Abstract
本发明公开了一种工业废液处理机构,它主要包括电动机、反应釜、稳定剂罐、转动轴承、减压器、热交换器、水消毒器以及电解器。所述稳定剂罐下端一侧安装有小管道,小管道与转动轴承连接相通,所述转动轴承的下端安装进反应釜内,所述反应釜下部安装有减压器,所述减压器下安装有水管。本发明通过化学反应中和掉工业废水中的有毒物质,有效保护水资源,而且成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明属于环保机械领域,尤其涉及一种工业废液处理机构。
背景技术
在对废水进行收集集中处理的过程中,如果要收集处理的废水中含有大量汞的话,如果不加以消除,排到水流中,就会影响水资源,水中如果含汞量大的话就会对人体和动物有一定的伤害,现在有一种装置,在对含汞等废水进行收集集中之前就可以进行除汞,成本低廉。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种通过化学反应中和掉工业废水中的有毒物质,有效保护水资源,而且成本低廉的工业废液处理机构。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种工业废液处理机构,它主要包括电动机、反应釜、稳定剂罐、转动轴承、减压器、热交换器、水消毒器以及电解器,
所述稳定剂罐下端一侧安装有小管道,所述小管道上安装设置有一个逆止阀,小管道与转动轴承连接相通,所述转动轴承的下端安装进反应釜内,所述反应釜上安装一个通气管以及一个立体视镜,所述转动轴承上安装有废水输进管,所述转动轴承上安装皮带,所述皮带与电动机连接,所述反应釜下部安装有减压器,所述减压器下安装有水管,所述水管下安装有热交换器,所述热交换器另一端通过水管安装水消毒器,所述水消毒器另一端通过水管安装电解器。
所述通气管的横截面直径长为5厘米。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明通过化学反应中和掉工业废水中的有毒物质,有效保护水资源,而且成本低廉。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种工业废液处理机构,它主要包括电动机1、反应釜2、稳定剂罐3、转动轴承4、减压器6、热交换器9、水消毒器10以及电解器11,所述稳定剂罐3下端一侧安装有小管道,所述小管道上安装设置有一个逆止阀8,小管道与转动轴承4连接相通,所述转动轴承4的下端安装进反应釜2内,所述反应釜2上安装一个通气管5以及一个立体视镜21,所述转动轴承4上安装有废水输进管7,所述转动轴承4上安装皮带,所述皮带与电动机1连接。
所述反应釜2下部安装有减压器6,所述减压器6下安装有水管,所述水管下安装有热交换器9,所述热交换器9另一端通过水管安装水消毒器10,所述水消毒器10另一端通过水管安装电解器11。
所述通气管5的横截面直径长为5厘米。

1.一种工业废液处理机构,它主要包括电动机、反应釜、稳定剂罐、转动轴承、减压器、热交换器、水消毒器以及电解器,其特征在于:所述稳定剂罐下端一侧安装有小管道,所述小管道上安装设置有一个逆止阀,小管道与转动轴承连接相通,所述转动轴承的下端安装进反应釜内,所述反应釜上安装一个通气管以及一个立体视镜,所述转动轴承上安装有废水输进管,所述转动轴承上安装皮带,所述皮带与电动机连接,所述反应釜下部安装有减压器,所述减压器下安装有水管,所述水管下安装有热交换器,所述热交换器另一端通过水管安装水消毒器,所述水消毒器另一端通过水管安装电解器。
