本发明涉及纺织品生产技术领域,具体涉及一种毛纺面料活性墨水数码印花预处理浆料。
背景技术
精毛纺织物具有滑糯细腻的手感,柔和的光泽,优良的质地,染色或印花后的高贵色泽,深受广大消费者的青睐。数码喷墨印花效果好、绿色环保,因此在纺织印花行业发展迅速,被大量的应用于羊绒、羊毛、真丝等高档面料的印花。但羊绒数码印花在企业实际生产中仍然存在染料渗化较严重、花纹清晰精细度不够、鲜艳度和得色量不高等一系列问题。改进的技术方案将壳聚糖加入到浆料中,利用壳聚糖对羊毛面表的静电吸引及抗菌性能,使经数码印花的羊毛毛纺面料具有优良的抗菌性能和色牢度。但是,壳聚糖不能直接溶于水,只能溶于一些有机酸和无机酸中,因此不利于印花及汽蒸后对糊料的清洗去除处理,会使面料手感发硬。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种毛纺面料活性墨水数码印花预处理浆料,经上述浆料处理后的面料中的糊料容易洗去,对面料手感影响小。
为实现上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案为:一种毛纺面料活性墨水数码印花预处理浆料,其特征在于,包括:变性淀粉0.5~3%、尿素2~5%、硫酸铵1~2%、增稠剂0.2~1.4%、酸性pH值调节剂和余量水,预处理浆料的pH值为4~5;增稠剂为选自海藻酸钠、魔芋葡甘露聚糖、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、卡拉胶中的至少一种。
优选的技术方案为,增稠剂为黄原胶和卡拉胶中的至少一种与魔芋葡甘露聚糖的组合物,所述增稠剂中魔芋葡甘露聚糖的重量百分比为60~85%。

经检测,实施例1-4的脱糊率分别为85.2%、87.6%、89.2%、90.1%,而对比例的脱糊率为81.5%,主要原因在于壳聚糖与羊毛纤维或者混纺纤维之间具有吸附性和粘合性,中性水洗无法去除。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种毛纺面料活性墨水数码印花预处理浆料,其特征在于,包括:变性淀粉0.5~3%、尿素2~5%、硫酸铵1~2%、增稠剂0.2~1.4%、酸性pH值调节剂和余量水,预处理浆料的pH值为4~5;增稠剂为选自海藻酸钠、魔芋葡甘露聚糖、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、卡拉胶中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的毛纺面料活性墨水数码印花预处理浆料,其特征在于,增稠剂为黄原胶和卡拉胶中的至少一种与魔芋葡甘露聚糖的组合物,所述增稠剂中魔芋葡甘露聚糖的重量百分比为60~85%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的毛纺面料活性墨水数码印花预处理浆料,其特征在于,酸性pH值调节剂为选自柠檬酸、乙酸、苹果酸和乳酸中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的毛纺面料活性墨水数码印花预处理浆料,其特征在于,预处理浆料中还包括吸湿助溶剂3~7%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的毛纺面料活性墨水数码印花预处理浆料,其特征在于,吸湿助溶剂为甘油和三甘醇中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的毛纺面料活性墨水数码印花预处理浆料,其特征在于,预处理浆料中还包括渗透剂、防水剂和防泳移剂中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的毛纺面料活性墨水数码印花预处理浆料,其特征在于,渗透剂为磷酸-2-乙基己酯;防水剂为AG710 防水剂;防泳移剂为CAM-2抗泳移剂。
