一种耐高温LED灯散热涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:酚醛树脂35‑45、氨基硅树脂24‑26、氮化铝32‑34、二甲苯50‑56、醋酸丁酯25‑28、乌洛托品2‑3、苯基三乙氧基硅烷3‑5、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷2‑3、N660炭黑5‑15、乙酸乙酯1‑2、癸二酸丙二醇聚酯5‑8、聚氨酯树脂3‑5、异戊二烯2‑3、丙二醇3‑4、叔丁基过氧化氢1‑2、间氨基甲胺1‑2、乙二胺1‑2、成膜剂3‑4。本发明增加了涂料的耐高温性能,使得本发明涂料可以用于各种高温的环境。

一种耐高温LED灯散热涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,更具体地说,是一种耐高温LED灯散热涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着LED灯使用范围的迅速扩大,延长LED灯使用寿命也已成为急需解决的问题。目前一般的LED灯并没有采用特别的散热措施,采用灯壳自然散热,这种方式使得LED灯使用一段时间后,出现灯壳老化,由于灯壳长时间高温,使得LED使用寿命下降;不能满足LED灯发展现状与要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温LED灯散热涂料及其制备方法,本发明涂料具有粘结力大,耐老化、散热系数大的优点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种耐高温LED灯散热涂料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
酚醛树脂35-45、氨基硅树脂24-26、氮化铝32-34、二甲苯50-56、醋酸丁酯25-28、乌洛托品2-3、苯基三乙氧基硅烷3-5、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷2-3、N660炭黑5-15、乙酸乙酯1-2、癸二酸丙二醇聚酯5-8、聚氨酯树脂3-5、异戊二烯2-3、丙二醇3-4、叔丁基过氧化氢1-2、间氨基甲胺1-2、乙二胺1-2、成膜剂3-4。
所述的成膜剂由以下重量份的原料制得:
硼化钒2-4、交联剂TAC2-3、双十四碳醇酯4-5、丁基硫醇锡1-2、苯乙烯3-4、丙烯腈1-2、二甲苯8-10、丙二醇12-13;
制备方法是:将交联剂TAC、双十四碳醇酯混合,加入到二甲苯中,搅拌10-20分钟,加入丁基硫醇锡,搅拌反应40-50分钟后,加入苯乙烯,搅拌反应50-70分钟,再加入丙烯腈与硼化钒、丙二醇,搅拌反应3-4小时,即得。
所述的耐高温LED灯散热涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将乙酸乙酯、癸二酸丙二醇聚酯、聚氨酯树脂加入到二甲苯与醋酸丁酯混合溶剂中,加热至100-105℃,搅拌20-30分钟,然后,加入苯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙酸乙酯,搅拌反应40-50分钟,再加入叔丁基过氧化氢、丙二醇、异戊二烯,反应50-60分钟,再加入其它剩余成分,搅拌反应3-4小时,研磨除渣即得。
本发明施工时,散热涂料喷涂施工,在180-200℃下高温烘干30-50分钟,即可成膜,得到散热涂层。
本发明原料中增加了涂料的耐高温性能,使得本发明涂料可以用于各种高温的环境,增加其耐高温、耐盐雾的能力。
本发明具有耐高温,粘结力大,散热效果好,可以在200℃下长期使用,而力学性能不变的优点。
具体实施方式
一种耐高温LED灯散热涂料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
酚醛树脂45、氨基硅树脂26、氮化铝34、二甲苯50、醋酸丁酯25、乌洛托品3、苯基三乙氧基硅烷5、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷2、N660炭黑15、乙酸乙酯2、癸二酸丙二醇聚酯8、聚氨酯树脂3、异戊二烯3、丙二醇4、叔丁基过氧化氢2、间氨基甲胺1、乙二胺2、成膜剂4。
所述的成膜剂由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制得:
硼化钒4、交联剂TAC2、双十四碳醇酯5、丁基硫醇锡1、苯乙烯4、丙烯腈2、二甲苯10、丙二醇13;制备方法是:将交联剂TAC、双十四碳醇酯混合,加入到二甲苯中,搅拌10-20分钟,加入丁基硫醇锡,搅拌反应40-50分钟后,加入苯乙烯,搅拌反应50-70分钟,再加入丙烯腈与硼化钒、丙二醇,搅拌反应3-4小时,即得。
耐高温LED灯散热涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将乙酸乙酯、癸二酸丙二醇聚酯、聚氨酯树脂加入到二甲苯与醋酸丁酯混合溶剂中,加热至100-105℃,搅拌20-30分钟,然后,加入苯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙酸乙酯,搅拌反应40-50分钟,再加入叔丁基过氧化氢、丙二醇、异戊二烯,反应50-60分钟,再加入其它剩余成分,搅拌反应3-4小时,研磨除渣即得。
将本发明涂料涂于LED灯壳体上,在80℃和300W紫外光辐照条件下人工加速老化试验,耐老化时间5200小时,耐温高温250℃,粘结剪切力25MPa.,导热系数270W/(m·K)。

1.一种耐高温LED灯散热涂料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:酚醛树脂35-45、氨基硅树脂24-26、氮化铝32-34、二甲苯50-56、醋酸丁酯25-28、乌洛托品2-3、苯基三乙氧基硅烷3-5、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷2-3、N660炭黑5-15、乙酸乙酯1-2、癸二酸丙二醇聚酯5-8、聚氨酯树脂3-5、异戊二烯2-3、丙二醇3-4、叔丁基过氧化氢1-2、间氨基甲胺1-2、乙二胺1-2、成膜剂3-4;所述的成膜剂由以下重量份的原料制得:硼化钒2-4、交联剂TAC2-3、双十四碳醇酯4-5、丁基硫醇锡1-2、苯乙烯3-4、丙烯腈1-2、二甲苯8-10、丙二醇12-13;制备方法是:将交联剂TAC、双十四碳醇酯混合,加入到二甲苯中,搅拌10-20分钟,加入丁基硫醇锡,搅拌反应40-50分钟后,加入苯乙烯,搅拌反应50-70分钟,再加入丙烯腈与硼化钒、丙二醇,搅拌反应3-4小时,即得。
