本发明公开了一种复合包芯纱,包括:芯纱和包覆纱,所述芯纱包括锦纶长丝和竹纤维,其中,所述竹纤维杂乱分布在所述锦纶长丝间;所述包覆纱呈网状包覆在所述芯纱外周。本发明一种复合包芯纱,结构简单,设计合理,其结构疏松、透气,并具有防辐射、保暖和抑菌功效,综合性能优异。

技术领域
本发明涉及包芯纱领域,特别是涉及一种复合包芯纱。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们对服装面料的要求从基本的保暖逐渐发展到舒适、美观、具有保健功能等。但是单一品种的纤维不能满足需求,通常要将几种不同性能的纤维混合。现有的纤维复合纱大都采用共捻的方法制备而成,使得纤维纱的硬度较大,柔软度差,透气性差,服用性能低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合包芯纱。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种复合包芯纱,包括:芯纱和包覆纱,所述芯纱包括锦纶长丝和竹纤维,其中,所述竹纤维杂乱分布在所述锦纶长丝间;所述包覆纱呈网状包覆在所述芯纱外周。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述芯纱中,所述竹纤维和锦纶长丝的质量比为1~2:3。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述锦纶长丝为镀银锦纶长丝。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述芯纱中,所述包覆纱为天丝和羊绒编织而成的网状纱层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述包覆纱的网孔结构为圆形或菱形。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种复合包芯纱,结构简单,设计合理,其结构疏松、透气,并具有防辐射、保暖和抑菌功效,综合性能优异。

一种复合包芯纱,包括:芯纱1和包覆纱2。
其中,所述芯纱包括质量比为1:3的锦纶长丝和竹纤维,锦纶长丝为镀银锦纶长丝,竹纤维杂乱分布在锦纶长丝间。所述包覆纱呈网状包覆在所述芯纱外周。镀银锦纶长丝复合后的细度为40D/25f。
所述包覆纱2为天丝和羊绒编织而成的网状纱层,其网孔结构为圆形。
实施例2
一种复合包芯纱,包括:芯纱1和包覆纱2。
其中,所述芯纱包括质量比为2:3的锦纶长丝和竹纤维,锦纶长丝为镀银锦纶长丝,竹纤维杂乱分布在锦纶长丝间。所述包覆纱呈网状包覆在所述芯纱外周。 镀银锦纶长丝复合后的细度为60D/70f。
所述包覆纱2为天丝和羊绒编织而成的网状纱层,其网孔结构为菱形。

1.一种复合包芯纱,包括:芯纱和包覆纱,其特征在于,所述芯纱包括锦纶长丝和竹纤维,其中,所述竹纤维杂乱分布在所述锦纶长丝间;所述包覆纱呈网状包覆在所述芯纱外周。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合包芯纱,其特征在于,所述芯纱中,所述竹纤维和锦纶长丝的质量比为1~2:3。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合包芯纱,其特征在于,所述锦纶长丝为镀银锦纶长丝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合包芯纱,其特征在于,所述芯纱中,所述包覆纱为天丝和羊绒编织而成的网状纱层。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的复合包芯纱,其特征在于,所述包覆纱的网孔结构为圆形或菱形。
