Abstract
本发明提供一种中性除锈剂,其主要组成成分:氟硅酸5-15g/L,二羧基丁二酸10-25g/L,氨基磺酸5-15g/L,苹果酸5-15g/L,三乙醇胺1-5g/L,二乙二醇单丁醚1-3g/L,亚硫酸钠2-5g/L,碳酸钠10-30g/L,去离子水887-961g/L。本发明所述的环保型除锈剂,无毒、无磷、环保节能,对环境无污染;除锈效率高,能够快速去除金属表面的锈迹、氧化膜等;而且除锈剂呈中性,不会对设备和金属工件造成腐蚀。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及到一种环保无磷中性除锈剂,主要应用于金属材料涂装前处理的除锈,本发明属于金属除锈技术领域。
背景技术:
金属材料在进行喷涂、电镀等工序之前,其表面必须进行处理,主要除去其表面的锈和氧化皮,然后再进行其他的表面处理,现在市场上常用除锈剂是盐酸或硫酸,在除锈过程中会有大量酸雾逸出,对设备和身体都造成伤害,并且对工件容易产生氢脆现象,同时酸洗除锈产生的废气、废水对环境污染较严重,不利于对环境保护。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种无磷中性除锈剂,这种除锈剂配制简单,而且在常温条件下就可以进行操作,除锈效率高,除锈剂呈中性,而且不含磷,对设备和工件都没有腐蚀,同时也不会对环境产生污染,符合环保要求。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种无磷中性除锈剂,其配方按重量配比为:氟硅酸钠5-15g/L,苹果酸10-25g/L,氨基磺酸5-15g/L,二羧基丁二酸5-15g/L,缓蚀剂1-5g/L,表面活性剂1-3g/L,亚硫酸钠2-5g/L,碳酸钠10-30g/L,去离子水887-961 g/L。
其中缓蚀剂为三乙醇胺、水杨酸钠、单宁酸、葡萄糖酸钠;
其中表面活性剂为二乙二醇单丁醚、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚;
无磷中性除锈剂的制备方法:
氟硅酸钠5g/L,苹果酸10g/L,氨基磺酸5g/L, 二羧基丁二酸5g/L,三乙醇胺1g/L,二乙二醇单丁醚1g/L,亚硫酸钠2g/L,碳酸钠20g/L,去离子水951 g/L,各成分均匀搅拌后将金属工件放入其中浸泡5-10分钟。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
①本发明产品是无磷产品,不会对环境造成污染,符合环保要求;
②本发明产品是中性,不会对设备和工件造成腐蚀,同时对人的身体也不会造成危害;
③本发明产品在常温条件可以操作,且除锈效果好、节约了成本。
具体实施方式:
实例1:氟硅酸钠6g/L,苹果酸11g/L,氨基磺酸6g/L, 二羧基丁二酸5g/L,三乙醇胺1g/L,二乙二醇单丁醚1g/L,亚硫酸钠2g/L,碳酸钠21g/L,去离子水947 g/L,各成分在常温常压下搅拌均匀,PH值为6-7。
实例2:氟硅酸钠7g/L,苹果酸12g/L,氨基磺酸7g/L, 二羧基丁二酸6g/L,三乙醇胺1g/L,二乙二醇单丁醚1g/L,亚硫酸钠2g/L,碳酸钠22g/L,去离子水942 g/L,各成分在常温常压下搅拌均匀,PH值为6-7。
实例3:氟硅酸钠8g/L,苹果酸13g/L,氨基磺酸8g/L, 二羧基丁二酸7g/L,三乙醇胺1g/L,二乙二醇单丁醚1g/L,亚硫酸钠2g/L,碳酸钠23g/L,去离子水937 g/L,各成分在常温常压下搅拌均匀,PH值为6-7。
实例4:氟硅酸钠9g/L,苹果酸14g/L,氨基磺酸9g/L, 二羧基丁二酸5g/L,三乙醇胺1g/L,二乙二醇单丁醚1g/L,亚硫酸钠2g/L,碳酸钠24g/L,去离子水935 g/L,各成各成分在常温常压下搅拌均匀,PH值为6-7。
实例5:氟硅酸钠10g/L,苹果酸15g/L,氨基磺酸10g/L, 二羧基丁二酸5g/L,三乙醇胺1g/L,二乙二醇单丁醚1g/L,亚硫酸钠2g/L,碳酸钠25g/L,去离子水931 g/L,各成各成分在常温常压下搅拌均匀,PH值为6-7。
Claims (3)
1.一种无磷中性除锈剂的制备及其应用,其特征在于配方按重量配比为:氟硅酸钠5-15g/L,苹果酸10-25g/L,氨基磺酸5-15g/L,二羧基丁二酸5-15g/L,缓蚀剂1-5g/L,表面活性剂1-3g/L,亚硫酸钠2-5g/L,碳酸钠10-30g/L,去离子水887-961 g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一种无磷中性除锈剂的制备及其应用,其中缓蚀剂为三乙醇胺、水杨酸钠、单宁酸、葡萄糖酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种一种无磷中性除锈剂的制备及其应用,其中表面活性剂为二乙二醇单丁醚、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚。
