本发明公开一种油箱,包括本体,所述本体的外表面依次向外设有石墨烯发热层和保温层,所述石墨烯发热层电连接至外部电源。本发明的一种油箱,采用先进的石墨烯发热材料,提供燃油的加热源,节能环保,本发明结构简单、设计合理,具有容易制造,成本低,安全可靠、推广前景广阔等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车零部件,尤其是指一种油箱。
背景技术
汽车是人们常用的代步工具,而油箱作为汽车的必备设备之一,担负着为汽车燃油的储存任务,但在冬季,尤其在北方城市,受环境温度低的影响,造成燃油温度低,从而导致汽车不易启动的情况经常发生,而有人采用火烤油箱的办法,试图提高燃油温度,但此举存在极大的安全隐患,极易造成人身伤害事故发生。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是克服背景技术中的不足,提供一种油箱,这种油箱,采用先进的石墨烯发热材料,提供热源,加热或者保温燃油,能耗低且非常安全。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:
本发明的一种油箱,包括本体,所述本体的外表面依次向外设有石墨烯发热层和保温层,所述石墨烯发热层电连接至外部电源。
进一步地,所述外部电源是蓄电池。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的一种油箱,由于在油箱本体的表面,涂覆石墨烯发热层,在石墨烯发热层的表面又设置保温层,而石墨烯发热层电连接至外部电源,比如蓄电池;使用时,石墨烯发热层在蓄电池输入的电流作用下发热,产生的热量可以加热油箱中的燃油,而石墨烯发热层外部的保温层,可有效防止石墨烯发热层的热量散失。经过适当加热的燃油,即可顺利启动汽车;另外,因为采用低压的蓄电池为石墨烯发热层供电,所以非常安全可靠。

如图1所示,本发明的一种油箱,包括本体1,所述本体1的外表面依次向外设有石墨烯发热层2和保温层3,所述石墨烯发热层2电连接至外部电源。
所述外部电源是蓄电池。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的一种油箱,由于在油箱本体1的表面,涂覆石墨烯发热层2,在石墨烯发热层2的表面又设置保温层3,而石墨烯发热层2电连接至外部电源,比如蓄电池;使用时,石墨烯发热层2在蓄电池输入的电流作用下发热,产生的热量可以加热油箱中的燃油,而石墨烯发热层2外部的保温层3,可有效防止石墨烯发热层2的热量散失。经过适当加热的燃油,即可顺利启动汽车;另外,因为采用低压的蓄电池为石墨烯发热层2供电,所以非常安全可靠。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油箱,其特征在于:所述外部电源是蓄电池。
