本发明涉及一种杀菌组合物及其用途,尤其是一种以螺环菌胺和稻瘟酰胺为主要活性成分的杀菌组合物及其应用。
背景技术
螺环菌胺(Spiroxamine),化学式:C18H35NO2,化学名称:N-乙基-N-丙基-8-叔丁基-1,4-二氧杂螺[4.5]癸烷-2-甲胺。结构式:
螺环菌胺为取代胺类杀菌剂,甾醇生物合成抑制剂,主要抑制病菌C-14脱氧甲基化酶的合成。防治对象为小麦白粉病和各种锈病,大麦云纹病和条纹病。螺环菌胺是一种新型、内吸性的叶面杀菌剂,对白粉病有特效。作用速度快且持效期长,兼具保护和治疗作用。
稻瘟酰胺(Fenoxanil),分子式:C15H18Cl2N2O2,化学名称:N-(1-腈基-1,2-二甲基丙基)-2-(2,4-二氯苯氧基)丙酰胺。结构式:
稻瘟酰胺属苯氧酰胺类杀菌剂,其作用机理为黑色素生物合成抑制剂,主要是抑制小柱孢酮脱氢酶的活性,从而抑制稻瘟病菌黑色素形成。具有良好内吸性和卓越的特效性,施药后对新展开的叶片也有很好效果,施药40天仍能抑制病斑上孢子的脱落和飞散,从而避免了二次感染。
目前植物病菌的防治难度越来越大,一方面,随着种植结构的改变,瓜果、蔬菜等经济作物种植面积逐步扩大,病害发生程度、发生数量均有所提高,在防治上难度加大; 另一方面,病原菌的抗性在持续的药剂选择压力下逐年上升,单剂的防治效果大打折扣,植物病害防治面临着重大挑战。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对上述技术问题提供一种适用范围广、成本低、效果好的含螺环菌胺与稻瘟酰胺的植物杀菌组合物。
本发明还有一个目的是提供该杀菌组合物在防治植物真菌引起真菌病害上的应用,尤其是在防治白粉病、锈病、稻瘟病等真菌病害上的用途。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种含螺环菌胺和稻瘟酰胺的杀菌组合物,该杀菌组合物以螺环菌胺与稻瘟酰胺为主要有效成分,其中螺环菌胺与稻瘟酰胺的质量比为1~90:1~90,其中杀菌组合物中有效成份以增效有效量存在于组合物中。
所述的杀菌组合物,其中螺环菌胺与稻瘟酰胺的质量比优选为1~70:1~50,进一步优选为70:1、50:1、30:1、20:1、10:1、5:1、2.5:1、1:1、1:2、1:4、1:6、1:10、1:20、1:30、1:50。
所述的杀菌组合物,其中螺环菌胺与稻瘟酰胺的质量比最优选为5:1。
在本发明组合物中,螺环菌胺和稻瘟酰胺二者占组合物的质量百分含量为2~80%。优选10~40%。
所述的杀菌组合物,其中以螺环菌胺和稻瘟酰胺为主要有效成分与已知的助剂和赋形剂复配成农药上允许的任意一种剂型。这些已知的助剂、赋型剂有分散剂、扩散剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、崩解剂等,可以采用十二烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及其类似产品、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸环氧乙烷加成物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙稀嵌段化合物、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、吐温系列、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇系列、磺酸盐类、羧酸盐、硫酸盐、磷酸盐、亚磷酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、黄原胶、酚甲醛缩合物、铵盐、季铵盐型等中的一个或多个组合,赋形剂包括环己酮、二甲苯、各种溶剂油、水、防冻剂(如丙二醇)、去离子水等。以上助剂、赋形剂及其它辅料可以单用或并用。
所述的杀菌组合物,其剂型是乳油、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂或水分散颗粒剂。
上述的杀菌组合物在制备防治植物真菌病害药物上的应用。尤其是在防治禾谷类、 果树、蔬菜作物病害方面的应用。
上述的应用,所述的植物真菌病害为白粉病、锈病、稻瘟病中的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明所用的螺环菌胺和稻瘟酰胺,作用机理不同,相互混配不会产生低触,可协同增效,减少用药量,降低成本。
2、本发明组合物适用范围增加,适用于防治禾谷类、果树、蔬菜的抗性真菌病害,特别是防治白粉病、锈病、稻瘟病等均有显著的效果。本发明杀菌组合物对子囊菌、担子菌、半知菌和卵菌纲真菌病害具有很好的防治效果;并抑制害虫或真菌对单一制剂(螺环菌胺和稻瘟酰胺任一)的抗药性的产生。本发明杀菌组合物能产生较高的协同增效作用,并且该混合物的用量比单独活性化合物的用量大大降低,即混合物的活性大于单独组分的活性。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果:(1)与单剂相比,该组合物对抗性真菌病害如白粉病、锈病、稻瘟病等真菌病害有明显协同增效作用,克服和延缓了抗药性,扩大防治谱,明显提高了防治效果;(2)减少防治用工、用药成本;(3)可替代常规和易产生抗性的农药;(4)与单剂相比,生产和使用成本降低;(5)抑制真菌抗药性的产生,其效果明显高于其单剂使用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,实施例中剂型的制备方法均为常规方法,本发明所述的“%”均为质量百分比。
室内生测试验:
在室内采用菌丝生长速率法,测定不同药剂对菌株的EC50值,采用共毒系数计算方法,计算出混剂的共毒系数(CTC),确定混剂的增效性,具体计算方法如下:
以混剂中某一单剂为标准药剂(通常选择EC50较低者),进行计算:
单剂毒力指数=标准药剂EC50/某单剂EC50×100
理论毒力指数=A单剂的毒力指数×A单剂在混剂中所占比例+B单剂的毒力指数×B单剂在混剂中所占比例
实测毒力指数=标准单剂的EC50值/混剂的EC50值×100
共毒系数=实测毒力指数/理论毒力指数×100
共毒系数分级:CTC大于120时混剂具有协同增效性,CTC小于80时为拮抗,CTC 在80-120之间为相加作用。
按照有效成分螺环菌胺(A):稻瘟酰胺(B)质量配比为:70:1、50:1、30:1、20:1、10:1、5:1、2.5:1、1:1、1:2、1:4、1:6、1:10、1:20、1:30、1:50进行试验,测定其对水稻稻瘟病菌(Botrytis cinerea Pers.)的共毒系数。

田间药效试验:
用上述实施例制得的农药制剂防治水稻稻瘟病试验。
1、试验处理:本试验药剂用量根据各个成分的不同分别设三个处理浓度,对照药剂分别是农药单剂25%螺环菌胺EC和25%稻瘟酰胺SC及空白清水试验。
2、试验方法每个小区面积为66.7m2,重复3次;施药前调查及防治后的调查药效方法为:在试验处理区内随机取样5点,按照国家田间试验相关标准进行病情分级,计算防效。试验结果见表2:

