Abstract
本发明涉及一种安全型双向过滤配药注射针,包括针管、针座和过滤装置,针管固定在针座的前端,其特征在于:所述针座的药液通道中设有过滤装置,所述过滤装置中设有相互隔离的抽液通道和推液通道,抽液通道和推液通道的进出口均与药液通道连接,所述推液通道的入口端和抽液通道出口端均设有过滤膜,所述抽液通道中设有抽液单向阀机构,所述推液通道中设有推液单向阀结构。本安全型双向过滤配药注射针在抽液和推液时,药液分别通过抽液通道和推液通道流动,在抽液过程中被过滤出的杂质被隔离在抽液通道进口端的抽液单向阀机构和出口端的过滤膜之间;而在推液过程中,被过滤出的注射器中的杂质被过滤膜隔离在推液通道进口端,保证了抽液和推液双重过滤,更加安全可靠。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用针具,特别是一种安全型双向过滤配药注射针。
背景技术
目前,静脉输液和注射是医疗中最常用的治疗手段。在进行输液之前,经常需要将一些粉剂与葡萄糖液体或者液剂配制在一起。具体的操作方法为:将注射器插入药液瓶中抽取少量的药液;然后拔出注射器并插入药粉瓶中,把药液注入药粉瓶中;待药粉与药液完全溶解后,再抽出混合液注入输液瓶或者直接抽入注射筒内。
但在实际使用上述注射加药器时,在配药过程中,当抽取安瓶瓶内溶解液或者药液时,这些常用的粉、水药剂的生产、存放和运输过程中往往会产生一些3一5微米的颗粒,如结晶体微粒、碳黑微粒,此外,由于用砂轮片刻划瓶颈,敲破瓶颈时产生的玻璃碎片容易掉入药瓶内;固体药粉在配药溶解时,由于操作时间短、固体药粉溶解性的不同,有部分颗粒未能溶解,同时,在加药器穿刺橡胶时,易使橡胶塞破损,产生橡胶碎屑进入药液中。这样,当使用注射加药器抽取药液时,玻璃碎片、部分药粉颗粒或者橡胶碎屑也被抽入。在给病人进行静脉输液或注射时,这些碎屑或者颗粒直接进入人体血液中,随血液循环会堵塞血管,给病人身体带来危害,甚至危及生命。因此,在配药过程中需要对药业进行过滤,以保证安全。现有的配药注射针通常的做法是在输液管道中设置一个过滤装置(如过滤膜)对这些固体药粉颗粒和橡胶碎屑等进行过滤,这种结构的配药注射针只能将固体药粉颗粒和橡胶碎屑等阻挡在过滤装置(如过滤膜)的一侧,如果反向注射时,被挡在过滤装置(如过滤膜)一侧的颗粒物,就会回流,给病人身体带来危害;另一些还增设了单向阀以防止倒流,这些针具只适用于抽取药液配药,不能同时适合反向进行推液。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了克服现有技术的不足而提供了一种同时适用于抽液和推液的安全型双向过滤配药注射针。
为了实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种安全型双向过滤配药注射针,包括针管、针座和过滤装置,针管固定在针座的前端,其特征在于:所述针座的药液通道中设有过滤装置,所述过滤装置中设有相互隔离的抽液通道和推液通道,抽液通道和推液通道的进出口均与药液通道连接,所述抽液通道的出口端及推液通道的入口端均设有过滤膜,所述抽液通道中设有抽液单向阀机构,所述推液通道中设有推液单向阀结构。
与现有技术相比较,本发明安全型双向过滤配药注射针在抽液和推液时,药液分别通过抽液通道和推液通道流动,在抽液过程中被过滤出的杂质被隔离在抽液通道进口端的抽液单向阀机构和出口端的过滤膜之间;而在推液过程中,被过滤出的注射器中的杂质被过滤膜隔离在推液通道进口端,保证了抽液和推液双重过滤,更加安全可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1、9、10所示,安全型双向过滤配药注射针包括针管1、针座2和过滤装置3,针管1固定在针座2的前端,所述针座2的药液通道中设有过滤装置3,所述过滤装置3中设有相互隔离的抽液通道和推液通道,抽液通道和推液通道的进出口均与药液通道连接,所述抽液通道的出口端及推液通道的入口端均设有过滤膜303,所述抽液通道中设有抽液单向阀机构,所述推液通道中设有推液单向阀结构,抽液单向阀机构和推液单向阀结构可以设置在通道中任何合适的位置。
