包装材料坯件、具有开口装置的包装和制造该装置的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装材料坯件以及涉及一种包括这种坯件的包装容器。本发明还涉及一种用于在包装材料坯件上制造开口装置的方法。
背景技术
用于液体食品的一次性使用型的包装容器往往是由基于纸板或卡片纸的包装材料生产的。这样的容器例如被用作诸如牛奶、果汁等液体食品的无菌包装,在长期的环境储存下被营销出售。在这样的包装容器中的包装材料通常是层压板,其包括本体的纸或纸板层、外部液密的热塑性塑料层、最通常为铝箔的气体阻隔层、以及最后的由一个或若干个部分层组成的一个或多个内部层,该内部层包括可热密封的粘合剂聚合物和/或可热密封的聚烯烃。
这种包装容器通常由全自动包装机生产。在一个实例中,由卷材进给式包装材料形成连续的管状物;在包装机中对包装材料卷材进行灭菌,并在随后的步骤中使经灭菌的包装材料卷材保持在封闭的、无菌环境中。将该卷材折叠并沿纵向进行密封以形成竖直的管状物。向该管状物填充经灭菌的或经灭菌处理过的食品产品,并对其进行密封且随后沿等间距的截面切割以形成枕状包装,然后将该枕状包装进行机械折叠以形成各自的成品包装容器,例如,大致平行六面体状的包装容器。
通常,包装容器具有开口装置,以方便消费者打开,包括拉片或模制的开口装置的许多不同类型的开口装置,如例如在WO 03/09519925和WO/2009/000927中有讨论。
但是,后一类型的包装是高体积(就每单位时间的包装而言)和低成本(由于包装材料的性质)的包装,而这样的开口装置可能妨碍生产速度并可能不利于包装的成本。
出于这个原因,需要一种就所使用的材料的量和生产每个开口装置需要的时间而言具有高效的开口装置。
发明内容
就本发明的目的而言,术语“包装材料坯件”或“坯件”应包括单个片材或在包装材料卷材中的坯件。这种包装材料卷材可包括彼此前后布置在连续的卷材中的一个或多个“包装材料坯件”,这些坯件中的一些处于不同的处理阶段,即,在这样的卷材中的一个坯件上可能包括开口装置,而在卷材上的其他坯件可能仍然未被处理。
就本发明的目的而言,术语容器、包装和包装容器是指同样的结构。此外,术语材料、材料层压结构或包装材料是指包装材料坯件。术语“纤维素材料”可以包括一层或多层的纸、纸板或任何其他的纤维素纤维基材料。
在本发明的一实施方式中,包装材料坯件包括具有纤维素材料层的多层材料结构和一层或多层的塑料层压板。坯件包括塑料开口装置。塑料开口装置包含布置在坯件的不同主侧的两个部分,而且该两个部分经由穿透材料结构的材料桥连接。开口装置的第二部分被附接到坯件的一个主侧或者表面,而第一部分包括连接到材料桥的近端和偏离另一主侧或表面的远端。开口装置还包括用于消费者抓握的握持部。握持部被附接到第一部分的远端并偏离包装材料坯件的表面。
握持部与包装材料的表面的位移使得消费者能够容易地握持该部并使其弯曲以便打开包装。握持部经由第一部分和穿透包装材料的材料桥刚性地连接到第二部分。穿透使得能施加大的力而不将握持部从桥或者第二部分上扯掉。开口装置非常容易制造,例如通过注塑成型或类似的技术并提供各种不同的形状。
为了这个目的,建议提供一种包装材料坯件,其具有具有纤维素材料层的多层材料结构、一层或多层塑料层压板和穿透区。第一半模被布置在包装材料坯件的之后形成包装容器的外侧的一侧上。第二半模在包装材料坯件的另一侧上。第二半模包括凹部,而第一半模包括具有面向包装材料的开口的空腔。
在这方面,术语空腔和凹部具有不同的使用含义。空腔应理解为沿远离其开口的方向打开,因此空腔可具有明显的底切。换句话说,开口的区域会比切口的平行于开口并穿过空腔的区域要小的多。与此相反,凹部通常是越来越窄的并且没有明显的底切。
为了在包装材料结构上制造开口装置,将塑料熔体注入凹部和空腔中的一个中。由于在所述空腔或所述凹部中积累的压力,熔体穿透包装材料结构中的穿透区并完全填充凹部和空腔两者。特别地,熔体形成材料桥、第一部分和第二部分以及当熔体填充空腔时还形成开口装置的握持部。
