Abstract

本发明公开了一种固定滑板的凸轮锁紧装置，包括轴承套，轴承套周围设有一圈固定块，轴承套内部设有转动轴。本发明与传统技术相比，通过转动轴转动来带动固定块，当固定块与滑板在同一直线时起到阻挡作用，当两者垂直时则滑板打开，以此起到锁紧功能。

本发明属于耐火材料领域，具体涉及一种固定滑板的凸轮锁紧装置。
背景技术
炼钢厂在炼钢完成后需要将钢水引导出炼钢炉，炼钢炉出口处通常依靠上下滑板的滑动来控制出水。上下滑板在滑动中需要锁紧装置来调控，一般的锁紧装置不耐高温，且由于钢水冷却时会卡住锁紧装置导致无法连续工作。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种固定滑板的凸轮锁紧装置。
技术方案：为了达到上述发明目的，本发明具体是这样来完成的：一种固定滑板的凸轮锁紧装置，包括轴承套，轴承套周围设有一圈固定块，轴承套内部设有转动轴。
其中，所述转动轴一端焊接于轴承套内部。
其中，所述转动轴的端部嵌入轴承套内。
其中，所述固定块与轴承套连接处具有凸起。
有益效果：本发明与传统技术相比，通过转动轴转动来带动固定块，当固定块与滑板在同一直线时起到阻挡作用，当两者垂直时则滑板打开，以此起到锁紧功能。

如图1所示的一种固定滑板的凸轮锁紧装置，其特征在于，包括轴承套1，轴承套1周围设有一圈固定块2，轴承套1内部设有转动轴3，所述转动轴3一端焊接于轴承套1内部，所述转动轴3的端部嵌入轴承套1内；所述固定块2与轴承套1连接处具有凸起。

1.一种固定滑板的凸轮锁紧装置，其特征在于，包括轴承套（1），轴承套（1）周围设有一圈固定块（2），轴承套（1）内部设有转动轴（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定滑板的凸轮锁紧装置，其特征在于，所述转动轴（3）一端焊接于轴承套（1）内部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的固定滑板的凸轮锁紧装置，其特征在于，所述转动轴（3）的端部嵌入轴承套（1）内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的固定滑板的凸轮锁紧装置，其特征在于，所述固定块（2）与轴承套（1）连接处具有凸起。