如图2-5所示,本具体实施例中,所述过滤装置3包括隔离塞301、隔离塞架302和过滤膜303,所述隔离塞301为前后开口的圆筒状构件,中间设有横向隔板3011将内腔分隔成前腔3012和后腔3013,所述隔离塞301由软质弹性材料制成,如医用橡胶或硅胶;所述隔离塞架302同样为前后开口的圆筒状构件,由塑料注塑而成,所述隔离塞架302的内孔与隔离塞301的外径相配,所述隔离塞301设置在隔离塞架302中,所述隔离塞架302内还设有纵向隔板3021将所述隔离塞301的后腔3013分隔成左后腔3013a和右后腔3013b,所述隔离塞架302的内侧壁上还设有抽液导流槽3022和推液导流槽3023,所述抽液导流槽3022沿轴向设置,从隔离塞架302前腔3012端面延伸至与所述隔离塞301的左后腔3013a相对应的位置,所述抽液导流槽3022和左后腔3013a构成所述抽液通道,所述推液导流槽3023沿轴向设置,从隔离塞架302后腔3013与所述隔离塞301的右后腔3013b相对应位置的端面延伸至与所述隔离塞301的前腔3012相对应的位置,所述推液导流槽3023和前腔3012构成所述推液通道,所述隔离塞301的外侧壁与隔离塞架302的内侧壁液密相贴,并分别与抽液导流槽3022和推液导流槽3023相配合构成所述抽液单向阀机构和推液单向阀结构,所述过滤膜303封闭在左后腔3013a的出口和右后腔3013b的进口上。
如图9、10所示,为了方便生产,所述针座2优选由前针座201和后针座202组成,所述针管1固定在前针座201的前端,所述前针座201的后端设有圆柱形开口容腔,所述后针座202的前端同样设有圆柱形开口容腔,所述前针座201和后针座202的容腔开口相对合并而成一体构成针座2,所述前针座201和后针座202的容腔合并构成圆柱形的过滤装置3容腔,过滤装置3容腔的内径与隔离塞架302的外径相配,所述过滤装置3设置在过滤装置3容腔中,其中,隔离塞架302的外壁与过滤装置3容腔的内侧壁液密相贴,如图6-8所示。
本安全型双向过滤配药注射针的工作原理如下:抽药液时,药液经过针管1进入过滤装置3容腔中隔离塞301的前腔3012,由于横向隔板3011的阻隔,药液只能从抽液导流槽3022流入,由于所述隔离塞301由软质弹性材料制成,药液的压力使得隔离塞301的左后腔3013a部位的侧壁内凹,药液进入左后腔3013a后,再经过左后腔3013a出口出口处的过滤膜303过滤,药液吸入注射器,停止抽液动作后,药液压力消失,隔离塞301的左后腔3013a部位的侧壁恢复与隔离塞架302的内侧壁液密相贴,杂质被阻止过滤膜303一侧的左后腔3013a中;推药液时,药液经过右后腔3013b的进口处过滤膜过滤进入右后腔3013b,药液从推液导流槽3023流至与所述隔离塞301的前腔3012相对应的位置,隔离塞301侧壁变形内凹,药液进入前腔3012后,再从针管1推出,完成注射,杂质被阻止在过滤膜303注射器一侧。
Claims (3)
1.一种安全型双向过滤配药注射针,包括针管、针座和过滤装置,针管固定在针座的前端,其特征在于:所述针座的药液通道中设有过滤装置,所述过滤装置中设有相互隔离的抽液通道和推液通道,抽液通道和推液通道的进出口均与药液通道连接,所述抽液通道的出口端及推液通道的入口端均设有过滤膜,所述抽液通道中设有抽液单向阀机构,所述推液通道中设有推液单向阀结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全型双向过滤配药注射针,其特征在于:所述过滤装置包括隔离塞、隔离塞架和过滤膜,所述隔离塞为前后开口的圆筒状构件,中间设有横向隔板将内腔分隔成前腔和后腔,所述隔离塞由软质弹性材料制成;所述隔离塞架同样为前后开口的圆筒状构件,所述隔离塞架的内孔与隔离塞的外径相配,所述隔离塞设置在隔离塞架中,所述隔离塞架内还设有纵向隔板将所述隔离塞的后腔分隔成左后腔和右后腔,所述隔离塞架的内侧壁上还设有抽液导流槽和推液导流槽,所述抽液导流槽沿轴向设置,从隔离塞架前腔端面延伸至与所述隔离塞的左后腔相对应的位置,所述抽液导流槽和左后腔构成所述抽液通道;所述推液导流槽沿轴向设置,从隔离塞架后腔与所述隔离塞的右后腔相对应位置的端面延伸至与所述隔离塞的前腔相对应的位置,所述推液导流槽和前腔构成所述推液通道,所述隔离塞的外侧壁与隔离塞架的内侧壁液密相贴,并分别与抽液导流槽和推液导流槽相配合构成所述抽液单向阀机构和推液单向阀结构,所述过滤膜封闭在左后腔的出口和右后腔的进口上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的安全型双向过滤配药注射针,其特征在于:所述针座由前针座和后针座组成,所述针管固定在前针座的前端,所述前针座的后端设有圆柱形开口容腔,所述后针座的前端同样设有圆柱形开口容腔,所述前针座和后针座的容腔开口相对合并而成一体构成针座,所述前针座和后针座的容腔合并构成过滤装置容腔,所述过滤装置设置在过滤装置容腔中。
