本发明公开了一种新能源汽车用电力及信号传输电缆,包括多根复合绝缘线芯和多个数据信号线芯组;多根复合绝缘线芯和多个数据信号线芯组共同挤塑成型于添加环保壬酸香草酰胺防鼠剂的低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃‑150载体层中,低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃‑15载体层外包覆有陶瓷纤维隔热编织层、紫外光固化硅橡胶外护套层。本发明通过多根复合绝缘线芯和多个数据信号线芯组共同挤塑成型于添加环保壬酸香草酰胺防鼠剂的低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃‑150载体层中,并配合外部各层,使得成缆后具有体积小、重量轻、柔软性好、屏蔽性能好,且具有耐高温、阻燃、耐油、耐寒、耐磨、耐刮擦、耐酸碱、防水、耐紫外线的特点。

技术领域:
本发明涉及新能源汽车电缆,尤其涉及一种新能源汽车用电力及信号传输电缆。
背景技术:
近几年国家轨道交通发展迅速,动车机组、高速机组的控制越来越复杂,电气控制设备越来越多,其电缆需求量也必然随之增长。然而机车内的空间是有限的,所以要求尽可能减少电缆的绝缘厚度以缩小电缆外径。这就要求提高绝缘的耐温等级以提高电缆的载流量,提高绝缘的机械物理性能、耐油性能以提高电缆的安全性能。
目前的薄壁绝缘低烟无卤阻燃轨道交通车辆用电缆多采用低烟无卤聚烯烃作为绝缘材料,但是低烟无卤聚烯烃中添加的无机阻燃剂较多,在做小规格的电缆,较难满足耐刮磨性能,所以其应用也受到了限制。
发明内容:
为了弥补现有技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种新能源汽车用电力及信号传输电缆,具有体积小、重量轻、柔软性好、屏蔽性能好,且具有耐高温、阻燃、耐油、耐寒、耐磨、耐刮擦、耐酸碱、防水、耐紫外线的特点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
新能源汽车用电力及信号传输电缆,其特征在于,包括多根复合绝缘线芯和多个数据信号线芯组;多根复合绝缘线芯和多个数据信号线芯组共同挤塑成型于添加环保壬酸香草酰胺防鼠剂的低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃-150载体层中,多个数据信号线芯组对称分布于多根复合绝缘线芯两侧,低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃-15载体层外包覆有陶瓷纤维隔热编织层、紫外光固化硅橡胶外护套层。
所述的新能源汽车用电力及信号传输电缆,其特征在于,所述的复合绝缘线芯采用复合导体外包覆微孔聚四氟乙烯绝缘层构成。
所述的新能源汽车用电力及信号传输电缆,其特征在于,所述的复合导体采用碳纤维复合芯棒,碳纤维复合芯棒采用多股极细铜丝束与碳纤维丝束绞合成束构成。
所述的新能源汽车用电力及信号传输电缆,其特征在于,所述的数据信号线芯组包括两根对绞成束的数据绝缘线芯构成,数据绝缘线芯采用镁铝合金导体外依次包覆半导电乙烯- 醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA、氯磺化聚乙烯绝缘层构成,数据信号线芯组外依次包覆有耐火云母带绕包层、硅橡胶保护层。
本发明的优点是:
本发明通过多根复合绝缘线芯和多个数据信号线芯组共同挤塑成型于添加环保壬酸香草酰胺防鼠剂的低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃-150载体层中,并配合外部各层,使得成缆后具有体积小、重量轻、柔软性好、屏蔽性能好,且具有耐高温、阻燃、耐油、耐寒、耐磨、耐刮擦、耐酸碱、防水、耐紫外线的特点。

新能源汽车用电力及信号传输电缆,包括多根复合绝缘线芯1和多个数据信号线芯组2;多根复合绝缘线芯1和多个数据信号线芯4组共同挤塑成型于添加环保壬酸香草酰胺防鼠剂的低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃-150载体层3中,多个数据信号线芯组2对称分布于多根复合绝缘线芯1两侧,低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃-15载体层4外包覆有陶瓷纤维隔热编织层4、紫外光固化硅橡胶外护套层5。
复合绝缘线芯1采用复合导体1-1外包覆微孔聚四氟乙烯绝缘层1-2构成,复合导体1-1采用碳纤维复合芯棒,碳纤维复合芯棒采用多股极细铜丝束与碳纤维丝束绞合成束构成。
数据信号线芯组2包括两根对绞成束的数据绝缘线芯构成,数据绝缘线芯采用镁铝合金导体2-1外依次包覆半导电乙烯- 醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA2-2、氯磺化聚乙烯绝缘层2-3构成,数据信号线芯组外依次包覆有耐火云母带绕包层6、硅橡胶保护层7。

1.一种新能源汽车用电力及信号传输电缆,其特征在于,包括多根复合绝缘线芯和多个数据信号线芯组;多根复合绝缘线芯和多个数据信号线芯组共同挤塑成型于添加环保壬酸香草酰胺防鼠剂的低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃-150载体层中,多个数据信号线芯组对称分布于多根复合绝缘线芯两侧,低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃-15载体层外包覆有陶瓷纤维隔热编织层、紫外光固化硅橡胶外护套层。
2.权利要求1所述的新能源汽车用电力及信号传输电缆,其特征在于,所述的复合绝缘线芯采用复合导体外包覆微孔聚四氟乙烯绝缘层构成。
3.据权利要求2所述的新能源汽车用电力及信号传输电缆,其特征在于,所述的复合导体采用碳纤维复合芯棒,碳纤维复合芯棒采用多股极细铜丝束与碳纤维丝束绞合成束构成。
