Abstract
一种聚丙烯胶片胶印版及其制造方法,本发明涉及胶印版纸及其制造方法。由水溶性树脂浆料的制备、涂料色料的制备、版层涂料的制备、涂布工艺及裁切与包装等工序加工而成。本发明使用聚丙烯胶片替代木浆纸基版,即可节省木材资源,又能提高印数5倍以上,利用聚丙烯胶片双面涂布,可双面制版印刷,提高胶版利用率,用水溶性树脂浆料溶剂替代了有机溶剂,解决了有害气体对人体损害和对污染环境问题。聚丙烯胶片胶印版制法简单,成本低廉,是一种理想的胶印版。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶印版纸及其制造方法,具体是以聚丙烯胶片为基版、以水溶性树脂浆料为溶剂制造的胶印版及其制造方法。
背景技术
长期以来,国内外用于轻印刷的氧化锌胶印版纸都是以纸基作版,采用甲苯、二甲苯、甲甲酯、甲丁酯等原料配制成有机溶剂型的胶粘剂,再与氧化锌等配制成涂料,涂覆制成版纸。这种版纸,一是所用溶剂含有对人体有害成份,生产过程中有害气体的的挥发会对操作人员会造成身体上的危害及对周边环境的污染。由于这些有机溶剂易燃易挥发,所以在储存、运输过程中要特别小心。二是纸基版是以木浆为原料制造,随着木材资源的短缺,不仅价格在不断上涨,还加大了木材资源的消耗。三是现有氧化锌版纸都是单面涂层,用户只能使用一次就将版纸扔掉,用户使用成本高。
发明内容
针对上述情况,本发明的目的是提供一种聚丙烯胶片胶印版及其制造方法,以聚丙烯胶片为版基,以水溶性树脂浆料为溶剂,双面涂料涂覆,克服上述氧化锌版纸存在的问题。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。包括树脂浆料的制备、涂料色料的制备、版层涂料的制备、聚丙烯胶片的选用、涂布工艺、裁切与包装六个部分。
1树脂浆料的制备
1.1技术配方
聚乙烯醇(PVA-1799) 13-15kg
净化水 160-170kg
1.2配制方法
在容器(或反应釜)中加入配方量85%-90%的净化水,开始搅动,同时加温,使水温升至25-27℃;然后边搅拌边把PVA直接布撒到旋涡中,不要让PVA浮在表面上,因留在表面上PVA可能结块而不易分散;洗下附着在搅拌叶片和容器壁上的固体料继续搅拌,充分混合至均匀浆;再用蒸汽加热到90-95℃,在此温度下至少搅拌25-30min,使PVA充分溶解。最后将余量净化水加入,边搅拌边冷却至常温,备用。
2涂料色料的制备
2.1色料配方
净化水 68kg
乙醇 3.5-4.0kg
颜料(亚甲蓝或玫瑰红) 0.1-0.2kg
2.2色料的配制
在容器中加入净化水和乙醇,再将颜料投入醇水中充分搅拌,分散均匀,存放24小时以上,使颜料充分溶解,备用。

按照配方,在反应釜中加入树脂浆料,搅拌加温至90-95℃,搅拌时间为30-35min,取出后与净化水、色料一起加到胶体磨中,再将高岺土、硫酸钡、六偏磷酸钠、轻质碳酸钙、氧化锌加入胶体磨中,分散时间2-3小时。视泡沫情况分批加入消泡剂,然后过200目筛,备用。
4聚丙烯胶片的选用
选购厚度为125-135g/m2、宽度为850-950mm的聚丙烯胶片卷料,胶片双面经毛面工艺处理,以满足涂布涂料的工艺要求。
5涂布工艺
涂布采用单涂布头涂布机。在聚丙烯胶片上正反两面涂版层涂料。涂布机行车速度控制为8-10米/秒,车速快慢直接影响涂层的质量;涂布采用0.6的钢丝刮刀(0.6是缠绕刮刀的钢丝直径为0.6毫米),控制涂层的厚度,涂层涂料用量为每平方米7g-8g;涂布机的烘干采用桥式烘箱,通道长20米,干燥温度为100℃-105℃,温度高聚丙烯胶片容易裂版,温度低易脏版。使涂布胶版的含水量为4.5-7%,平滑度达到80s-120s;比重为1.2-1.4。正反两面涂布的工艺完全一样,保证版的涂布量一致。
6裁切与包装
收卷后的卷辊用单刀切纸断裁,切成各种规格型号装箱出厂。
本发明的有益效果在于,一是使用聚丙烯胶片,替代了木浆纸基版,即可节省木材资源,又能提高印数5倍以上;二是利用聚丙烯胶片双面涂布,可双面制版印刷,提高胶版利用率;三是用水溶性溶剂替代了有机溶剂,解决了有害气体对人体损害和对污染环境问题。聚丙烯胶片胶印版制法简单,成本低廉,是一种理想的胶印版。

