背景技术
目前复混肥料中主要营养元素为氮、磷、钾,但是农作物生长需要 18 种必需的营养元素,因此,目前常规化肥所含有的营养元素并不能完全满足作物生长需要。农作物生长过程中,小麦缺乏钼元素的状况较为常见,表现为叶片由绿变黄,叶片前退色变淡,最初出现在老叶上,接着由叶尖向边缘延伸,沿叶脉平行出现细小的黄白斑点,并逐渐形成片状,最后使叶片前部干枯,严重的整叶干枯导致小麦死亡,从而严重影响小麦的产量,降低种植户的经济利润。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种含钼小麦复混肥料,不但能够有效避免小麦缺钼症状的发生,降低麦苗的枯萎率,而且能够有效防治小麦的粘虫虫害病,从而提高小麦的千粒重和产量。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种含钼小麦复混肥料,由以下重量份的原料制成:辉钼矿22-24份、钼酸钙13-15份、钼酸钠8-10份、仲钼酸铵6-8份、椤木叶5-7份、石斑木叶4-6份、铁刀木树皮11-13份、马鞍树树皮10-12份、硝酸铵22-24份、过磷酸钙6-8份、氯化钾13-15份、牛血9-11份、鸡骨14-16份、鱼刺7-9份、豆角叶3-5份、芝麻秸秆19-21份。

(1)将牛血滤去杂质,置于温度为66-68℃的烘干箱烘干至无水分,投入转速为4600-4700r/min的粉碎机粉碎,过80-85目筛,得牛血粉,备用;

(9)袋装,贴标签,180W/cm2紫外照射55min,得成品。
作为发明进一步的方案:本发明用于小麦返青期,作为追肥使用,每亩用量为7kg。
作为发明进一步的方案:本发明中所使用的椤木叶、石斑木叶、铁刀木树皮、马鞍树树皮、豆角叶和芝麻秸秆均以鲜重重量计。

本发明实施例中,与实施例1不同之处在于原料重量份数的不同,其他条件均相同。
一种含钼小麦复混肥料,由以下重量份的原料制成:辉钼矿23份、钼酸钙14份、钼酸钠9份、仲钼酸铵7份、椤木叶6份、石斑木叶5份、铁刀木树皮12份、马鞍树树皮11份、硝酸铵23份、过磷酸钙7份、氯化钾14份、牛血10份、鸡骨15份、鱼刺8份、豆角叶4份、芝麻秸秆20份。

本发明实施例中,与实施例1不同之处在于原料重量份数的不同,其他条件均相同。
一种含钼小麦复混肥料,由以下重量份的原料制成:辉钼矿24份、钼酸钙15份、钼酸钠10份、仲钼酸铵8份、椤木叶7份、石斑木叶6份、铁刀木树皮13份、马鞍树树皮12份、硝酸铵24份、过磷酸钙8份、氯化钾15份、牛血11份、鸡骨16份、鱼刺9份、豆角叶5份、芝麻秸秆21份。
使用本实施例的含钼小麦复混肥料及对比例的市售肥料对返青期小麦试验田进行实验,平均分为4组,每组10亩,每块试验田肥料使用量为7kg/亩,其他条件相同,统计小麦产量、千粒重、枯萎率和粘虫虫害率:

统计小麦枯萎率和粘虫虫害率时,随机选取试验田中单位面积的土壤,统计其中枯萎植株数量和粘虫虫害植株数量。
由表1可知,本发明的肥料能够有效降低小麦枯萎率和粘虫虫害率,促进小麦的健康生长,从而提高小麦的千粒重和产量,为种植户带来更高的经济利润。
Claims (3)
1.一种含钼小麦复混肥料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:辉钼矿22-24份、钼酸钙13-15份、钼酸钠8-10份、仲钼酸铵6-8份、椤木叶5-7份、石斑木叶4-6份、铁刀木树皮11-13份、马鞍树树皮10-12份、硝酸铵22-24份、过磷酸钙6-8份、氯化钾13-15份、牛血9-11份、鸡骨14-16份、鱼刺7-9份、豆角叶3-5份、芝麻秸秆19-21份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含钼小麦复混肥料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的牛血取自杀牛场的下水道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含钼小麦复混肥料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体的包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛血滤去杂质,置于温度为66-68℃的烘干箱烘干至无水分,投入转速为4600-4700r/min的粉碎机粉碎,过80-85目筛,得牛血粉,备用;
(2)将辉钼矿在460-480℃下煅烧620-640min,室温自然冷却,投入转速为9000-9100r/min的研磨机研磨590-610s,过110-120目筛,得辉钼矿粉;将钼酸钙、钼酸钠和仲钼酸铵投入转速为4900-5000r/min的粉碎机粉碎,过110-120目筛,与辉钼矿粉一起投入转速为35-37r/min的混合机混合搅拌160-170s,避光室温密闭发酵360-380h,期间每隔48h翻堆一次,室温自然冷却,备用;
(3)将鸡骨和鱼刺投入88-90℃的炒锅内,大火翻炒14-16min,室温自然冷却,投入转速为5200-5300r/min的粉碎机粉碎,过130-140目筛,备用;
(4)将芝麻秸秆置于温度为36-38℃的烘干箱烘干至水分含量为2-4%,投入转速为4800-4900r/min的粉碎机粉碎,过65-70目筛,芝麻秸秆粉末,备用;
(5)将铁刀木树皮和马鞍树树皮投入71-73℃的炒锅内,文火翻炒18-20min,将炒锅温度调至48-50℃,加入椤木叶和石斑木叶文火翻炒2-4min,将炒锅温度调至37-39℃,加入豆角叶继续文火翻炒3-5min,室温自然冷却,投入转速为4800-4900r/min的粉碎机粉碎,过100-110目筛,避光室温密闭发酵230-250h,期间每隔50h翻堆一次,室温自然冷却,备用;
(6)将牛血粉、芝麻秸秆粉末和步骤(5)的备用原料投入19-21r/min的混合机混合搅拌130-140s,置于温度为28-30℃的恒温箱发酵160-170h,室温自然冷却,备用;
(7)将步骤(2)的备用原料和步骤(3)的备用原料投入22-24r/min的混合机混合搅拌160-170s,室温密闭发酵120-130h,室温自然冷却,备用;
(8)将硝酸铵、过磷酸钙和氯化钾投入转速5200-5300r/min的粉碎机混合粉碎,过70-80目筛,与步骤(6)的备用原料和步骤(7)的备用原料投入22-24r/min的混合机混合搅拌200-220s,过圆盘造粒机造粒,粒径为1.5-1.7mm,热风干燥,得肥料颗粒;
(9)袋装,贴标签,180-190W/cm2紫外照射55-60min,得成品。
