Abstract
本发明公开了一种漆料搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶、桶盖、搅拌杆和电磁闸阀,所述搅拌桶下端安装有电磁闸阀,所述电磁闸阀下端设有出料槽,所述搅拌桶上端安装有桶盖,所述桶盖上安装有电机,所述电机上端设有观察口,所述观察口处安装有玻璃镜片,所述电机左端设有进水口,所述进水口上安装有进水口盖,所述电机右端安装有电机开关,所述电机开关右端安装有电磁闸阀开关,所述桶盖的左侧设有电线连接插槽。本发明通过安装电机和多个搅拌块实现墙面粉刷漆料的均匀搅拌,通过安装观察口可以随时观察搅拌桶内的搅拌状况,且玻璃镜片是可以拆卸的,根据需要随时进行清洗,在出料槽上端安装有电磁闸阀开关,可以控制出料的多少。

本发明涉及漆料用设备技术领域,具体为一种漆料搅拌装置。
背景技术
目前,随着房地产行业的发展,也带动了很大相关行业的发展,其中房屋装修就是其中的一个,房屋装修最基本的环节就是房屋的装修,装修就需要墙面的粉刷,粉刷过程中需要漆料的搅拌,传统的搅拌都是讲漆料倒入桶中,然后拿搅拌机进行搅拌,这是在开放的环节中进行搅拌对工作的环境有很大的污染,对人体也是有害的,如何使搅拌过程变得更加简单,且污染更小越来越重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种漆料搅拌装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种漆料搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶、桶盖、搅拌杆和电磁闸阀,所述搅拌桶下端安装有电磁闸阀,所述电磁闸阀下端设有出料槽,所述搅拌桶上端安装有桶盖,所述桶盖上安装有电机,所述电机上端设有观察口,所述观察口处安装有玻璃镜片,所述电机左端设有进水口,所述进水口上安装有进水口盖,所述电机右端安装有电机开关,所述电机开关右端安装有电磁闸阀开关,所述桶盖的左侧设有电线连接插槽。
优选的,所述搅拌桶内安装有搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆通过连接装置连接到电机上,所述搅拌杆上连接着搅拌连接杆,所述搅拌连接杆上安装有搅拌块。
优选的,所述桶盖与搅拌桶采用螺旋连接。
优选的,所述进水口盖上有拉耳,所述搅拌桶左端设有进料槽。
优选的,所述玻璃镜片橡胶环卡入观察口内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过安装电机和多个搅拌块实现墙面粉刷漆料的均匀搅拌,通过安装观察口可以随时观察搅拌桶内的搅拌状况,且玻璃镜片是可以拆卸的,根据需要随时进行清洗,在出料槽上端安装有电磁闸阀开关,可以控制出料的多少,且进水口和进料槽是分开的,可以根据需要只进水对搅拌桶进行清洗,整个搅拌桶为密封的防止搅拌过程中有有害物质进入空气中,保证了工作的环境的环保,不被污染。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种漆料搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶1、桶盖10、搅拌杆4和电磁闸阀8,搅拌桶1下端安装有电磁闸阀8,电磁闸阀8下端设有出料槽9,搅拌桶1上端安装有桶盖10,桶盖10上安装有电机13,电机13上端设有观察口17,观察口17处安装有玻璃镜片18,电机13左端设有进水口11,进水口11上安装有进水口盖12,电机13右端安装有电机开关14,电机开关14右端安装有电磁闸阀开关15,桶盖1的左侧设有电线连接插槽16,搅拌桶1内安装有搅拌杆4,搅拌杆4通过连接装置3连接到电机13上,搅拌杆4上连接着搅拌连接杆6,搅拌连接杆6上安装有搅拌块5,桶盖1与搅拌桶10采用螺旋连接,进水口盖12上有拉耳,搅拌桶10左端设有进料槽2,玻璃镜18片橡胶环卡入观察口17内。
具体使用方式:本发明工作中,将漆料从进料槽2倒入,然后打开进水口盖12倒入漆料所需要的溶剂,然后关闭进水口盖12,插上电源,打开电机开关14,电机13带动搅拌杆4转动,搅拌块5随着转动,将漆料和溶剂进行不断搅拌,操作人员可以通过观察口17观察搅拌状况,当搅拌完成后,关闭电机开关14,打开电磁闸阀开关15,搅拌后的漆料从出料槽9流出,当玻璃镜片18沾有漆料时可以取出来进行清洗,在安装上去即可。

1.一种漆料搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶(1)、桶盖(10)、搅拌杆(4)和电磁闸阀(8),其特征在于:所述搅拌桶(1)下端安装有电磁闸阀(8),所述电磁闸阀(8)下端设有出料槽(9),所述搅拌桶(1)上端安装有桶盖(10),所述桶盖(10)上安装有电机(13),所述电机(13)上端设有观察口(17),所述观察口(17)处安装有玻璃镜片(18),所述电机(13)左端设有进水口(11),所述进水口(11)上安装有进水口盖(12),所述电机(13)右端安装有电机开关(14),所述电机开关(14)右端安装有电磁闸阀开关(15),所述桶盖(1)的左侧设有电线连接插槽(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种漆料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌桶(1)内安装有搅拌杆(4),所述搅拌杆(4)通过连接装置(3)连接到电机(13)上,所述搅拌杆(4)上连接着搅拌连接杆(6),所述搅拌连接杆(6)上安装有搅拌块(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种漆料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述桶盖(1)与搅拌桶(10)采用螺旋连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种漆料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述进水口盖(12)上有拉耳,所述搅拌桶(10)左端设有进料槽(2)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种漆料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述玻璃镜(18)片橡胶环卡入观察口(17)内。
