Abstract
本发明提供了一体鞋面制造方法及一体编织鞋面,制造方法包括:(1)编织准备,在主色口送纱嘴、配色口送纱嘴和弹力纱送纱嘴穿上不同需求的原材料色纱、热融丝和弹力纱;(2)编织U形管织物,鞋面机按起口、外层鞋头、外层鞋身、外层后跟、外层鞋口至内层鞋口、内层后跟、内层鞋身、内层鞋头的顺序进行编织;(3)缝合内层鞋头缝眼;(4)缝合外层鞋头缝眼;(5)成形一体鞋面半成品;(6)整形、定形和固形。本发明制造的鞋面,鞋面尺寸版型标准统一,鞋面挺括、塑形质感好,不产生边角余料,降低了生产成本,可以实现颜色和层次丰富的产品,鞋面更加美观;并且直接在双层鞋面底部刷胶粘上鞋底,生产工艺简单,生产效率高,制鞋成本大大降低。

技术领域
本发明涉及制鞋技术领域,尤其涉及一体鞋面制造方法及一体编织鞋面。
背景技术
全针织鞋面已成为鞋面的一个新系列产品,其具有轻薄透气、花色多变等优点,受到市场的欢迎。但是目前的针织鞋面,一般是织成平面面料,平面面料上排布有若干展开的鞋型鞋面,在鞋型鞋面上相应部位设计有提花、镂空等,然后用激光机裁出鞋面。但是激光机裁剪费时,设备花费高,有些鞋面进行锈花或与其它面料贴合后还要进行二次激光裁剪,生产工艺繁琐,而且会浪费大量的边角余料,平面鞋面与鞋底连接时需要精准的车工,否则会影响鞋子的尺寸和版型,鞋码尺寸不够标准统一,影响舒适性和外观,这些都使得鞋子的制造成本居高不下。此外,普通针织鞋面,面料较软,鞋面的挺括度不够,鞋面易塌陷,影响鞋面的外观质量。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一体鞋面制造方法及一体鞋面,它生产工艺简单,生产效率高,鞋面尺寸版型标准统一,鞋面挺括、塑形质感好,不产生边角余料,降低生产成本。
本发明的技术方案如下:一体鞋面制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)编织准备,根据鞋面花型及工艺要求在主色口送纱嘴、配色口送纱嘴和弹力纱送纱嘴穿上不同需求的原材料色纱、热融丝和弹力纱,将编制好的程序导入鞋面机,输入对应参数;
(2)编织U形管织物,U形管织物的一侧是外层鞋面,另一侧是内层鞋面,外、内侧鞋面均为管形,U形管织物中部的转弯处是内、外层鞋面相交的鞋口部;鞋面机按起口、外层鞋头、外层鞋身、外层后跟、外层鞋口至内层鞋口、内层后跟、内层鞋身、内层鞋头的顺序进行编织,编织过程中针对鞋面各部位所需工艺和功能实现外层鞋面局部提花、局部加弹的工艺效果;
(3)缝合内层鞋头缝眼,将织好的U形管织物通过自动机械手臂抓取至缝合装置,使内层鞋头缝眼位于设备的缝针位置,进行内层鞋头缝眼对目自动缝合;
(4)缝合外层鞋头缝眼,通过吸风管吸出U形管织物至出物口,从出物口取出内层鞋头缝眼已缝合的U形管织物,缝合外层鞋头缝眼;
(5)成形一体鞋面半成品,将两端缝眼部位已缝合的U形管织物从鞋口部进行穿套,在鞋口部将内层鞋面伸入外层鞋面的管内,形成双层的一体鞋面半成品;
(6)对鞋面进行整形、定形和固形,将一体鞋面半成品加套在鞋楦上,使用蒸汽进行整烫,整烫过程中对鞋面和花型作调整对位,并且热融丝被融化使内、外层鞋面粘合成一体,待冷却后取出鞋楦,形成一体鞋面。
