一种用于LED灯的散热涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:苯胺甲醛树脂3‑4、纳米硅藻土粉11‑14、二丙烯三胺15‑18、对苯二酚1‑2、复合干硅烷4‑5、交联剂TAC1‑2、氧化铍20‑23、氨基硅树脂8‑10、氮化铝30‑34、四氧化三铁5‑8、乙酸乙酯24‑26、硫氰酸钠10‑12、丙二醇3‑5、环烷酸锌1‑2、硬酯酸1‑2、六溴环十二烷4‑6、成膜剂3‑4;本发明涂层具有快干性,同时,通过复合干硅烷、交联剂TAC的交联作用,增加涂料涂层的致密度和美观度,同时,散热性能好大提高。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,涉及一种散热涂料,更具体地说,是一种用于LED灯的散热涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着LED灯使用范围的迅速扩大,延长LED灯使用寿命也已成为急需解决的问题。目前一般的LED灯并没有采用特别的散热措施,采用灯壳自然散热,这种方式使得LED灯使用一段时间后,出现灯壳老化,由于灯壳长时间高温,使得LED使用寿命下降;不能满足LED灯发展现状与要求,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于LED灯的散热涂料及其制备方法,本发明涂料具有散热性能好,耐老化的优点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于LED灯的散热涂料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
苯胺甲醛树脂3-4、纳米硅藻土粉11-14、二丙烯三胺15-18、对苯二酚1-2、复合干硅烷4-5、交联剂TAC1-2、氧化铍20-23、氨基硅树脂8-10、氮化铝30-34、四氧化三铁5-8、乙酸乙酯24-26、硫氰酸钠10-12、丙二醇3-5、环烷酸锌1-2、硬酯酸1-2、六溴环十二烷4-6、成膜剂3-4;
所述的成膜剂由以下重量份的原料制得:
硼化钒2-4、交联剂TAC3-4、双十四碳醇酯4-5、过氧化环己酮1-2、苯乙烯3-4、丙烯腈1-2、二甲苯8-10、丙二醇12-13;
制备方法是:将交联剂TAC、双十四碳醇酯混合,加入到二甲苯中,搅拌15-20分钟,加入过氧化环己酮,搅拌反应30-40分钟后,加入苯乙烯,搅拌反应45-60分钟,再加入丙烯腈与硼化钒、丙二醇,搅拌反应3-4小时,即得。
所述的用于LED灯的散热涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:将丙二醇、环烷酸锌、硬酯酸、六溴环十二烷加入至于乙酸乙酯与硫氰酸钠混合溶剂中,搅拌15-20分钟,然后,加入对苯二酚、复合干硅烷、交联剂TAC,升温至60-65℃,继续搅拌反应60-80分钟,再加入剩余其它成分,搅拌反应3-4小时,即得。
本发明施工时,散热涂料喷涂施工,在180-200℃下高温烘干30-50分钟,即可成膜,得到散热涂层。
本发明涂层具有快干性,同时,通过复合干硅烷、交联剂TAC的交联作用,增加涂料涂层的致密度,保证涂料表面光滑,增加美观度,同时,散热性能好大提高。
本发明具有耐老化,散热性能好,可以在200℃下长期使用,而力学性能不变的优点。
具体实施方式
一种用于LED灯的散热涂料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
苯胺甲醛树脂2、纳米硅藻土粉15、二丙烯三胺18、对苯二酚1、复合干硅烷5、交联剂TAC2、氧化铍23、氨基硅树脂8、氮化铝34、四氧化三铁5、乙酸乙酯26、硫氰酸钠10、丙二醇5、环烷酸锌2、硬酯酸1、六溴环十二烷4、2、成膜剂3;
所述的成膜剂由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制得:
硼化钒4、交联剂TAC2、双十四碳醇酯5、过氧化环己酮1、苯乙烯4、丙烯腈2、二甲苯10、丙二醇13;制备方法是:将交联剂TAC、双十四碳醇酯混合,加入到二甲苯中,搅拌15-20分钟,加入过氧化环己酮,搅拌反应30-40分钟后,加入苯乙烯,搅拌反应45-60分钟,再加入丙烯腈与硼化钒、丙二醇,搅拌反应3-4小时,即得。
用于LED灯的散热涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将丙二醇、环烷酸锌、硬酯酸、六溴环十二烷加入至于乙酸乙酯与硫氰酸钠混合溶剂中,搅拌15-20分钟,然后,加入对苯二酚、复合干硅烷、交联剂TAC,升温至60-65℃,继续搅拌反应60-80分钟,再加入剩余其它成分,搅拌反应3-4小时,即得。
将本发明涂料涂于LED灯壳体上,在80℃和300W紫外光辐照条件下人工加速老化试验,耐老化时间5000小时,耐温高温250℃,粘结剪切力22MPa.,导热系数270W/(m·K)。

1.一种用于LED灯的散热涂料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:苯胺甲醛树脂3-4、纳米硅藻土粉11-14、二丙烯三胺15-18、对苯二酚1-2、复合干硅烷4-5、交联剂TAC1-2、氧化铍20-23、氨基硅树脂8-10、氮化铝30-34、四氧化三铁5-8、乙酸乙酯24-26、硫氰酸钠10-12、丙二醇3-5、环烷酸锌1-2、硬脂酸1-2、六溴环十二烷4-6、成膜剂3-4;所述的成膜剂由以下重量份的原料制得:硼化钒2-4、交联剂TAC3-4、双十四碳醇酯4-5、过氧化环己酮1-2、苯乙烯3-4、丙烯腈1-2、二甲苯8-10、丙二醇12-13;制备方法是:将交联剂TAC、双十四碳醇酯混合,加入到二甲苯中,搅拌15-20分钟,加入过氧化环己酮,搅拌反应30-40分钟后,加入苯乙烯,搅拌反应45-60分钟,再加入丙烯腈与硼化钒、丙二醇,搅拌反应3-4小时,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于LED灯的散热涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:将丙二醇、环烷酸锌、硬脂酸、六溴环十二烷加入至于乙酸乙酯与硫氰酸钠混合溶剂中,搅拌15-20分钟,然后,加入对苯二酚、复合干硅烷、交联剂TAC,升温至60-65℃,继续搅拌反应60-80分钟,再加入剩余其它成分,搅拌反应3-4小时,即得。
