背景技术
地老虎、蛴螬、跳甲、象甲等生活在地层中的害虫,全国各地区均有分布,主要为害花生、甘薯、豆科、茄科、十字花科等作物,大部分生活在土壤15CM以上土层,啃食作物根、茎基部、块根等造成减产,并且传播软腐病。病、虫、草防治和水、肥管理是农作物生产过程中重要环节之一,科学合理管理技术是农业增产、增收的有效手段。但农药的大量使用导致土壤地力退化,本发明一种含丁硫克百威和毒死蜱的杀虫缓释颗粒剂及其制备方法提供了的杀虫颗粒剂具有缓释、防效高、持效期长等特点,能有效的减少作物生长期农药的使用量。并能在防治地下害虫的同时改良土壤,使得农药能更好的服务于农业生产。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种含有丁硫克百威和毒死蜱的杀虫缓释颗粒剂,在农业生产中一次施用既可防治地老虎、蛴螬、跳甲、象甲等地下害虫,并通过其缓释作用提高其防效和持效期,做到在作物生长期只需施用一次即可防治整个生长期的地下害虫。
技术方案:一种含有丁硫克百威和毒死蜱的杀虫缓释颗粒剂,包含以下重量百分比的组分:丁硫克百威0.1%-5%,毒死蜱0.1%-10%,稳定剂0.1%-2%,增效剂0.1%-5%,润湿分散剂1%-5%,粘结剂0.1%-2%,包膜剂0.1%-2%,填料补足至100%。
所述的稳定剂为环氧大豆油、环氧氯丙烷、BHT、BHA中的一种或几种的混合。
所述的增效剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、琥珀酸磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚羧酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚一种或几种的混合。
所述润湿分散剂为萘磺酸盐、十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙一种或几种的混合。

(1)将丁硫克百威和毒死蜱、润湿分散剂、填料混合后进行气流粉碎后制成丁硫克百威和毒死蜱母粉;
(2)使用将丁硫克百威和毒死蜱母粉造粒,并逐层使用包膜剂进行包覆,干燥后即制得农药缓释颗粒剂。
本发明提供的一种含有丁硫克百威和毒死蜱的杀虫缓释颗粒剂,用于防治农作物小地老虎、蝼蛄、金针虫等地下害虫,克服了现有技术条件下使用者要两次或多次使用杀虫剂的做法;在农田中使用可在防治地下害虫的同时改良土壤,使得农药的使用对环境更加的友好,有利于现代农业的可持续发展。
具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明的实质,下面用实例来说明本发明的技术内容,但本发明的内容并不局限于此。
实施例一:5%丁硫克百威·毒死蜱缓释颗粒剂。
制备方法:
(1)准确称取1%丁硫克百威、4%毒死蜱原药、3%拉开粉、3%萘磺酸盐、5%白炭黑与余量海泡石混合后,进行超微气流粉碎,所得丁硫克百威毒死蜱母粉粒径必须小于325目;
(2)将丁硫克百威毒死蜱母粉采用聚乙烯比咯烷酮水溶液为粘合剂进行造粒,造粒过程中采用水性树脂进行重复包膜,烘干后即得到5%丁硫克百威·毒死蜱缓释颗粒剂。
实施例二:3.5%丁硫克百威·毒死蜱缓释颗粒剂。
制备方法:
(1)准确称取0.5%丁硫克百威原药、3%毒死蜱原药、、3%木质素磺酸钙、5%硅藻土与余量膨润土混合后,进行超微气流粉碎,所得丁硫克百威毒死蜱母粉粒径必须小于325目。
(2)将丁硫克百威毒死蜱母粉采用聚乙二醇水溶液为粘合剂进行造粒,造粒过程中采用聚乙烯醇进行重复包膜,烘干后即得到3.5%丁硫克百威·毒死蜱缓释颗粒剂。
实施例三:4%丁硫克百威·毒死蜱缓释颗粒剂。
制备方法:
(1)准确称取2%丁硫克百威、2%毒死蜱原药、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、3%木质素磺酸钙与余量高岭土混合后,进行超微气流粉碎,所得丁硫克百威毒死蜱母粉粒径必须小于325目。
(2)将丁硫克百威毒死蜱母粉采用羧甲基纤维素钠水溶液为粘合剂进行造粒,造粒过程中采用丙烯酸甲酯进行重复包膜,烘干后即得到4%丁硫克百威·毒死蜱缓释颗粒剂。

田间药效试验表明,4%丁硫克百威·毒死蜱颗粒剂使用500克每亩防治小地老虎,药后15天防效达95.3%,药后90天仍能有效控制小地老虎的危害,防效达93.2%,充分表明该农药复配制剂的高防效及持续期长等特点,且在防治地下害虫的同时能有效的改善土壤的地力。
Claims (8)
1.一种含有丁硫克百威和毒死蜱的杀虫缓释颗粒剂,其特征在于:包含以下重量百分比的组分:丁硫克百威0.1%-5%,毒死蜱0.1%-10%,稳定剂0.1%-2%,增效剂0.1%-5%,润湿分散剂1%-5%,粘结剂0.1%-2%,包膜剂0.1%-2%,填料补足至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有丁硫克百威和毒死蜱的杀虫缓释颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为环氧大豆油、环氧氯丙烷、BHT、BHA中的一种或几种的混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有丁硫克百威和毒死蜱的杀虫缓释颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述的增效剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、琥珀酸磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚羧酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚一种或几种的混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有丁硫克百威和毒死蜱的杀虫缓释颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述润湿分散剂为萘磺酸盐、十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙一种或几种的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有丁硫克百威和毒死蜱的杀虫缓释颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述的粘结剂为聚乙二醇、糊精、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯比咯烷酮、瓜尔胶、黄原胶中的一种或几种的混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含有丁硫克百威和毒死蜱的杀虫缓释颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述的包膜剂为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲脂、十二碳醇脂、水性树脂、脂肪醇中的一种或几种的混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含有丁硫克百威和毒死蜱的杀虫缓释颗粒剂,其特征在于:所述的填料为高岭土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、硅藻土、白炭黑、海泡石中的一种或几种的混合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含有丁硫克百威和毒死蜱的杀虫缓释颗粒剂的制备方法,分为以下步骤:
(1)将丁硫克百威和毒死蜱、润湿分散剂、填料混合后进行气流粉碎后制成丁硫克百威和毒死蜱母粉;
(2)使用将丁硫克百威和毒死蜱母粉造粒,并逐层使用包膜剂进行包覆,干燥后即制得农药缓释颗粒剂。