本发明采用立体编织方法,巧妙地设计编织顺序,一次性地编织出带有内外层的鞋面,内、外层鞋面连贯成U形管状,两端却内外层鞋面的鞋头封口缝合后,将内外层鞋面在两者相连接的鞋口处穿套,即形成一体鞋面的半成品,生产工艺简单,生产效率高,鞋面透气性好,尺寸版型标准统一,不产生边角余料;由于编织时加织了热融丝和弹力纱,内、外层鞋面的热融丝在整烫时遇热融合使两层鞋面粘合在一起并且硬度提高,并且在鞋口等处局部加弹提升鞋面的包覆性和定型效果,双层鞋面使得鞋面硬度、挺括度提升,不易塌陷,塑形质感好,外观品质提高;而双层鞋面为管形,天然形成了柔软的鞋内底舒适性高,直接在双层鞋面底部刷胶粘上鞋底,省时省力,制鞋成本大大降低。
进一步地,为了实现颜色和层次丰富的提花,所述鞋面机配有主色口1个,主色口配8把主色口送纱嘴,热融丝由主色口送纱嘴送纱,配色口6个,每个配色口配3把配色口送纱嘴,弹力纱送纱嘴1把。主色口纱嘴与配色口纱嘴配合使用,同一水平编织行例下2把主色口送纱嘴(其中一把为主色纱线,另一把为热融丝),6个配色口各下1把配色送纱嘴,即局部提花部位同一水平编织行例最多可实现7个颜色。
进一步地,所述8把主色口送纱嘴分别用于内层送纱、外层送纱、内层热融丝、外层热融丝、内层后跟送纱及热融丝、外层后跟送纱及热融丝、起口送纱、废纱送纱,根据内外层鞋面的主色及工艺要求,选用4-8把主色口送纱嘴送纱。其中起口送纱和废纱送纱各需一把送纱嘴,主要作用为实现起口编织和封口缝合的交接线定位功能。内层送纱、外层送纱、内层热融丝、外层热融丝根据里外层主色及工艺要求,需送纱嘴1-4把,内层后跟送纱及热融丝、外层后跟送纱及热融丝根据主色和工艺要求需要纱嘴1-2把,此纱嘴有2个针孔,可以同时穿送主色纱线和热融丝对后跟处送纱和送热融线,实现后跟提花。
进一步地,为了使织出的一体鞋面对脚更具包覆性,提升脚感,在所述外层后跟与外层鞋口之间,内层鞋口与内层后跟之间分别设有外层鞋统、内层鞋统,所述步骤(2)中编织U形管织物时,所述弹力纱送纱嘴与主色口送纱嘴配合,内、外层鞋口及内、外层鞋统加弹编织。
进一步地,为使对目缝合更加精准,所述步骤(3)中U形管织物被自动机械手臂抓取旋转至缝合装置套口,通过缝针盘定位以及顶轴顶直,使内层鞋头缝眼位于设备的缝针位置。
进一步地,所述步骤(4)中使用缝盘机对外层鞋头缝眼进行手工缝合,然后手工抽除起织时的起口纱和废线。
进一步地,为了更好地整形,定形,步骤(6)中使用100℃-120℃蒸汽进行整烫,整烫过程中使用透明对位版手工针对鞋面关链部位或花型作微调整对位。
本发明还提供了一种一体编织鞋面,包括一体编织而成的管形的外层鞋面和内层鞋面,外层鞋面和内层鞋面的鞋头封闭,内、外层鞋面在鞋口部返折穿套成双层立体鞋面并且粘合成一体;其半成品是一体编织形成的U形管织物,U形管织物的一侧是外层鞋面,另一侧是内层鞋面,U形管织物中部的转弯处是内、外层鞋面相交的鞋口部。
进一步地,所述一体编织鞋面按上述技术方案所述的鞋面制造方法制成。
进一步地,所述外层鞋面织有提花,所述弹力纱是氨纶包芯纱。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、生产工艺简单,生产效率高,不产生边角余料,降低生产成本。
2、制造出来的鞋面透气性和支撑性好,鞋面尺寸版型标准统一,鞋面挺括、塑形质感好。
3、可以实现颜色和层次丰富的产品,在鞋头和后跟能实现提花功能,鞋面更加美观。
4、双层鞋面为管形,天然形成了柔软的鞋内底舒适性高,直接在双层鞋面底部刷胶粘上鞋底,相较于车缝鞋底,工艺更加简单,实现了省时省力,制鞋成本大大降低。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述,但本发明并不限于以下实施例。
