Abstract
一种治疗烧伤药物的制造方法,是以猪板油、章
丹、蜂蜡、獾油、麝香、珍珠及葱段为原料,经熔化、过
滤、混合及搅拌下制得的药膏对烧伤有较好的疗效。
最突出的是具有能使伤口由内向外愈合功能,伤口不
愈合不封口,封口后伤口不留痕迹。
Description
本发明是涉及药物的制造方法。
烧伤-包括火焰、热汽、热液、光电、化学物质以及放射线等热源作用于人体引起局部或全身性损害-不仅给患者带来痛苦、甚至危及生命,即使治愈往往留下难以去掉的瘢痕。一般治疗烧伤大约分为四个步骤:急救止疼,防休克,抗感染及创面处理。止疼主要是采用注射镇痛或镇静剂;扩休克主要是用补液的方法,以抗渗扩容防止血压下降、补充血容量;抗感染主要采用各种抗菌素;创面处理是贯穿整个治疗过程,是治疗最关键步骤。在烧伤早期治疗中的抗休克和抗感染是非常重要和十分必要的,然而当生命没有危险的时候常用的创面处理方法则是包扎法、暴露法以及在较大面积皮肤失去时的植皮法,当然这种治疗中也得防止感染和并发症。包扎法是将含有药物的纱布(敷料)包在创面上加压包扎;暴露法是在灭菌、干燥及温度较高的条件下将创面暴露于空气中,这两种方法目的都是使创面迅速结痂愈合。以上方法在不断抗感染过程中愈合时间也较长。在创面处理中常使用一些中、西药品:抗渗消肿用黄莲、黄苓、黄柏制剂;促使创面渗液中血浆蛋白凝固和结痂作用的有黄莲、地榆、枯矾、硝酸银等;具有抗炎作用的有虎杖、黄莲、SD盐、磺胺米隆及各种抗菌素;止痛作用的有冰片、苯甲醇等;促使创面愈合的有乳香、没药;促使痂皮干燥并防止创面感染的有3~5%碘酒。(张家口医学专科学校主编《外科学》人民卫生出版社1981年版1986年第6次印刷P146)还有用具有抑菌和促成结痂的含有柔质(缩合型与水解型)的中草药水剂及酒精溶液;以及复方札木散、愈创膏、紫草膏等。这些药物的作用比较单一或仅具备少数作用,特别是愈合后往往留下瘢痕。本发明是从多种中药中经筛选与组合而制成的治疗烧伤的油膏,具有迅速止痛和奇特的治疗作用,使人们不慎的烧伤很快恢复并且不留下任何明显的瘢痕。
本发明是在我国中医和民间治疗的传统药物和其他中草药中经过多年筛选与组合,制成了理想的药物-珍珠回阳膏,其用药品种与配方用量为:
猪板油 500.0~2000.0g
章(或长)丹 75.0~250.0g
蜂蜡 50.0~200.0g
獾油 2.0~150.0g
麝香 1.0~10.0g
珍珠 0.1~5.0g
葱段 0.1~5.0g
其制造工艺为:将猪板油加切成约1cm3置入铝锅加热数分钟达100~150℃,熔化后去掉油渣,加入葱段,数分钟取出。将油倒入搪瓷器中,搅动下逐块加入蜂蜡,一块融化后再加下一块。全部融化后趁热过滤,滤出油中再加入獾油,搅匀后再将油倒入铝锅加热5至10分钟温度达70~100℃。再过滤,滤出油在搅拌下按顺序加入麝香粉,珍珠粉和章丹粉,搅拌至凝固则成。
本发明所制成的产品呈油脂状,在烫伤或烧伤时先用碱水或盐水洗净伤处,如已起泡则需用消毒针(最好为医用三棱针)挑开见血为止,将药膏涂于伤处并用无菌药棉覆盖,然后用薄纱布固定之,10~15min即可止疼而仅有阵麻之感觉。根据烧伤严重程度选择24、12、6h,更换一次药膏直到痊愈。本发明制造的药物具有止疼、抗休克、防感染及促进创面愈合的综合功能,并无毒性的无副作用,可用于人体的任何部位。药物可使伤口由内向外愈合,伤口处不痊愈时不封口,决无表皮封口而皮下发炎甚至化浓之弊,且能痊愈后的伤口皮肤平滑如初而无瘢痕。对3度以下的烧伤均有良好的疗效。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是:由纯中药配方、特殊方法制备而成,配方中的消炎、消肿及促进生长的药物随着润肤的油脂渗入伤口的皮肤组织,能尽快发挥药物作用。最大的特点是具有使伤口由内向外愈合的功能,患处不痊愈不封口,且痊愈后的皮肤不留任何痕迹,这是现有技术无法比拟的。
实例
珍珠回阳膏配方为
猪板油 1000.0g
章丹 200.0g
蜂蜡 200.0g
獾油 60.0g
麝香 2.0g
珍珠 0.5g
葱段 2.0g
其制法为:将切成约1cm3猪板油置入铝锅中加热,30min后达120℃,熔化后去掉油渣后加入葱段,2min取出。将油倒入搪瓷盘中,搅拌下趁热逐块加入蜂蜡使其融化,全部融化后趁热过滤,滤油中再加獾油,再于铝锅中加热,5min达80℃,再过滤,滤油搅拌下按顺序加麝香粉,珍珠粉及长丹粉,搅拌下冷却凝固。
Claims (2)
1、一种以中药为原料制造治疗烧伤药物所的方法,本发明的特征在于其制备药物使用的原料药的配方为:
猪板油 500.0~2000.0g
章丹 75.0~250.0g
蜂蜡 50.0~200.0g
獾油 2.0~150.0g
麝香 1.0~10.0g
珍珠 0.1~4.0g
葱段 0.1~5.0g
其制造工艺为:猪板油加热至100~150℃熔化后去渣,依次加入葱段、蜂蜡、獾油,加每种组分均需过滤去渣。然后再加热70~100℃,5~10min后再过滤,滤油依次加入麝香粉、珍珠粉、章丹粉,搅拌下冷却凝固即成。
2、如权利要求1所述的制造方法,本发明的特征在于熔化猪板油、加葱段在铝质容器中进行;加蜂蜡和獾油是在搪瓷器皿中进行:再次加热仍在铝质容器中进行:最后加麝香、珍珠、章丹时则在搪瓷器皿中进行。