在接下来的步骤中,空腔被打开以释放所述握持部,通过第一半模和包装材料坯件之间的相对移动从所述空腔移出握持部。
所提出的方法提供了一种开口装置,其具有与包装材料的表面间隔开的握持部,从而防止握持部被附接到最上层的材料层。该握持部通过打开半模以及更具体地打开第一半模的空腔而释放。
在一实施方式中,开口装置由第二半模和包装材料坯件沿着垂直于包装材料坯件的方向彼此相对移动而释放。通过相对于包装材料和间隔部沿垂直于包装材料的方向移动凹部而使第一半模分离成间隔部和凹部。间隔部被布置在包装材料和握持部之间。然后相对于握持部沿基本上平行于包装材料的方向移动间隔部以抽出握持部和包装材料之间的间隔部。
当进行间隔部的移动和凹部的移动时,这两者的移动可部分重叠。例如,在垂直移动仍然在进行中时就可以开始抽出的移动。间隔部提供了握持部与包装材料坯件的表面之间的位移,从而确保在制造开口装置的过程中,握持部不附接到包装材料坯件的表面。
另一个方面涉及空腔的成形。为了这个目的,提供了一种具有凹部的半模部,并且间隔部被布置成使得其部分地覆盖凹部以形成具有开口的空腔。间隔部相对于凹部沿着垂直于大致平行于间隔部的面向包装材料的表面的平面的方向移动直到形成平坦的表面。
在后续步骤中,包装材料坯件可以被形成为具有所述开口的包装容器。
在本发明的一方面,握持部包括至少部分大致平行于第一侧延伸的细长部。所述细长部形成在空腔中并可以包括不同的形状、握持特征等。平行布置使得包装具有某种堆叠能力,特别是在包装材料坯件与握持部之间的距离较小并在几毫米的范围内的情况下。第一部分能够使握持部弯曲以使握持部邻近容器的包装材料,从而提高堆叠能力。
在一实施方式中,握持部所附接的远端的表面大致垂直于包装材料坯件和/或包装材料坯件的表面。因此,第一部分从包装材料坯件上突出。在一实施方式中,第一部分的远端可以位于穿透区内。
突出物可以具有弧形的形状,例如抛物线的、圆弧状或圆形的形状;这种弧形的形状的焦点可以位于包装材料和握持部之间的空间中。替代地,突出物可以包括斜面状的结构,由此遵循大致线性增加。突出物的精确形状和结构可以取决于各种情况,该情况包括但不限于打开包装材料所需要的力的大小、握持部的形状、桥的尺寸、穿透区和/或包装材料的厚度和组成。
另一个方面涉及穿透区。在一实施方式中,相比于穿过穿透区中的材料的材料桥的尺寸,穿透区的尺寸较大。这样的方法当制造开口装置时降低了模制部件在包装材料上定位的准确性。穿透区可以变薄,意味着所述区包括较小的厚度或包括不同于周围的包装材料的另一种层。例如,穿透区可以缺少一个层或多个层;具体地,其可以没有纸板层、卡片纸层或纤维素层中的任何一种。
第一部分可以完全布置在穿透区内部,从而提供良好的开口特征。
在另一个方面,开口装置的在包装材料坯件的另一侧上的第二部分延伸超出穿透区。换句话说,包装材料坯件上由第二部分覆盖的区域大于穿透区的区域,并因此还延伸到穿透区的周围区域上。这使其具有高稳定性和与包装材料本身的强附接性,其在打开包装的过程中甚至能经受高的力而不被撕裂或拉断。
在一实施方式中,为了便于打开包装,包装材料坯件可以包括消费者开口区。消费者区可以通过弱化线至少部分地与周围的区分开,从而有利于打开。一经使用塑料开口装置打开消费者开口区,包装材料坯件就以限定的方式破裂。消费者开口区还可以部分地包括穿透区。

具体实施方式
图1示出了包装材料上的开口装置的实施方式。包装材料是坯件的一部分,坯件在某些实施方式中可以是包装材料卷材的一部分。然而,坯件还可以是单个的包装材料坯件。包装材料坯件1包括具有至少一层纤维素材料的多层结构,其包括例如卡片纸、纸板、纸或任何其他纤维基的材料。卡片纸或纸板层具有几百微米的厚度;该厚度具体取决于所需要的稳定性、包装的类型、包装的尺寸和其他参数。包装材料坯件还包括在纤维基层的两侧上的一个或多个塑料层以及在面向食品产品的一侧上的铝层。这样的材料的规格对本领域技术人员是公知的。
包装材料坯件包括穿透区3,该穿透区在这种情况下是圆形的变薄的区,意味着其缺少纤维基层。因此,穿透区3的厚度较小并相比于周围的区减小。在这个实施方式中,穿透区3仅包括一层或多层塑料层和铝层。邻接穿透区3的是消费者开口区2,其通过弱化线21部分地与包装材料坯件的其他区分开。弱化线包括自穿透区3延伸的穿孔以便有利于坯件沿着这些线断裂而打开包装。消费者区2在其远端并入不用于打开包装的区。
