Abstract
本发明榆芪中药烧伤合剂属于中药技术领域，是一种治疗各种烧伤的药剂及其配方。主要含有生乳香、生没药、生大黄、黑地榆等10多种中药，经过配制成糊状或其它剂型，经180例应用，其中开水烫伤127例，火焰灼伤40例，电灼电击伤5例，石灰水泥熟料烧伤8例，比对照组具有以下显著优点：1.治疗烧伤种类扩大；2.止痛效果好；3.愈合期缩短二倍以上；4.创面愈合好，多无明显疤痕；5.操作条件要求不高，便于基层医院及家庭使用，医药费用低廉。
Description
本发明属于中药技术领域，是一种治疗各种烧伤的中药药品及其配制方法。
现有的治疗烧伤药物，如氯霉素纱条，不仅氯霉素药剂制作复杂、药价贵，而且使用时纱条必须高温消毒，又需要3-5个小时更换一次，治疗过程一个月以上，更换过程中不仅给患者带来疼痛，而且对创面早期愈合不利，愈合后易留疤痕。如西药湿润烧伤膏，在创面上涂层厚，3-5小时复涂一次，该药渗透性差，新涂药膏不能直接涂到创面基底，对于直径在20cm以上的Ⅲ度创面治疗操作条件要求严格，不易掌握，仅对火烫伤、化学灼伤有效，对电焊灼伤、火药炸药。石灰水泥熟料烧伤效果不佳。再如永龙正红花油，仅对烫伤、刀伤不效，使用时该油剂需用纱布苷棉浸油敷患处，红花油剂蒸发快，创面不能在湿润环境下愈合。
烧伤是一种全身性的外科病，过去仅有火烧伤、水汤烫伤防治药物，随着科学技术的发展，化学烧伤、放射性烧伤、电击伤、火药炸伤、石灰、水泥熟料烧伤、电焊烧伤等多种的烧伤患者日益增多，而且烧伤的性质日益复杂难治，不仅患者极痛，而且易造成终生残废。
本发明的目的是研制一种治疗烧伤种类广，止痛愈合效果好，周期短的中药烧伤药剂及配方。
本发明经过多次试验筛选，采用中药组方研制一种能治疗各种烧伤的药物。本发明榆芪中药烧伤合剂组方中主要药物有：生乳香、生没药、生大黄、白芷、黄连、黄柏、虎杖、赤小豆、薏苡仁、元胡、黑地榆、黄芪、冰片。
本发明根据烧伤种类，还加入有：枝子、连翘、二花、丹参、白芨。
本发明组方各种主要药物的含量为：生乳香5-30g、生没药5-30g、生大黄3-12g、白芷5-15g、黄连5-20g、黄柏5-10g、虎杖10-40g、赤小豆10-30g、薏苡仁10-30g、元胡5-15g、黑地榆100-1000g、黄芪15-60g、冰片3-20g。
其他药物：枝子10-20g、连翘5-15g、二花15-20g、丹参10-20g、白芨10-15g。
将上述药物的黑地榆研末，将其它药物用香油炸黄，去除药渣混合制成糊状等剂型备用。
本发明榆芪中药烧伤合剂经临床应用，与现有烧伤药物比较，具有以下显著优点。
1、治疗烧伤种类广。不仅能治疗水汤烫伤、火烧伤，而且能治疗化学灼伤、电焊烧伤、电击伤、放射性烧伤、火药炸伤、石灰水泥熟料伤等其它烧伤。
2、明显减少病人痛苦。止痛效果好，凡疼痛明显者均可在15分钟内减轻至消失。
3、操作条件要求不高。凡烧伤创面清洗后即可外用此药，简便易行，医疗费用低廉。
4、抗感染能力强，渗透能力好，使创面保持湿润环境。
5、治愈时间快，愈合期缩短二倍以上。
6、创面愈合好。愈合后无疤痕，皮肤舒展，接近正常皮肤。
本发明榆芪中药烧伤合剂实例配方之一，生乳香5g、生没药5g、生大黄3g、白芷5g、黄连5g、黄柏5g、虎杖10g、赤小豆10g、薏苡仁10g、元胡5g、黑地榆100g、黄芪15g、冰片3g。
本发明榆芪中药烧伤合剂实例配方之二，生乳香30g、生没药30g、生大黄12g、白芷15g、黄连20g、黄柏10g、虎杖40g、赤小豆30g、薏苡仁30g、元胡15g、黑地榆1000g、黄芪60g、冰片20g。
本发明榆芪中药烧伤合剂实例配方之三，在实例配方之一中加入枝子10g、连翘5g、二花15g、丹参10g、白芨10。
本发明榆芪中药烧伤合剂实例配方之四，在实例配方之二中加入20g、连翘15g、二花20g、丹参20g、白芨15。
临床应用时，治疗前先用药液清洗创面，去除创面残留物和脓液，将本发明药剂涂于创面上，每日3-5次直止愈合。
经180例烧伤应用，其中男107例，女73例，年龄1-53岁，其中15-37岁占122例。烧伤病种中，其中开水烫伤127例，火焰灼伤40例，电灼电击5例，石灰水泥熟料烧伤8例。烧伤部位中，其中四肢127例，胸背部位20例，四肢躯干兼有13例，其它部位20例，烧伤面积最大30％，最小1％，平均8．7％，均为Ⅱ度，其中浅Ⅱ度78％，深Ⅱ度22％。住院周转天数最短5天，最长30天，平均10．3天。疗效观察(1)用药1-2天后，创面肉芽水肿明显消退144例，有不同程度减轻34例，无明显变化2例；(2)治愈141例，好转32例，无效7例，总效率96％，其中开水烫伤有效率99％以上，火烧伤有效率97％以上，氯霉素纱条对照组85％以下；(3)愈合期平均12．7天，无明显疤痕，对照组43．7天，有较多疤痕形成。
梁×，男，13岁，汽油烧伤右臂部及整个下肢，烧伤面积23％，浅Ⅱ度占16％，深Ⅱ度占7％，当地治疗一周无效，入院查体温39℃，脉博120次／分，创面上含有气泡脓性分泌物复盖。行全身支持治疗，清洗创面后用本发明榆芪中药烧伤合剂擦涂，每日3-5次，第三日体温脉博正常创面脓性分泌物明显减少，第五日有散在皮岛生长，至第十日脓性分泌物基本消失，广泛皮岛生长，住院15天创面无疤痕愈合。
Claims (1)
1、一种治疗烧伤的药物，其特征在于由下述用量的中药制成：生乳香5-30g、生没药5-30g、生大黄3-12g、白芷5-15g、黄连5-20g、黄柏5-10g、虎杖10-40g、赤小豆10-30g、薏苡仁10-30g、元胡5-15g、黄芪15-60g、黑地榆100-1000g、冰片3-20g、枝子10-20g、连翘5-15g二花15-20g、丹参10-20g、白芨10-15g。