通过室内生测和田间药效结果表明,螺环菌胺与稻瘟酰胺组合物具有明显的协同增效作用,组合物的防治效果优良,防治效果均好于单剂品种,在农业应用中具有应用价值。
两种活性化合物可以加工成允许的任意一种剂型,下面以具体的实施例说明两种有效成分加工成的制剂,但是该两种活性成分可以加工的制剂不仅限于以下所列。
实施例1:15%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺可湿性粉剂(1:2)
将螺环菌胺5g、稻瘟酰胺10g、净洗剂LS(对甲氧基脂肪酸胺基苯磺酸钠)2g、扩散剂NNO(亚甲基双萘磺酸钠)4g、白炭黑5g,高岭土加至100g混合物进行气流粉碎,制得有效成分质量百分比为15%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺可湿性粉剂。
实施例2:15%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺可湿性粉剂(1:4)
将螺环菌胺3g、稻瘟酰胺12g、十二烷基硫酸钠3g、扩散剂NNO 4g、白炭黑5g,高岭土加至100g混合物进行气流粉碎,制得有效成分质量百分比为15%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺可湿性粉剂。
实施例3:14%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺可湿性粉剂(1:6)
将螺环菌胺2g、稻瘟酰胺12g、十二烷基硫酸钠3g、扩散剂NNO 4g、白炭黑5g,高岭土加至100g混合物进行气流粉碎,制得有效成分质量百分比为14%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺可湿性粉剂。
实施例4:20%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺悬浮剂(1:1)
称取10g螺环菌胺、10g稻瘟酰胺,木质素2g,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚及其硫酸盐4g,黄原胶0.15g,乙二醇5g,硅氧乙烷0.10g,硅酸镁铝0.5g,用水补足至100g,在砂磨机的作用下制成有效成分质量百分比为20%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺悬浮剂。
实施例5:55%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺水乳剂(1:10)
称取5g螺环菌胺、50g稻瘟酰胺、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3g、农乳33#2g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1g,溶剂油13g,加水至100g。将以上原料按常规配制水乳剂的方法投入混合釜中高速混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为55%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺水乳剂。
实施例6:42%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺乳油(1:20)
称取2g螺环菌胺、40g稻瘟酰胺,十二烷基苯磺酸钙8g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚5g、溶剂油至100g。将以上原料按常规配制乳油的方法投入混合釜中混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为42%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺乳油。
实施例7:70%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺乳油(2.5:1)
称取50g螺环菌胺、20g稻瘟酰胺,十二烷基苯磺酸钙5g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚2g、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2g、溶剂油至100g。将以上原料按常规配制乳油的方法投入混合釜中混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为70%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺乳油。
实施例8:18%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺水分散颗粒剂(5:1)
称取15g螺环菌胺、3g稻瘟酰胺,木质磺酸钠8g、十二烷基硫酸钠2g、硫酸铵5g,聚乙烯醇5g,硼砂2g,硅藻土28g补足至100g,将以上原料按水分散颗粒剂方法制成 有效成分质量百分比为17%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺水分散颗粒剂。
实施例9:11%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺乳油(10:1)
称取10g螺环菌胺、1g稻瘟酰胺,十二烷基苯磺酸钙6g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚7g、溶剂油至100g。将以上原料按常规配制乳油的方法投入混合釜中混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为11%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺乳油。
实施例10:31.5%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺微乳剂(20:1)
称取30g螺环菌胺、1.5g稻瘟酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钙6g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3g、农乳33#2g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1g,异丙醇10g,加水至100g。将以上原料按常规配制微乳剂的方法投入混合釜中混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为32%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺微乳剂。
