Abstract
本发明涉及一种矿泉乌龙茶饮料的制造方法。其主要特征为将一定量的优质矿泉水加热至82℃,加入0.5%亚硫酸钠稳定剂,搅拌溶解,再加入乌龙茶,保温提取,然后进行三级过滤,再行超高温瞬时灭菌,采用无菌灌装,灌满瓶无气泡,压盖而成。本工艺科学,所用设备简单,投资少,用本方法制得的产品具有乌龙茶的独特风味,并能长期保存。
Description
本发明涉及一种矿泉乌龙茶饮料的制造方法。
茶叶作为饮料在我国已有五千多年的悠久历史。自古以来茶叶都是热沏饮用,优点很多,但不适应室外及旅游等场合饮用,也与现代节奏生活不协调。另外,沏茶对水要求很高,称“水为茶之母”,“精茗蕴香,借水发,无水不可论茶也”讲究“山水上、江水中、井水下,其山水拣乳泉石地慢流者上”以水的成份而言,矿泉水质越优,水越甘甜,沏的茶风味特甘醇厚。但因条件的限制,人们很难有这样的机会。
本发明的目的在于提供一种色、香、味良好、并能长期保存饮用的矿泉乌龙茶饮料的制造方法。
本发明是这样实现的,将一定量的优质矿泉水加热至82℃,加入0.5%亚硫酸钠稳定剂,含量为其重量的0.5%,搅拌溶解,再加入乌龙茶,保温提取,提取茶的水温为60~95℃,提取时间5~60分钟;然后进行三级过滤,第一级过滤清除茶渣,溶液温度降至50℃,进行二级过滤,第三级过滤为除去稀释时的不溶物;再进行超高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度121℃,4~6秒,采用无菌灌装,灌满瓶无气泡,压盖而成。
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细描述。
将矿泉水10000ml加热至82℃,加入0.5%亚硫酸钠50g,搅拌溶解,再加入乌龙茶200g,搅拌均匀,在水温90℃保温提取5分钟,然后进行一级过滤清除茶渣,溶液温度降至50℃,进行二级过滤,再进行三级过滤;再行超高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度121℃,4~6秒,采用无菌灌装,灌装瓶无气泡,最后压盖而成,制得每瓶500ml之产品。
用本方法制得的产品外观色泽金黄色、澄明、透亮,具有乌龙茶的独特风味,其质量稳定,保质期长;本工艺科学,所用设备简单,投资少,适合工业化生产。
Claims (1)
1、一种矿泉乌龙茶饮料的制造方法,其特征在于:
a.将一定量的优质矿泉水加热至82℃,加入0.5%亚硫酸钠稳定剂,含量为占其重量的0.5%,搅拌溶解,再加入乌龙茶,保温提取,提取茶的水温为60~95℃,提取时间5~60分钟;
b.进行三级过滤,第一级过滤清除茶渣,溶液温度降至50℃,然后进行二级过滤,第三级过滤为除去稀释时的不溶物;
c.再进行超高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度121℃,4~6秒,采用无菌灌装,灌满瓶无气泡,压盖而成。
