Abstract
本发明公开了一种胍盐抗菌涂料,其特征是,按照重量份数,其组成为:丙烯酸乳液45~65份、马来酸酐1~5份、乙二醇1~10份、填料10~30份、分散剂1~10份、消泡剂1~5份、颜料1~5份、胍盐类聚合物1~8份。本发明的抗菌涂料的涂层具有优良的杀菌性和持久的抗菌性,而且具备较好的安全性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及抗菌涂料,具体是指一种胍盐抗菌涂料。
背景技术
细菌到处存在我们的生活中,当我们的身体感染一定数量致病性细菌时就可能导致我们身体发病。有害细菌感染到人体的途径很多,除了误吃不洁食物饮品以及空气传播外,很大一部分细菌感染是是由于接触性感染引起的。物品表面所带细菌感染以及通过物品表面交叉感染是致病细菌重要的传播方式,甚至引起疾病流行。抗菌性涂料能够在物品表面形成一层抗菌层,能有效杀灭、遏制致病细菌的滋生与传播。
抗菌涂料是一类具有抑菌和杀菌功能的新型涂料,通过添加一种或几种特定的抗菌剂而制成。目前涂料中常用的抗菌剂可以分为有机、无机和天然三大类。天然抗菌剂由于受到原料和加工条件的限制,目前暂时没有实现市场化。有机杀菌剂具有杀菌速度快、抗菌范围广等优点,但是存在耐热性和溶出物毒性等问题。无机抗菌剂以二氧化钛和纳米银为主,其特点是安全性、耐热性等性能好,但是价格较高以及抗菌速度较慢。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种胍盐抗菌涂料,具备良好的杀菌效果,并且安全无毒。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种胍盐抗菌涂料,按照重量份数,其组成为:丙烯酸乳液45~65份、马来酸酐1~5份、乙二醇1~10份、填料10~30份、分散剂1~10份、消泡剂1~5份、颜料1~5份、胍盐类聚合物1~8份。
作为优选,所述丙烯酸乳液为硅丙乳液、苯丙乳液、醋丙乳液中的一种,其中,苯丙乳液最为合适。
作为优选,所述填料为二氧化硅、二氧化钛、碳酸钙、滑石粉中的一种;其中,二氧化硅和二氧化钛都比较合适。
作为优选,所述的胍盐类聚合物为多元胺与胍盐的聚合物。
作为优选,所述多元胺为乙二胺、丙二胺、己二胺以及葵二胺中的一种,其中,己二胺最为合适。
作为优选,所述胍盐为碳酸胍、盐酸胍、硝酸胍以及磷酸胍,其中,盐酸胍最为合适。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有如下优点:本发明的抗菌涂料的涂层具有优良的杀菌性和持久的抗菌性,其抗菌性能、耐久抗菌性按GB/T 21866-2008标准进行测试,杀菌效果突出,抗菌耐久性突出,而且具备较好的安全性。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种胍盐抗菌涂料,按重量份包括下列原料:丙烯酸乳液51份、马来酸酐2份、乙二醇8份、填料25份、分散剂5份、消泡剂3份、颜料5份、胍盐类聚合物1份,将其混合搅拌刷涂到铝板上,室温下干燥。其抗菌性能见表1。
实施例2:一种胍盐抗菌涂料,按重量份包括下列原料:丙烯酸乳液50份、马来酸酐2份、乙二醇8份、填料25份、分散剂5份、消泡剂3份、颜料5份、胍盐类聚合物2份,将其混合搅拌刷涂到铝板上,室温下干燥。其抗菌性能见表1。
实施例3:一种胍盐抗菌涂料,按重量份包括下列原料:丙烯酸乳液49份、马来酸酐2份、乙二醇8份、填料25份、分散剂5份、消泡剂3份、颜料5份、胍盐类聚合物3份,将其混合搅拌刷涂到铝板上,室温下干燥。其抗菌性能见表1。
实施例4:一种胍盐抗菌涂料,按重量份包括下列原料:丙烯酸乳液48份、马来酸酐2份、乙二醇8份、填料25份、分散剂5份、消泡剂3份、颜料5份、胍盐类聚合物4份,将其混合搅拌刷涂到铝板上,室温下干燥。其抗菌性能见表1。
实施例5:一种胍盐抗菌涂料,按重量份包括下列原料:丙烯酸乳液48份、马来酸酐2份、乙二醇8份、填料24份、分散剂5份、消泡剂3份、颜料5份、胍盐类聚合物5份,将其混合搅拌刷涂到铝板上,室温下干燥。其抗菌性能见表1。
实施例6:一种胍盐抗菌涂料,按重量份包括下列原料:丙烯酸乳液48份、马来酸酐2份、乙二醇8份、填料23份、分散剂5份、消泡剂3份、颜料5份、胍盐类聚合物6份,将其混合搅拌刷涂到铝板上,室温下干燥。其抗菌性能见表1。
实施例7:一种胍盐抗菌涂料,按重量份包括下列原料:丙烯酸乳液47份、马来酸酐2份、乙二醇8份、填料22份、分散剂5份、消泡剂3份、颜料5份、胍盐类聚合物8份,将其混合搅拌刷涂到铝板上,室温下干燥。其抗菌性能见表1。
在上述7个实施例中,所述丙烯酸乳液可以为硅丙乳液、苯丙乳液、醋丙乳液中的一种,优选苯丙乳液。填料可以为二氧化硅、二氧化钛、碳酸钙、滑石粉中的一种,优选二氧化硅、二氧化钛。胍盐类聚合物为多元胺与胍盐的聚合物,而多元胺又可以为乙二胺、丙二胺、己二胺以及葵二胺中的一种,优选己二胺,而胍盐则可以为碳酸胍、盐酸胍、硝酸胍以及磷酸胍,优选盐酸胍。
对比实施例:一种抗菌涂料,按重量份包括下列原料:丙烯酸乳液52份、马来酸酐2份、乙二醇8份、填料25份、分散剂5份、消泡剂3份、颜料5份、胍盐类聚合物0份,将其混合搅拌刷涂到铝板上,室温下干燥。其抗菌性能见表1。
以下为各实施例性能测试结果,在测试中以大肠杆菌和金色葡萄球菌作为示例。

1.一种胍盐抗菌涂料,其特征是,按照重量份数,其组成为:丙烯酸乳液45~65份、马来酸酐1~5份、乙二醇1~10份、填料10~30份、分散剂1~10份、消泡剂1~5份、颜料1~5份、胍盐类聚合物1~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胍盐抗菌涂料,其特征是:所述丙烯酸乳液为硅丙乳液、苯丙乳液、醋丙乳液中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胍盐抗菌涂料,其特征是:所述填料为二氧化硅、二氧化钛、碳酸钙、滑石粉中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胍盐抗菌涂料,其特征是:所述的胍盐类聚合物为多元胺与胍盐的聚合物。
5.根据权利要求5所述的胍盐抗菌涂料,其特征是:所述多元胺为乙二胺、丙二胺、己二胺以及葵二胺中的一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的胍盐抗菌涂料,其特征是:所述胍盐为碳酸胍、盐酸胍、硝酸胍以及磷酸胍中的一种。