实施例11:31%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺乳油(30:1)
称取30g螺环菌胺、1g稻瘟酰胺,十二烷基苯磺酸钙4g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚4g、溶剂油至100g。将以上原料按常规配制乳油的方法投入混合釜中混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为31%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺乳油。
实施例12:51%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺悬浮剂(50:1)
称取50g螺环菌胺、1g稻瘟酰胺,木质素2g,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚及其硫酸盐4g,黄原胶0.15g,乙二醇5g,硅氧乙烷0.10g,硅酸镁铝0.5g,用水补足至100g,在砂磨机的作用下制成有效成分质量百分比为51%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺悬浮剂。
实施例13:32%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺微乳剂(1:15)
称取2g螺环菌胺、30g稻瘟酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钙6g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3g、农乳33#2g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1g,异丙醇10g,加水至100g。将以上原料按常规配制微乳剂的方法投入混合釜中混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为32%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺微乳剂。
实施例14:6%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺水乳剂(1:5)
称取1g螺环菌胺、5g稻瘟酰胺、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3g、农乳33#2g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1g,溶剂油13g,加水至100g。将以上原料按常规配制水乳剂的方法投入混合釜中高速混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为6%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺水乳剂。
实施例15:62%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺微乳剂(1:30)
称取2g螺环菌胺、60g稻瘟酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钙6g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3g、农乳33#2g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1g,异丙醇10g,加水至100g。将以上原料 按常规配制微乳剂的方法投入混合釜中混合,制成有效成分质量百分比为62%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺微乳剂。
实施例16:51%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺悬浮剂(1:50)
称取1g螺环菌胺、50g稻瘟酰胺,木质素2g,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚及其硫酸盐4g,黄原胶0.15g,乙二醇5g,硅氧乙烷0.10g,硅酸镁铝0.5g,用水补足至100g,在砂磨机的作用下制成有效成分质量百分比为51%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺悬浮剂。
实施例17:7%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺水分散颗粒剂(1:2.5)
称取2g螺环菌胺、5g稻瘟酰胺,木质磺酸钠8g、十二烷基硫酸钠2g、硫酸铵5g,聚乙烯醇5g,硼砂2g,白炭黑3g、硅藻土补足至100g,将以上原料按水分散颗粒剂方法制成有效成分质量百分比为7%螺环菌胺·稻瘟酰胺水分散颗粒剂。
Claims (9)
1.一种含螺环菌胺和稻瘟酰胺的杀菌组合物,其特征在于该杀菌组合物以螺环菌胺和稻瘟酰胺为主要有效成分,其中螺环菌胺与稻瘟酰胺的质量比为1~70:1~50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述螺环菌胺与稻瘟酰胺的质量比为1~70:1~50。
3.根据权利要求2所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述螺环菌胺与稻瘟酰胺的质量比为5:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述的螺环菌胺和稻瘟酰胺二者占组合物的质量百分含量为2-80%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述的螺环菌胺和稻瘟酰胺二者占组合物的质量百分含量为10-40%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于以螺环菌胺和稻瘟酰胺为主要有效成分和农药助剂配制成农药上允许的任意一种剂型。
7.根据权利要求6所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述的剂型是乳油、悬浮剂、水乳剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散颗粒剂。
8.权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物在制备防治植物真菌病害药物上的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于所述的植物真菌病害为白粉病、锈病、稻瘟病中的至少一种。
