本发明涉及一种出漩涡水装置及其工作方法。
背景技术:
目前的漩涡水的出水装置结构较复杂、出漩涡水的效果差,生产成本高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种出漩涡水装置及其工作方法,该出漩涡水装置结构简单、设计合理,有利于降低生产成本。
本发明出漩涡水装置,其特征在于:包括具有进水腔室和出水腔室的本体和铰接在本体出水腔室内的叶轮,所述本体内设有自上而下冲击叶轮以使叶轮转动的过水通道,所述过水通道的进水端位于进水腔室内,且具有若干个进水道,所述过水通道的出水端位于出水腔室,该过水通道的出水端冲击叶轮转动。
进一步的,上述本体由中隔板将本体分隔成进水腔室和出水腔室。
进一步的,上述进水腔室底部的中间位置具有连通进水腔室和出水腔室的通孔,其周边具有阶梯环,所述本体内自下而上穿接有用于铰接叶轮的叶轮柱,所述叶轮柱上端套接有进水盖,所述进水盖盖设于阶梯环上。
进一步的,上述进水道为设在阶梯环上的若干个缺口,该缺口偏离阶梯环轴线。
进一步的,上述通孔呈喇叭型。
本发明出漩涡水装置的工作方法,其特征在于:出漩涡水装置包括具有进水腔室和出水腔室的本体和铰接在本体出水腔室内的叶轮,所述本体内设有自上而下冲击叶轮以使叶轮转动的过水通道,所述过水通道的进水端位于进水腔室内,且具有若干个进水道,所述过水通道的出水端位于出水腔室,该过水通道的出水端冲击叶轮转动;工作时,水从进水腔室进入,若干个缺口形成多个进水道,形成旋涡水流,然后自上而下旋转进入出水腔室,旋转水流通过出水腔室对叶轮的冲击,从而带动叶轮高速旋转,叶轮的转动将水甩往出水腔室的侧壁,并从侧壁旋转流出,形成旋涡出水。
本发明出漩涡水装置结构简单、设计合理,有利于降低生产成本。

具体实施方式:
本发明出漩涡水装置,包括具有进水腔室1和出水腔室2的本体3和铰接在本体出水腔室内的叶轮4,所述本体3内设有自上而下冲击叶轮以使叶轮转动的过水通道5,所述过水通道的进水端位于进水腔室内,且具有若干个进水道6,所述过水通道的出水端位于出水腔室,该过水通道的出水端冲击叶轮转动。
进一步的,为了设计合理,上述本体由中隔板7将本体分隔成进水腔室1和出水腔室2。
进一步的,上述进水腔室底部的中间位置具有连通进水腔室和出水腔室的通孔8,其周边具有阶梯环9,所述本体3内自下而上穿接有用于铰接叶轮的叶轮柱10,所述叶轮柱10上端套接有进水盖11,所述进水盖11盖设于阶梯环9上。叶轮柱10穿过通孔8,其上端与进水盖11固定连接,下端部套接叶轮,叶轮转动,而叶轮柱10和进水盖11不动。
进一步的,为了设计合理,上述进水道为设在阶梯环上的若干个缺口12,该缺口偏离阶梯环轴线。该缺口偏离阶梯环轴线使其进水时形成切向力。
进一步的,上述通孔呈喇叭型,该喇叭型更加贴合叶轮,以使水冲击叶轮效果更好。
本发明出漩涡水装置及其工作方法的水流过程,水从进水腔室进入,若干个缺口形成多个进水道,形成旋涡水流,然后自上而下旋转进入出水腔室,旋转水流通过出水腔室对叶轮的冲击,从而带动叶轮高速旋转,叶轮的转动将水甩往出水腔室的侧壁,并从侧壁旋转流出,形成旋涡出水。

1.一种出漩涡水装置,其特征在于:包括具有进水腔室和出水腔室的本体和铰接在本体出水腔室内的叶轮,所述本体内设有自上而下冲击叶轮以使叶轮转动的过水通道,所述过水通道的进水端位于进水腔室内,且具有若干个进水道,所述过水通道的出水端位于出水腔室,该过水通道的出水端冲击叶轮转动;所述本体由中隔板将本体分隔成进水腔室和出水腔室;所述进水腔室底部的中间位置具有连通进水腔室和出水腔室的通孔,其周边具有阶梯环,所述本体内自下而上穿接有用于铰接叶轮的叶轮柱,所述叶轮柱上端套接有进水盖,所述进水盖盖设于阶梯环上;所述进水道为设在阶梯环上的若干个缺口,该缺口偏离阶梯环轴线;所述通孔呈喇叭型。