如图1所示,一体鞋面制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)编织准备,根据鞋面花型及工艺要求在主色口送纱嘴、配色口送纱嘴和弹力纱送纱嘴穿上不同需求的原材料色纱、热融丝和弹力纱,将编制好的程序导入鞋面机,通过操作平台输入对应参数,弹力纱采用氨纶包芯纱;
(2)编织U形管织物,U形管织物的一侧是外层鞋面1,另一侧是内层鞋面2,外、内侧鞋面1、2均为管形,U形管织物中部的转弯处是内、外层鞋面2、1相交的鞋口部;鞋面机按起口16、外层鞋头11、外层鞋身12、外层后跟13、外层鞋统14、外层鞋口15至内层鞋口25、内层鞋统24、内层后跟23、内层鞋身22、内层鞋头21的顺序进行编织,编织过程中弹力纱送纱嘴与主色口送纱嘴配合,针对鞋面各部位所需工艺和功能实现外层鞋面1局部提花、局部加弹的工艺效果,可以对鞋口及鞋统部位加弹编织,当然根据设计,也可以对内层鞋面2进行提花处理;
(3)缝合内层鞋头缝眼211,将织好的U形管织物通过自动机械手臂抓取旋转至缝合装置套口,通过缝针盘定位以及顶轴顶直,使内层鞋头缝眼211位于设备的缝针位置,进行内层鞋头缝眼211对目自动缝合;
(4)缝合外层鞋头缝眼111,通过吸风管吸出U形管织物至出物口,从出物口取出内层鞋头缝眼111已缝合的U形管织物,使用缝盘机对外层鞋头缝眼111进行手工缝合,然后手工抽除起织时起口16的起口纱和废线9。
(5)成形一体鞋面半成品,将两端缝眼部位已缝合的U形管织物从鞋口部进行穿套,在鞋口部将内层鞋面2伸入外层鞋面1的管内,使内、外层鞋头21、11,内、外层鞋身22、12,内、外层后跟23、13,内、外层鞋统24、14,内、外层鞋口25、15相对应,形成双层的一体鞋面半成品;
(6)对鞋面进行整形、定形和固形,将一体鞋面半成品加套在鞋楦上,使用100℃-120℃进行整烫,整烫过程中使用透明对位版手工针对鞋面关链部位或花型作微调整对位,并且热融丝被融化使内、外层鞋面2、1粘合成一体,待冷却2-3分钟后取出鞋楦,形成一体鞋面。
为了实现颜色和层次丰富的提花,所述鞋面机配有主色口1个,主色口配8把主色口送纱嘴,热融丝由主色口送纱嘴送纱,配色口6个,每个配色口配3把配色口送纱嘴,通常使用1-2把配色口送纱嘴,可根据工艺花型最多使用3把配色口送纱嘴,还配有弹力纱送纱嘴1把。主色口纱嘴与配色口纱嘴配合使用,同一水平编织行例下2把主色口送纱嘴(其中一把为主色纱线,另一把为热融丝),6个配色口各下1把配色送纱嘴,即局部提花部位同一水平编织行例最多可实现7个颜色。
所述8把主色口送纱嘴分别用于内层送纱、外层送纱、内层热融丝、外层热融丝、内层后跟送纱及热融丝、外层后跟送纱及热融丝、起口送纱、废纱送纱,根据内外层鞋面1的主色及工艺要求,选用4-8把主色口送纱嘴送纱。其中起口送纱和废线送纱各需一把送纱嘴,主要作用为实现起口编织和封口缝合的交接线定位功能。内层送纱、外层送纱、内层热融丝、外层热融丝根据里外层主色及工艺要求,需送纱嘴1-4把,内层后跟送纱及热融丝,外层后跟送纱及热融丝根据主色和工艺要求需要纱嘴1-2把,后跟送纱及热融丝纱嘴具有两个针孔,可以同时穿送主色纱线和热融丝。通常后跟提花只需针对外层鞋面1的后跟进行提花,内层后跟鞋面一般无需提花,如需提花方法与外层相同。后跟提花只能使用主色口送纱嘴,根据工艺要求和提花颜色不同配制送纱嘴,同一鞋面可同时使用2-5把纱嘴进行提花编织,即后跟提花颜色可达2-5色。鞋头提花与后跟提花编织相同。
