Abstract

本发明涉及一种BMC材料注射成型工艺，用于注塑高质量外观的长方形薄壁BM产品，它公开了BMC原材料通过螺杆加压入进料口经流道通住水口注射入模具内腔，水口设置在长方形模腔的一端，水口的厚度为注塑产品的厚度，宽度为0.7～1倍注塑产品的宽度，模腔的排气口位置与水口的位置相对称；在上模和下模的模体内纵向平均分布有电热体，电热体直接对上模和下模加热达到融化BMC材料，使BMC原材料经水口流入模腔内向排气口方向流动填充模腔注塑形成BM产品。本发明的优点是：解决细长、薄壁、高质量外观要求的塑料产品变形，缩水严重和排气困难等问题，方便BMC产品水口切断，注射成型工艺提高生产效率更适合工厂批量生产。

一种BMC材料注射成型工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料注塑成型领域，特别是涉及一种BMC注射成型工艺方法。
背景技术
传统的PP，ABS等热塑性材料注塑成型时，在遇到细长，薄壁，外观质量要求很高的产品时，往往无法解决细长形状，材料缩水所造成的产品变形，表面缩水严重，以及产品困气等质量问题。并且即使增加后续定型工装都难以解决上述问题。另外传统的PP，ABS等热塑性材料产品在使用一段时间后产品变色或褪色。
BMC即是：Bulk Molding Compound团状模塑材料, 是一种热固性塑料，其中混合了各种惰性填料、纤维增强材料、催化剂、稳定剂和颜料，形成一种用于压塑或注塑的胶粘“油灰状”复合材料。根据不同的最终应用领域，配制的复合材料可精确控制尺寸，阻燃性和抗电痕性良好，具有很高的介电强度、耐腐蚀性和耐污性，机械性能卓越，收缩性低且色泽稳定。团状模塑料 BMC)的流动特性和绝缘及阻燃性极好，对于细节和尺寸要求精确的各种应用非常适用。材料有75种颜色可供选择，能抵受粉剂喷涂或水性涂料。业界BMC成型采用的多是压铸成型，产品进胶口处理也是一大难点，因其进胶口比传统PP，ABS等热塑性材料进胶口大很多，造成生产后的产品难以用手掰断水口，必须借助锯子等工具。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种BMC注射成型工艺，能更适用于工厂批量生产，并能提升细长、薄壁、高质量外观要求的塑料产品质量。
本发明的技术解决方案是通过注塑方式形成高质量外观的长方形薄壁BM产品，在上模，下模，切刀顶板，水口顶针板，顶针，切刀，电热体的基础上，其特点是BMC原材料通过螺杆加压入进料口经流道通住水口注射入模具内腔，水口设置在长方形模腔的一端，水口的厚度为注塑产品的厚度，宽度为0.7～1倍注塑产品的宽度，模腔的排气口位置与水口的位置相对称；在上模和下模的模体内纵向平均分布有电热体，电热体直接对上模和下模加热达到融化BMC材料，使BMC原材料经水口流入模腔内向排气口方向流动填充模腔注塑形成BM产品。
以上所述的水口设置在长方形模腔长度方向的一端，切刀设置在下模内与水口位置相对应的位置，切刀顶板顶出时先顶出切刀，切刀将水口切断后限位不再升高，之后顶针将产品顶出。
本发明是针对BMC材料注塑成型提供的工艺方法 ，降低产品缩水率，模内水口切断方法，长度方向设置大进胶口，长度方向未断设置排气位置，达到改善细长、薄壁、高质量外观要求的塑料产品变形，缩水严重和排气困难等问题，方便BMC产品水口切断。
本发明的优点是：解决细长、薄壁、高质量外观要求的塑料产品变形，缩水严重和排气困难等问题，方便BMC产品水口切断，注射成型工艺提高生产效率更适合工厂批量生产。

具体实施方式
实施例1
根据图1、图2所示，本发明是通过注塑方式形成高质量外观的长方形薄壁BM产品001，在上模002，下模004，切刀顶板005，水口顶针板006，顶针007，切刀008，电热体011的基础上，其特点是BMC原材料通过螺杆加压入进料口003经流道通住产品进胶口010入水口009注射入模具内腔，水口009位设置在上模002长方形模腔的一端，水口009的厚度为注塑产品的厚度，宽度为0.7倍注塑产品的宽度，模腔的排气口012位置与水口009的位置相对称；在上模002和下模004的模体内纵向平均分布有电热体011，电热体011直接对上模002和下模004加热达到融化BMC材料，使BMC原材料经水口流入模腔内向排气口方向流动填充模腔注塑形成BM产品001。所述的水口009设置在长方形模腔长度方向的一端，切刀008设置在下模004内与水口009位置相对应的位置，切刀顶板005顶出时先顶出切刀008，切刀008将水口009切断后限位不再升高，之后顶针007将产品顶出。
原产品采用PP材料注塑成型，但是因为薄壁，细长形状，产品成型后变形非常严重，并且刚性不够，表面也无法达到高光要求。采用BMC材料压铸成型，仍然会造成表面无法达到高光要求，并且水口切断效率非常低。采用BMC材料注射成型工艺，并且采用模内水口切断装置，使产品达到了刚性，平整度和表面高光要求，并且一次性解决切水口问题，大大提升了产品质量和生产效率。
BMC原材料通过螺杆加压注射进入进料口003到模具产品内腔，通过电热体011直接对模具加热，使产品001达到融化及成型目的。达到设定成型时间后，切刀顶板005顶起，切刀008强行将水口剪断，随后模具上模003打开，切刀顶板005再将水口顶针板006顶起，将水口009顶出模具，手工取下产品001。
为解决产品平整度和高光表面效果，模腔必须抛光，并且水口009即产品进胶点位置必须设置在长度方向一端，为解决困气和改善表面质量，必须将排气口012位置设置在产品长度方向的另一端。

同实施例1，其不同的地方是：水口位设置在长方形模腔的一端，水口的厚度为注塑产品的厚度，宽度为0.85倍注塑产品的宽度。

1.一种BMC材料注射成型工艺，它是通过注塑方式形成高质量外观的长方形薄壁BM产品，包括上模，下模，切刀顶板，水口顶针板，顶针，切刀，电热体，其特征是BMC原材料通过螺杆加压入进料口经流道通住水口注射入模具内腔，水口设置在长方形模腔的一端，水口的厚度为注塑产品的厚度，宽度为0.7～1倍注塑产品的宽度，模腔的排气口位置与水口的位置相对称；在上模和下模的模体内纵向平均分布有电热体，电热体直接对上模和下模加热达到融化BMC材料，使BMC原材料经水口流入模腔内向排气口方向流动填充模腔注塑形成BM产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种BMC材料注射成型工艺，其特征是所述的水口设置在长方形模腔长度方向的一端，切刀设置在下模内与水口位置相对应的位置，切刀顶板顶出时先顶出切刀，切刀将水口切断后限位不再升高，之后顶针将产品顶出。