图1的实施方式还包括开口装置,其上示出了上部。开口装置包括第一部分41,其自穿透区3突出,以成某种形状的方式朝向消费者区2并在其远端并入握持部42。握持部42被布置在消费者区2上方并偏离消费者区2的表面。因此,在握持部42和消费者区2之间提供了小间距,其主要由包装材料坯件1的表面上的第一部分41的突出物提供。握持部和消费者区2的表面之间的间距防止了在生产过程中握持部被附接到表面。消费者容易抓握握持部42并将握持部向上弯曲。在第一部分的近端,第一部分经由穿过穿透区的材料桥连接到第二部分(未示出),该第二部分被附接到包装材料坯件1的下侧。
为了打开开口装置,消费者可以抓握握持部并朝向消费者开口区拉该握持部。由于材料桥和第二部分,穿透区将被撕开。然后消费区2中的材料将大致沿着穿孔线21断裂。
图2是如图1的实施方式中所述的包装材料坯件的仰视图。这里示出的这个侧面在后续阶段(当由该坯件制成容器时)中面向食品产品。开口装置包括第二部分43,该第二部分43延伸超出圆形的穿透区3。第二部分43被附接到穿透区3的材料以及部分地被附接到包括消费者区2的周围的区的材料。更具体地,第二部分包括延伸到消费者开口区2中的细长部。当消费者朝向消费者开口区2拉握持部时,该细长部支持打开包装。第二部分包括由成型(例如,注塑成型)制成的塑料部件,而穿透区隐藏在塑料部件的后面并从包装容器的内部通常看不到。在所有的实施方式中,穿孔线也会是不能看见的,例如,穿孔21可以仅延伸到纤维素层和可能置于所述层上的铝箔中以保护随后填充的食物产品。
图3示出图1和图2的实施方式的剖视图。穿透区3包括比包装材料坯件1的周围的区的厚度较小的厚度。已经除去了纤维素层并且在穿透区3中只保留一个或多个塑料层和铝层。穿透区3比开口装置穿过区3的材料桥40较大。
材料桥邻近并连接第一部分41与第二部分43。第二部分43不仅完全覆盖穿透区3,而且还延伸到周围的区上。第二部分刚性地附接到形成消费者开口区2的包装材料以防止当消费者拉握持部42时第二部分的塑料材料刚好被撕裂。第一部分41在其近端41b附接到材料桥并在其远端41a附接到握持部。当开口装置例如通过注塑成型被制成一体时,可以说第一部分41的一侧并入到材料桥40,而另一侧并入到握持部42。握持部42从坯件1的表面偏离距离D。所述距离可以在几毫米的范围内。其具体取决于包装材料坯件1的表面上方的第一部分的突出物。
在这个实施方式中,第一部分包括圆形的形状,使得远端41a的表面大致垂直于坯件1的表面。圆形的形状可以是使得焦点或中心点F位于握持部与坯件1的表面之间的空间60中。尽管这里示出的是圆形的形状,但是也可以使用像弧形、抛物线形状等其它形状。
图4A中示出了具有不同的第一部分的这种开口装置的另一种替代方式。在这个实施方式中,第一部分40的近端侧与坯件或穿透区3形成小于90°的角度α。第一部分以线性增加的方式从包装材料坯件1的水平突出至距离D,在该处第一部分并入握持部42。因此,第一部分的形状只是线性地增加。角度α可以为约30°至45°,具体取决于提供良好的打开所需的力以及其他参数。也可以选择其它值。穿透区3是穿过包装材料坯件1的孔,然后该孔完全填充有形成桥的塑料材料。
在图4B中示出了稍微不同的实施方式。包装材料坯件1在穿透区3中被穿透,从而撕开材料并将包装材料坯件的附接至第一部分41的部1A向上弯曲。通过用塑料材料填充第一部分和第二部分与包装材料之间的空间形成材料桥40。再次,第一部分的形状是朝向消费者开口区弯曲的。
图5示出了由图1中所描述的包装材料制成的包装容器5的实例并且如本文所指定的其设置有弱化线21和变薄区,在变薄区上例如通过注塑成型模制了开口装置。
