本发明提供了一种新型隔热空心陶瓷微球红外伪装涂层材料,包括基料40‑50重量份、颜料3‑5重量份、功能填料4‑8重量份和助剂1‑2重量份;所述的基料选自丙烯酸树脂、醇酸树脂、氯化橡胶树脂、聚氨酯中的一种或多种;所述的颜料选自纳米金属氧化物颜料;所述的功能填料选自空心陶瓷微球;所述的助剂为成膜助剂、分散剂、润滑剂、消泡剂、增稠流变剂中的一种或多种。本发明的新型隔热空心陶瓷微球红外伪装涂层材料是一种性能优良的红外伪装涂料,具有良好的红外迷彩效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型隔热空心陶瓷微球红外伪装涂层材料,属于伪装材料技术领域。
背景技术
伪装涂料是一种防止用可见光、红外线、雷达波侦察以迷惑敌人的特种涂料,主要用于金属设施和装备上。伪装涂料的基本设计思想就是产生与背景一致的效果。在可见光下,产生与背景一致的颜色;在电磁波辐照下,产生与背景一致的反射波谱,使伪装目标与背景色调、亮度一致或改变形状。伪装涂料还应防止镜面反射,涂料均为无光或平光,光泽最好在10%以下。
现代热红外侦察技术和高光谱遥感技术的迅速发展和广泛应用, 使得包括士兵在内的各种军事目标受到全方位、 全天候、 多频谱和高精度地被侦察的严重威胁。资料表明, 热红外侦察技术的温度分辨率已由原来的0.1℃提高到目前的0.01℃,空间分辨率达到0.03 mrad, 高光谱遥感技术在热红外波段的光谱分辨率已达微米级,侦察已实现多频谱和高精度,而作为作战任务执行主体的士兵在作战行动中隐蔽能力的优劣, 直接关乎现代高科技战争的成败, 故针对士兵伪装尤其是对热红外伪装纺织品的研究开发已经受到各国的高度重视。
目前, 美国、瑞典、德国、日本的水平处于世界领先地位。 从国外现状看, 第一,国外的热红外伪装涂料已形成了彩色化, 但彩色品种仍不够丰富,实用化的较少;第二,国外研制的低发射率涂料在对付可见光、红外和微波探测的兼容性方面, 仍没有完全解决好。 国内在红外隐身研究方面历史较短, 材料研究基本上处于探索阶段。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种新型隔热空心陶瓷微球红外伪装涂层材料。
本发明的新型隔热空心陶瓷微球红外伪装涂层材料,包括基料40-50重量份、颜料3-5重量份、功能填料4-8重量份和助剂1-2重量份;
所述的基料选自丙烯酸树脂、醇酸树脂、氯化橡胶树脂、聚氨酯中的一种或多种;
所述的颜料选自纳米金属氧化物颜料;
所述的功能填料选自空心陶瓷微球;
所述的助剂为成膜助剂、分散剂、润滑剂、消泡剂、增稠流变剂中的一种或多种。
所述的颜料选自纳米氧化铬绿、纳米氧化铁绿、纳米氧化铁黄、纳米锡镉黄。
本发明的新型隔热空心陶瓷微球红外伪装涂层材料是一种性能优良的红外伪装涂料,具有良好的红外迷彩效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明的新型隔热空心陶瓷微球红外伪装涂层材料,包括聚氨酯基料40重量份、纳米锡镉黄颜料3重量份、空心陶瓷微球功能填料4重量份和分散剂助剂1重量份。
实施例2
本发明的新型隔热空心陶瓷微球红外伪装涂层材料,包括丙烯酸树脂基料50重量份、纳米氧化铬绿颜料5重量份、空心陶瓷微球功能填料8重量份和分散剂助剂2重量份。
实施例3
本发明的新型隔热空心陶瓷微球红外伪装涂层材料,包括醇酸树脂基料45重量份、纳米氧化铁黄颜料4重量份、空心陶瓷微球功能填料6重量份,成膜助剂0.5份,分散剂1.5重量份。

1.新型隔热空心陶瓷微球红外伪装涂层材料,其特征在于,包括基料40-50重量份、颜料3-5重量份、功能填料4-8重量份和助剂1-2重量份;
所述的基料选自丙烯酸树脂、醇酸树脂、氯化橡胶树脂、聚氨酯中的一种或多种;
所述的颜料选自纳米金属氧化物颜料;
所述的功能填料选自空心陶瓷微球;
所述的助剂为成膜助剂、分散剂、润滑剂、消泡剂、增稠流变剂中的一种或多种。
