即可。
使用时,先将电源线7连接电源,加热元件发热使加热层2的导电性液体升温,当温度显示器4显示加热层2的温度升到最高设定值时,断开电源,然后再将输液瓶或导管套入本加热保温套;当加热层2的温度低于最低设定值时,蜂鸣警报器5发出蜂鸣声提示充电加热,这样输液瓶或导管就会一直处于适当的温度范围内,不会造成由于低温输液而使患者产生输液反应的问题;透明观察窗6可以用于观察输液瓶内液体的剩余情况。
如图3所示,为了方便移动,在环形套筒外侧设置一个网兜8,网兜上下两端均设有带扣件9的拉绳10,拉绳10可以将套装在加热保温套内的输液瓶或导管挂在需要的地方,扣件9可以防止输液瓶或导管从套内脱落。

1.一种加热保温套,其特征在于:包括设有透明观察窗的环形套筒,所述环形套筒由内环保温层和依次叠设在所述内环保温层外的加热层及外保温层组成;所述加热层为内含导电性液体的袋体,所述袋体内设有温度传感器;在所述外保温层上设有与所述温度传感器电连接的温度显示器和蜂鸣警报器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加热保温套,其特征在于:所述内环保温层和所述外保温层均由双面绒布制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的加热保温套,其特征在于:所述内环保温层和所述外保温层的上下两端均粘合在一起。
4.根据权利要求3所述的加热保温套,其特征在于:所述环形套筒于外侧设有网兜,所述网兜上下两端均设有带扣件的拉绳。