握持部42是如先前的图1至3中所示的开口装置的一部分。其还包括在包装容器的内部上的经由材料桥连接的第二部分。该包装容器特别适合于例如饮料、调味汁、汤等的液体食物产品或半液体食物产品。通常,这样的包装具有约100ml至2000ml的容器。其可以具有任何形状,例如本文所描述的那些形状,而且例如是砖形的,其包括纵向密封部53、横向密封部51和侧边上的折叠折片54。横向密封部51被折叠远离穿透区3和消费者开口区2。在另一个实施方式中,未示出,包装容器可成形为楔形。为了获得这样的“楔形形状”,仅仅包装的底部部分被折叠形成使得底部的横向热密封部被隐藏在三角形角折片下,该三角形角折片被折叠并对包装的底部密封。顶部部分的横向密封部保持未折叠状态。以这种方式,当该半折叠的包装容器放置在食品商店的货架上或者放置在桌子或类似物上时,其仍是容易处理并具有尺寸稳定性的(即,保持其样式和形状)。
图6示出了用于制造根据本发明的开口装置的成型工具。成型装置包括下半模或第一半模6A和上半模或第二半模6。第二半模6包括圆锥体或类似装置70。使圆锥体缩回以使得熔融塑料或热熔体能够在压力下流过通道73和喷嘴72进入凹部43a。凹部43被布置在面向包装材料坯件1的下侧中。其与开口装置的第二部分的结构相似。第一半模6A被布置在包装材料坯件1的另一侧上。半模包括两个主要部分,具有面向包装材料坯件1的平坦表面60A的模部件6B和可移动的间隔部61。间隔部61沿着垂直方向VD是可移动的。其被布置在模部件6B的凹部中以形成用于握持部的空腔42a。换句话说,间隔部61部分地覆盖模部件的凹部以形成空腔42a。间隔部61的表面610与模部件6B的表面60A共平面。
间隔部61从凹部的一侧延伸到另一侧,留下小的开口间隔41a’。所述开口间隔41a’与第一部分类似,而空腔用于模制握持部。如所示出的,凹部42a在其横向的尺寸明显大于开口区41a’的尺寸。可以说空腔42a的平面尺寸或区域在包装材料上的投影大于开口41a’的平面尺寸,其基本上对应于包装材料坯件的区3。在图6中,包装材料坯件1被布置在两个半模之间,从而覆盖第二半模的凹部43a和第一半模6A的开口41a’。两个半模和包装材料坯件1均彼此相对地布置使得开口41a’面向由包装材料坯件1的穿透区3分离开的凹部43。

在步骤S4中,塑料模具被注入凹部或空腔,例如其在高压下被注入凹部,因此穿透在重叠区域中的材料。热熔体填充空腔和凹部,并随后至少部分地硬化以形成开口装置。
在步骤S5中,打开空腔以释放握持部并将握持部移出。打开可以分别与步骤S3和S2相反的顺序来实现。例如,可以向下移动凹部使其离开包装材料坯件,而保持间隔部面向包装材料坯件。为了移出握持部,可以沿纵向方向移动包装材料坯件。

Claims (15)

1.一种包装材料坯件,其包括具有纤维素材料层的多层材料结构和一层或多层塑料层压板,所述包装材料坯件包括:
-第一侧和与所述第一侧相反的第二侧以及穿透区(3);
-塑料开口装置(4),所述塑料开口装置包括:
在所述第一侧上的第一部分(41),所述第一侧具有邻近所述第一侧的近端(41b)和偏离所述第一侧的远端(41a);
附接到所述第二侧的第二部分(43);
材料桥(40),其在所述穿透区(3)穿过包装材料坯件,从而将所述近端(41b)与所述第二部分(43)连接;
握持部(42),所述握持部(42)用于消费者抓握并且通过拉所述握持部(42)而撕裂所述包装材料坯件;
其中所述握持部(42)被附接至所述第一部分(41)的所述远端(41a)并且偏离(D)所述包装材料坯件(1)的所述第一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装材料坯件,其中所述握持部(42)包括至少部分大致平行于所述第一侧延伸的细长部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的包装材料坯件,其中所述握持部(42)所附接的所述远端(41a)的表面大致垂直于所述第一侧。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料坯件,其中所述第一部分(41)以弧形的形状从所述第一侧上的所述近端(41b)突出至所述远端(41a)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的包装材料坯件,其中所述弧形的形状的焦点(F)位于所述第一侧和所述握持部(42)之间的空间(60)中。