实施例
1树脂浆料的制备
在反应釜中加入配方量140kg净化水,进行搅动加温,使水温升至27℃;然后边搅拌边把15kg PVA直接撒到旋涡中,混合至均匀浆;再用蒸汽加热到93℃,恒温搅拌30分钟;最后将25kg净化水加入,边搅拌边冷却至常温,备用。
2涂料色料的制备
在容器中加入68kg净化水和3.5kg乙醇,再将0.1kg颜料(亚甲蓝或玫瑰红)投入醇水中搅拌分散均匀,存放24小时以上,备用。
3版层涂料的制备
在反应釜中加入160kg树脂浆料,搅拌加温至95℃,搅拌时间为35分钟,取出后与120kg净化水、70kg色料一起加到胶体磨中,再将80kg高岺土(膏状200目)、7.5kg硫酸钡、1.32kg六偏磷酸钠、10.5kg轻质碳酸钙、4.5kg氧化锌加入胶体磨中,分散时间2.5小时。分3次加入消泡剂2550ml,然后过200目筛,备用。
4聚丙烯胶片的选用
选购厚度为125g/m2、宽度为850mm的聚丙烯胶片卷料,胶片双面经毛面工艺处理,以满足涂布涂料的工艺要求。
5涂布工艺
涂布采用单涂布头涂布机。在聚丙烯胶片上正反两面涂版层涂料。涂布机行车速度控制为9米/秒;涂布采用0.6的钢丝刮刀,涂层厚度为每平方米7g;涂布机的烘干采用桥式烘箱,通道长20米,干燥温度为105℃。使涂布胶版的含水量为4.5-5.5%,平滑度达到90s-110s;比重为1.2-1.3。正反两面涂布的工艺完全一样。
6裁切与包装
收卷后的卷辊用单刀切纸断裁,切成各种规格型号装箱出厂。

2.2色料的配制
在容器中加入净化水和乙醇,再将颜料投入醇水中充分搅拌,分散均匀,存放24小时以上,备用;

3.3涂料的配制
在反应釜中加入树脂浆料,搅拌加温至90-95℃,搅拌时间为30-35min,取出后与净化水、色料一起加到胶体磨中,再将高岺土、硫酸钡、六偏磷酸钠、轻质碳酸钙、氧化锌加入胶体磨中,分散时间2-3小时,视泡沫情况分批加入消泡剂,然后过200目筛,备用;
(4)聚丙烯胶片的选用
选用厚度为(125-135)g/m2、宽度为(850-950)mm的聚丙烯胶片卷料,胶片双面经毛面工艺处理;
(5)涂布工艺
采用单涂布头涂布机,涂布机行车速度控制为8-10米/秒,涂布采用0.6的钢丝刮刀(0.6是缠绕刮刀的钢丝直径为0.6毫米),涂层涂料用量为每平方米7g-8g;涂布机的烘干采用桥式烘箱,通道长20米,干燥温度为100℃-105℃,涂布胶版的含水量为4.5%-7%,平滑度达到80s-120s;比重为1.2-1.4;正反两面涂布的工艺相同。
