Abstract
本发明属于日化用品加工领域,具体涉及一种免擦洗光固化甲油胶。该甲油胶含多巯基硫醇5‑25重量份;低官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂10‑40重量份;高官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂0‑20重量份;(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体10‑40重量份;光引发剂1‑12重量份;颜料0‑5重量份;增稠剂0‑5重量份;酸性化合物0‑20重量份;阻聚剂0.01‑2重量份;分散剂0‑1重量份;流平剂0‑1重量份;消泡剂0‑0.5重量份。本发明所述的甲油胶,实现了光固化后胶层表面的完全固化,并达到所需的亮度和光泽。摒弃传统甲油胶固化后表面有余胶的弊端,免去了溶剂擦拭胶层的步骤,使得美甲操作更具便利性以及避免了擦洗溶剂的使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日化用品加工领域,具体涉及一种免擦洗光固化甲油胶。
背景技术
目前市面对指甲本甲进行美甲所用的产品主要有指甲油与甲油胶,其中以光固化为特点的甲油胶相对于指甲油具有成膜时间短,牢固时间长,光泽度高等优点,越来越受到市场欢迎。但目前市场上绝大多数甲油胶在进行光固化后,由于固化过程中的氧阻聚效应,使得固化胶层表面留有未固化的胶层称余胶,需要用溶剂将其擦去才能得到干爽、有光泽、有亮度的表面。传统擦洗甲油胶的不足之处一是需要擦拭,这个过程无疑会增加美甲操作步骤、延长操作时间、降低效率,而且擦拭完的涂层光泽不稳定,如未擦拭干净或选择的擦拭溶剂含水量高会造成光泽偏低,影响产品美观度。特点二是擦拭需要溶剂,存在挥发性、刺激性,不符合健康环保的理念。
发明内容
为此,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中大多数产品需要进行擦洗的缺点,以及某些免洗产品脆性过大、放热过大或耐溶剂性太差的技术瓶颈,从而提出一种经甲油灯照射后能够免洗且各方面性能较好的甲油胶。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种免擦洗光固化甲油胶,所述甲油胶的包括如下组分:
所述的免擦洗光固化甲油胶,其中,所述的多巯基硫醇为二至六巯基硫醇中的至少一种。
所述的免擦洗光固化甲油胶,其中,所述的低官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂为单官(甲基)丙烯酸酯和二官(甲基)丙烯酸酯中的至少一种;优选的,为二官(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
所述的免擦洗光固化甲油胶,其中,所述的(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂为三官及三官以上(甲基)丙烯酸酯中的至少一种;优选的,为六官至九官(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
所述的免擦洗光固化甲油胶,其中,所述的(甲基)丙烯酸酯为单官(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体和二官(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体和三官(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体中的至少一种;优选的,为单官(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体和二官(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体;更为优选的,为单官(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体。
所述的免擦洗光固化甲油胶,其中,所述的光引发剂为2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化磷与双2,6-二氟-3-吡咯苯基二茂钛中的至少一种;优选的,为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化磷。
所述的免擦洗光固化甲油胶,其中,所述的酸性化合物为磷酸酯类化合物、羧基类化合物。
所述的免擦洗光固化甲油胶,其中,所述的阻聚剂为苯二酚、苯二酚衍生物、吩噻嗪、三(N-亚硝基-N-苯基羟胺)、三(N-亚硝基-N-苯基羟胺)铝盐、氮氧自由基哌啶醇(ZJ-701)、4-哌啶醇氧化物、以及其他类型具有热阻聚效应的阻聚剂。
所述的免擦洗光固化甲油胶,其中,所述的增稠剂为气相二氧化硅、膨润土、改性轻化蓖麻油类、聚酰胺蜡类中的至少一种。
所述的免擦洗光固化甲油胶,其中,所述的分散剂为含颜料亲和基团高分子共聚体中的至少一种。
所述的免擦洗光固化甲油胶,其中,所述的流平剂为聚醚改性有机硅流平剂,聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物中的至少一种。
所述的免擦洗光固化甲油胶,其中,所述的消泡剂为聚硅氧烷乳液,不含有机硅的聚合物型消泡剂,有机变性聚硅氧烷中的至少一种。
本发明的上述技术方案相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明所述的甲油胶,实现了光固化后胶层表面的完全固化,并达到所需的亮度和光泽。摒弃传统甲油胶固化后表面有余胶的弊端,免去了溶剂擦拭胶层的步骤,使得美甲操作更具便利性以及避免了擦洗溶剂的使用。

4.如权利要求3所述的光固化甲油胶,其特征在于,所述的高官能甲基丙烯酸酯树脂为三官及三官以上甲基丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求4所述的光固化甲油胶,其特征在于,所述的甲基丙烯酸酯单体为单官、二官及二官以上甲基丙烯酸酯单体中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求5所述的光固化甲油胶,其特征在于,所述的光引发剂为2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化磷与双2,6-二氟-3-吡咯苯基二茂钛中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求6所述的光固化甲油胶,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为气相二氧化硅、膨润土、改性轻化蓖麻油类、聚酰胺蜡类中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求7所述的光固化甲油胶,其特征在于,所述的流平剂为聚醚改性有机硅流平剂,聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物中的至少一种。
9.如权利要求8所述的光固化甲油胶,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为聚硅氧烷乳液,不含有机硅的聚合物型消泡剂,有机变性聚硅氧烷中的至少一种。