如图1和图2所示,本发明还提供了一种一体编织鞋面,包括一体编织而成的管形的外层鞋面1和内层鞋面2,外层鞋面1和内层鞋面2的鞋头封闭,内、外层鞋面1、2在鞋口部返折穿套成双层立体鞋面并且粘合成一体;鞋面的半成品是一体编织形成的U形管织物,U形管织物的一侧是外层鞋面1,另一侧是内层鞋面2,外、内侧鞋面均为管形,U形管织物中部的转弯处是内、外层鞋面2、1相交的鞋口部,U形管织物两端即内、外层鞋面2、1的鞋头缝合后,在鞋口部将内层鞋面2伸入外层鞋面1的管内形成一体鞋面半成品;一体鞋面编织时,加有弹力纱和热融丝与原材料色纱共同编织,使鞋面至少在鞋口部加弹;一体编织鞋面按上述技术方案所述的鞋面制造方法制成,其外层鞋面1织有提花形成鞋面花型17,所述弹力纱是氨纶包芯纱。鞋面整形、定形、固形,冷却后取出就形成包括有鞋口3、鞋舌4、鞋统5、鞋跟6、鞋身7、鞋头8的立体鞋面,鞋舌4位于鞋口3的前部,鞋统5位于鞋口3和鞋跟6之间,在立体鞋面的外层底部刷胶粘上鞋底,就制成了鞋。双层鞋面为管形,天然形成了柔软的鞋内底舒适性高,直接在双层鞋面底部刷胶粘上鞋底,相较于车缝鞋底,工艺更加简单,实现了省时省力,制鞋成本大大降低。

Claims (10)
1.一体鞋面制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)编织准备,根据鞋面花型及工艺要求在主色口送纱嘴、配色口送纱嘴和弹力纱送纱嘴穿上不同需求的原材料色纱、热融丝和弹力纱,将编制好的程序导入鞋面机,输入对应参数;
(2)编织U形管织物,U形管织物的一侧是外层鞋面,另一侧是内层鞋面,外、内侧鞋面均为管形,U形管织物中部的转弯处是内、外层鞋面相交的鞋口部;鞋面机按起口、外层鞋头、外层鞋身、外层后跟、外层鞋口至内层鞋口、内层后跟、内层鞋身、内层鞋头的顺序进行编织,编织过程中针对鞋面各部位所需工艺和功能实现外层鞋面局部提花、局部加弹的工艺效果;
(3)缝合内层鞋头缝眼,将织好的U形管织物通过自动机械手臂抓取至缝合装置,使内层鞋头缝眼位于设备的缝针位置,进行内层鞋头缝眼对目自动缝合;
(4)缝合外层鞋头缝眼,通过吸风管吸出U形管织物至出物口,从出物口取出内层鞋头缝眼已缝合的U形管织物,缝合外层鞋头缝眼;
(5)成形一体鞋面半成品,将两端缝眼部位已缝合的U形管织物从鞋口部进行穿套,在鞋口部将内层鞋面伸入外层鞋面的管内,形成双层的一体鞋面半成品;

7.根据权利要求1所述的一体鞋面制造方法,其特征在于:步骤(6)中使用100℃-120℃蒸汽进行整烫,整烫过程中使用透明对位版手工针对鞋面关链部位或花型作微调整对位。
8.一体编织鞋面,其特征在于:包括一体编织而成的管形的外层鞋面和内层鞋面,外层鞋面和内层鞋面的鞋头封闭,内、外层鞋面在鞋口部返折穿套成双层立体鞋面并且粘合成一体;其半成品是一体编织形成的U形管织物,U形管织物的一侧是外层鞋面,另一侧是内层鞋面,U形管织物中部的转弯处是内、外层鞋面相交的鞋口部。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一体编织鞋面,其特征在于:所述一体编织鞋面按权利要求1-7任一项所述鞋面制造方法制成。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一体编织鞋面,其特征在于:所述外层鞋面织有提花,所述弹力纱是氨纶包芯纱。