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的包装材料坯件,其中所述第一部分(41)自所述第一侧上的所述近端(41b)线性地突出至所述远端(41a)。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料坯件,其中所述远端(41a)朝向所述第一侧的突出是在所述穿透区(3)内。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料坯件,其中所述穿透区(3)包括以下特征中的至少一种:
-比由材料桥(40)覆盖的区较大的区;
-大致圆形的形状;
-大致矩形的形状;
-具有比周围的区的多层材料结构少至少一层的多层材料结构,特别是缺少所述纤维素材料层;
-比所述包装材料坯件的围绕所述穿透区的区的垂直尺寸小的垂直尺寸。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料坯件,其中所述第二侧上的所述第二部分(43)延伸超出所述穿透区(3)。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料坯件,其还包括
-消费者开口区(2),其中一经使用所述塑料开口装置(4)打开所述消费者开口区(2)时,所述包装材料坯件就以限定的方式破裂。
11.根据权利要求10所述的包装材料坯件,其中所述消费者开口区(2)包括以下特征中的至少一种:
-至少部分地包含弱化线(21)以便以限定的方式沿着所述弱化线撕开所述包装材料坯件(1);
-至少部分地包含所述穿透区(3)。
12.一种用于液体食物产品的包装容器,其包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的包装材料坯件。
13.一种用于制造开口装置的方法,其包括以下步骤:
-提供包装材料坯件,所述包装材料坯件具有具有纤维素材料层的多层材料结构、一层或多层塑料层压板以及穿透区;
-布置第一半模,所述第一半模包括具有在所述包装材料坯件的第一侧上的开口的空腔,其中所述开口面向所述第一侧的区域小于所述空腔的区域在所述第一侧上的投影;
-布置第二半模,所述第二半模包括在包装材料坯件的与所述第一侧相反的第二侧上的成型凹部,其中所述开口与所述穿透区中的所述第二半模凹部部分重叠;
-将塑料熔体注入所述空腔和所述凹部中的至少一个中,其中由于在所述空腔或所述凹部中积累的压力,所述熔体穿过穿透区并还至少填充所述凹部和空腔,由此形成开口装置;
-使用被注入的塑料熔体在所述空腔中产生所述开口装置的握持部;
-打开所述第一半模的所述空腔以释放所述握持部;
-通过相对移动所述第一半模和所述包装材料坯件从所述空腔移出所述握持部。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中打开所述空腔的步骤包括
-沿着垂直于所述包装材料坯件的方向使所述第二半模和所述包装材料坯件彼此相对地移动;
-通过相对于所述包装材料坯件和所述间隔部沿着垂直于所述包装材料和所述间隔部的方向移动所述凹部部分而将所述第一半模分离成间隔部和凹部部分,其中所述间隔部被布置在所述包装材料坯件和所述握持部之间;
-相对于所述握持部沿着大致平行于所述第一侧的方向移动所述间隔部以便抽出所述握持部和所述第一侧之间的所述间隔部。
15.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的方法,其中布置所述第一半模包括
-提供具有凹部的半模部;
-提供部分覆盖所述凹部的间隔部以形成具有开口的空腔,其中盖部能沿着垂直于大致平行于所述间隔部的面向所述第一侧的表面的平面的方向相对地移动至所述凹部部分;
-在所述凹部中布置所述间隔部以形成所述第一半模的平坦表面,所述平坦表面面向所述第一侧。
