本发明公开了一种提高润滑性能的螺杆泵/螺杆钻具马达,包括定子壳体,所述定子壳体内固定设有橡胶衬套,所述橡胶衬套的内腔安装有螺杆转子;所述橡胶衬套的内表面间隔设有用于留存润滑液的凹坑;或者所述螺杆转子的外表面间隔设有用于留存润滑液的凹坑;因为所述橡胶衬套的内表面设有凹坑或者所述螺杆转子的外表面设有凹坑,凹坑内可以储存一定的油或液体,所以不管是遇到真空气体或供液不足时定子橡胶内表面与转子外表面之间都不会再出现干磨和自吸现象;凹坑中一直储存着一定的液体,不管什么时间启动都就很轻松,从而增加了一定的安全性;凹坑相对两表面接触面积减小,使用的动力也相对减小,节约了一定的能源。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺杆泵或螺杆钻具马达,尤其涉及一种工作可靠的螺杆泵/螺杆钻具马达。
背景技术
如图5所示,现有技术的螺杆泵或螺杆钻具马达包括定子壳体,所述定子壳体内固定设有橡胶衬套,所述橡胶衬套的内腔安装有螺杆转子,所述橡胶衬套和所述螺杆转子接触面都是光滑的,接触表面较大。缺点是:1.特别是螺杆泵在遇到抽空或气层时,橡胶衬套和螺杆转子表面产生干磨,两表面出现真空自吸从而不能再做相对运动,也就是行业中的“气锁”现象。(2)橡胶衬套和螺杆转子表面接触面积大(特别是放置时间长的马达),螺杆钻具的启动压力大,对压力泵和管线出现压力突然升高容易产生危险。(3)橡胶衬套和螺杆转子接触面积大消耗的动力也大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种工作可靠的提高润滑性能的螺杆泵/螺杆钻具马达。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:提高润滑性能的螺杆泵/螺杆钻具马达,包括定子壳体,所述定子壳体内固定设有橡胶衬套,所述橡胶衬套的内腔安装有螺杆转子,所述橡胶衬套的内表面间隔设有用于留存润滑液的凹坑。
作为优选的技术方案,所述凹坑边缘与所述橡胶衬套的内表面平滑过渡。
作为优选的技术方案,所述凹坑的深度不大于0.2mm。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的另一技术方案是:提高润滑性能的螺杆泵/螺杆钻具马达,包括定子壳体,所述定子壳体内固定设有橡胶衬套,所述橡胶衬套的内腔安装有螺杆转子,所述螺杆转子的外表面间隔设有用于留存润滑液的凹坑。
作为优选的技术方案,所述凹坑边缘与所述螺杆转子的外表面平滑过渡。
作为优选的技术方案,所述凹坑的深度不大于0.2mm。
由于采用了上述技术方案,提高润滑性能的螺杆泵/螺杆钻具马达,包括定子壳体,所述定子壳体内固定设有橡胶衬套,所述橡胶衬套的内腔安装有螺杆转子;所述橡胶衬套的内表面间隔设有用于留存润滑液的凹坑,所述凹坑边缘与所述橡胶衬套的内表面平滑过渡;或者所述螺杆转子的外表面间隔设有用于留存润滑液的凹坑,所述凹坑边缘与所述螺杆转子的外表面平滑过渡;因为所述橡胶衬套的内表面设有凹坑或者所述螺杆转子的外表面设有凹坑,凹坑内可以储存一定的油或液体,所以不管是遇到真空气体或供液不足时定子橡胶内表面与转子外表面之间都不会再出现干磨和自吸现象;凹坑中一直储存着一定的液体,不管什么时间启动都就很轻松,从而增加了一定的安全性;凹坑相对两表面接触面积减小,使用的动力也相对减小,节约了一定的能源。

实施例一:如图1和图2所示,提高润滑性能的螺杆泵/螺杆钻具马达,包括定子壳体1,所述定子壳体1内固定设有橡胶衬套2,所述橡胶衬套2的内腔安装有螺杆转子3,所述橡胶衬套2的内表面间隔设有用于留存润滑液的凹坑4,所述凹坑4边缘与所述橡胶衬套2的内表面平滑过渡;本实施例中,所述凹坑4的深度不大于0.2mm。
因为所述橡胶衬套2的内表面设有凹坑4,凹坑4内可以储存一定的油或液体,所以不管是遇到真空气体或供液不足时定子橡胶内表面与转子外表面之间都不会再出现干磨和自吸现象;凹坑4中一直储存着一定的液体,不管什么时间启动都就很轻松,从而增加了一定的安全性;凹坑4相对两表面接触面积减小,使用的动力也相对减小,节约了一定的能源。
实施例二:如图3和图4所示,提高润滑性能的螺杆泵/螺杆钻具马达,包括定子壳体1,所述定子壳体1内固定设有橡胶衬套2,所述橡胶衬套2的内腔安装有螺杆转子3,所述螺杆转子3的外表面间隔设有用于留存润滑液的凹坑4,所述凹坑4边缘与所述螺杆转子3的外表面平滑过渡;本实施例中,所述凹坑4的深度不大于0.2mm。

2.提高润滑性能的螺杆泵/螺杆钻具马达,包括定子壳体,所述定子壳体内固定设有橡胶衬套,所述橡胶衬套的内腔安装有螺杆转子,其特征在于:所述螺杆转子的外表面间隔设有用于留存润滑液的凹坑。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的螺杆泵/螺杆钻具马达,其特征在于:所述凹坑边缘与所述螺杆转子的外表面平滑过渡。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的螺杆泵/螺杆钻具马达,其特征在于:所述凹坑的深度不大于0.2mm。
