本发明公开一种高松厚度涂布印刷纸,所述的高松厚度涂布印刷纸包括最外层的防腐层、中间层的薄膜层和最内层的基材层,所述薄膜层包括紫外线透射性树脂薄膜,所述基材层为牛皮纸,所述牛皮纸包括针叶木硫酸盐浆,所述的防腐层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的36%‑37%,所述的薄膜层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的23%‑40%,所述的基材层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的26%‑35%。本发明提供一种高松厚度涂布印刷纸,具有纸质松轻、有较好的弹性;吸墨性能好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高松厚度涂布印刷纸。
背景技术
印刷报纸和一般书刊用纸。通常以80%以上的机械木浆和20%以下的化学木浆制成。也有以甘蔗渣浆、竹浆为主要原料的。依浆料配比的不同分1号和 2号两种。1号新闻纸技术指标较高,具有较好的吸墨性能和抗张强度,适于高速轮转机印刷。由于机械木浆纤维内含有较多的木质素,在光的作用下纸张易泛黄变脆,故不宜印刷需长久保存的书刊。出厂成品基本为卷筒纸,幅宽有1575、1562、787、781,765毫米等规格,也可根据需要裁切成单张纸供应。在世界范围内,新闻纸用量最多。由于报纸印刷由凸印向胶印发展,造纸原料也从一般磨木浆(即机械木浆)发展为热磨机械浆、化学热磨机械浆等。蔗渣浆造纸在中国南方产糖地区正日益发展。造纸机车速的提高和幅宽水平也以新闻纸为最:车速在1000米/分以上的已屡见不鲜 ,幅宽普遍为 6~8米 ;最高车速达 1500米/分,幅宽10米左右。新闻纸的定量,国际上按印刷要求区别:胶印新闻纸一般为40克/平方米,轮转凹印新闻纸约50克/平方米。中国轮转凸印新闻纸传统定量为51~52克/平方米 ,并趋向于低定量 ,发展规格为48克/平方米的纸张。中华人民共和国成立后,东北和南方各省相继扩建和新建一批大型造纸厂,新闻纸初步接近供需平衡。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有纸质松轻、有较好的弹性;吸墨性能好优点的高松厚度涂布印刷纸。
本发明的技术方案是:一种高松厚度涂布印刷纸,所述的高松厚度涂布印刷纸包括最外层的防腐层、中间层的薄膜层和最内层的基材层,所述薄膜层包括紫外线透射性树脂薄膜,所述基材层为牛皮纸,所述牛皮纸包括针叶木硫酸盐浆,所述的防腐层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的36%-37%,所述的薄膜层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的23%-40%,所述的基材层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的26%-35%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的防腐层包括沥青、生漆、天然橡胶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的防腐层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的36%,所述的薄膜层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的29%,所述的基材层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的35%。
本发明的一种高松厚度涂布印刷纸,具有纸质松轻、有较好的弹性;吸墨性能好的优点。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的高松厚度涂布印刷纸包括最外层的防腐层、中间层的薄膜层和最内层的基材层,所述薄膜层包括紫外线透射性树脂薄膜,所述基材层为牛皮纸,所述牛皮纸包括针叶木硫酸盐浆,所述的防腐层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的36%-37%,所述的薄膜层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的23%-40%,所述的基材层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的26%-35%。
进一步说明,所述的防腐层包括沥青、生漆、天然橡胶,所述的防腐层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的36%,所述的薄膜层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的29%,所述的基材层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的35%。
进一步说明,牛皮纸大多以针叶木硫酸盐纸浆来生产,国内也有掺用部分竹浆、棉杆浆、破布浆生产的,因此纸袋纸机械强度很高,一般用来制作水泥、农药、化肥及其它工业品的包装袋。为适合灌装时的要求,纸袋纸要求有一定的透气性和较大的伸长率(伸性纸)。牛皮纸张力的变化影响,薄膜在印刷过程中,在强度允许的范围,伸长率随张力的加大而升高,给彩色印刷套印的准确性带来困难,根据承印物材料的种类及其伸缩率来调整张力,比如PE薄膜的伸缩率比较大,张力值应当小一些;对于纸张或者PET、OPP等伸缩率小的塑料薄膜,张力可适当大一些。表面光滑,无毛细孔存在,用它包装物品后,可防锈、防潮、防污染。牛皮纸的特点是透明度高、光泽度强,印刷图文后色泽格外鲜艳,这是塑料薄膜所不能达到的;印刷适性好,印刷前不需经过任何处理,牛皮纸还具有抗静电处理性能,不易吸附灰尘,避免了图文粘尘等印刷故障的发生,但防潮性差,薄膜受温、湿度的影响易变形,导致印刷时图文不易套准。本发明提供一种高松厚度涂布印刷纸,具有纸质松轻、有较好的弹性;吸墨性能好的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种高松厚度涂布印刷纸,其特征在于:所述的高松厚度涂布印刷纸包括最外层的防腐层、中间层的薄膜层和最内层的基材层,所述薄膜层包括紫外线透射性树脂薄膜,所述基材层为牛皮纸,所述牛皮纸包括针叶木硫酸盐浆,所述的防腐层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的36%-37%,所述的薄膜层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的23%-40%,所述的基材层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的26%-35%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高松厚度涂布印刷纸,其特征在于:所述的防腐层包括沥青、生漆、天然橡胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高松厚度涂布印刷纸,其特征在于:所述的防腐层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的36%,所述的薄膜层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的29%,所述的基材层占高松厚度涂布印刷纸总体分量的35%。
