Abstract
本发明公开了一种带有刻度标识的胶粘带,包括:胶粘带本体,所述胶粘带本体的长度方向上设有刻度标尺,所述胶粘带本体上还等距离设有锯齿,所述胶粘带本体自上而下包括:透明防水膜层、基布层、胶粘层、剥离纸层,所述刻度标尺印刷在所述基布层的一表面上,所述透明防水膜层压合在设有刻度标尺的基布层的表面上,所述胶粘层连接在所述基布层的另一表面上,所述剥离纸层贴合在所述胶粘层的底面上。通过上述方式,本发明采用多层复合结构,具有较好的强度和耐磨性能,同时胶带表面设有尺寸刻度,便于控制粘贴尺寸长度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及胶带制品领域,特别是涉及一种带有刻度标识的胶粘带。
背景技术
随着经济的发展与科技的进步,中国已成为世界胶粘行业加工生产厂和消费大国。胶粘带按其功能可分为:高温胶带、双面胶带、绝缘胶带、特种胶带、压敏胶带、模切胶带,根据不同的功效被广泛应用到电子、通讯、包装、建筑、造纸、木工、航空航天、汽车、纺织、冶金、机械制造、医疗行业等,胶粘行业已成为我国化工行业中最具活动的重要产业。
现有的胶粘带通常是由基材和粘结剂两部分组成,通过粘结使两个或多个不相连的物体连接在一起。即现有的胶粘带除了具有粘结固定功能外,一般不具有其他实用性功能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种带有刻度标识的胶粘带,采用多层复合结构,具有较好的强度和耐磨性能,同时胶带表面设有尺寸刻度,便于控制粘贴尺寸长度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种带有刻度标识的胶粘带,包括:胶粘带本体,所述胶粘带本体的长度方向上设有刻度标尺,所述胶粘带本体上还等距离设有锯齿,所述胶粘带本体自上而下包括:透明防水膜层、基布层、胶粘层、剥离纸层,所述刻度标尺印刷在所述基布层的一表面上,所述透明防水膜层压合在设有刻度标尺的基布层的表面上,所述胶粘层连接在所述基布层的另一表面上,所述剥离纸层贴合在所述胶粘层的底面上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述透明防水膜层为透明TPU膜层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述透明TPU膜层的厚度为0.5-1.5μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述刻度标尺为采用夜光油墨印制的刻度标尺。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用多层复合结构,在基布层上附着透明防水膜层,提高了胶粘带的强度、耐磨性和防水性,尤其是在胶粘带本体上设有刻度标尺,便于控制粘贴尺寸长度,同时在胶粘带本体上等距离设置锯齿,便于撕拉胶粘带,提高了胶粘带的使用性能。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种带有刻度标识的胶粘带,包括:胶粘带本体1,所述胶粘带本体1的长度方向上设有刻度标尺2,便于控制粘贴尺寸长度,提高了胶粘带的实用性,所述胶粘带本体1上还等距离设有锯齿3,一般每隔10cm设置有一对锯齿3,便于使用过程中撕拉胶粘带;
所述胶粘带本体1自上而下包括:透明防水膜层、基布层、胶粘层、剥离纸层,所述刻度标尺2印刷在所述基布层的一表面上,所述透明防水膜层压合在设有刻度标尺2的基布层的表面上,所述胶粘层连接在所述基布层的另一表面上,所述剥离纸层贴合在所述胶粘层的底面上。
优选地,所述透明防水膜层为透明TPU膜层,具有良好的防水性能,同时具有优异的耐磨性,与胶粘带基层复合在一起,能有效提高胶粘带的强度、耐磨性能及防水性。
所述透明TPU膜层的厚度为0.5-1.5μm。
所述刻度标尺2为采用夜光油墨印制的刻度标尺,具有夜晚发光性能,进一步提高了胶粘带的实用性。
本发明揭示了一种带有刻度标识的胶粘带,在基布层上附着透明防水膜层,提高了胶粘带的强度、耐磨性和防水性,尤其是在胶粘带本体上设有刻度标尺,便于控制粘贴尺寸长度,同时在胶粘带本体上等距离设置锯齿,便于撕拉胶粘带,提高了胶粘带的使用性能。

1.一种带有刻度标识的胶粘带,其特征在于,包括:胶粘带本体,所述胶粘带本体的长度方向上设有刻度标尺,所述胶粘带本体上还等距离设有锯齿,所述胶粘带本体自上而下包括:透明防水膜层、基布层、胶粘层、剥离纸层,所述刻度标尺印刷在所述基布层的一表面上,所述透明防水膜层压合在设有刻度标尺的基布层的表面上,所述胶粘层连接在所述基布层的另一表面上,所述剥离纸层贴合在所述胶粘层的底面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有刻度标识的胶粘带,其特征在于,所述透明防水膜层为透明TPU膜层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带有刻度标识的胶粘带,其特征在于,所述透明TPU膜层的厚度为0.5-1.5μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有刻度标识的胶粘带,其特征在于,所述刻度标尺为采用夜光油墨印制的刻度标尺。
