Abstract
一种复方中草药膨润土饲料添加剂,具有中草药和矿物质,其特征是所述矿物质为膨润土,该添加剂由膨润土340~360份、中草药30~35份、微量元素1.6~1.9份、氨基酸4~11份、维生素0.9~1.2份(均为重量比)配制而成。与现有同类产品相比,本发明提供的饲料添加剂能更为全面地满足畜禽生理代谢和生长发育的整体需要,能防病抗病,能最有效地提高幼畜的成活率及饲料转化率。

本发明涉及一种饲料添加剂。
中国发明专利申请94110990.9号《中草药配合饲料添加剂及其制造方法》公开了种饲料添加剂,其配方由中草药、矿物质、骨粉和菜籽饼等原料组成。该饲料添加剂采用的矿物质包括硫磺、石灰和食盐,采用的中草药包括赤首乌、土黄芪、柏子仁、酸枣仁、麦芽、神曲、大黄和苏打等。就上述饲料添加剂来说,所使用的矿物质和中草药能让生猪提高体质、预防疾病,加快生长速度,具有一定的优点。但其矿物质的选料有待改进,且中草药的配方和其它辅助成份也有待于完善。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型饲料添加剂,该添加剂可以为畜禽等动物的生长提供多种常量和微量营养元素,以促进动物机体的新陈代谢,满足畜禽生长发育的整体需要,并能防病治病,吸氨固氮,促进生长发育,以投入较少的食物而产出更多的肉食。
本发明的饲料添加剂为一种复方中草药膨润土饲料添加剂,该添加剂由膨润土340~360份、中草药30~35份、微量元素1.6~1.9份、氨基酸4~11份、维生素0.9~1.2份(均为重量比)配制而成。在本发明中,所采用的膨润土含有动物生长发育必需的多种矿物质元素,所含的硅、镍、钛、铜等元素是动物体内酶激素和活性物质的组分和激活物质,能提高酶和激素的活性,参与机体的新陈代谢和免疫反应。除此之外,膨润土有粘滞作用,能使食物在消化道内的时间延长。膨润土显碱性,有利于消化道良好的生化环境形成,因此有助于提高消化机能,增强食欲,使食物中的营养素能被更多地消化吸收,从而提高饲料转化率。所采用的中草药可以采用具有健脾开胃、补养气血、杀虫除菌、强壮筋骨、促进动物细胞生长的药物,如当归、黄芪、白芍、谷芽、健曲、何首乌、酸枣仁、甘草、丁香、红花、熟地、陈皮、使君子和苦楝皮等。此类药物可以有效地避免使用抗生素、抗菌素、激素类药物给人类带来的诸如过敏、致畸、致癌的危害。同时,此类药物还对畜禽贫血、心血管疾病、传染性及感染性病害、寄生虫、佝偻病等均有明显预防和治疗效果。当采用上述中草药时,本发明的中草药即可由当归15~18份、黄芪15~18份、白芍9~12份、谷芽125~130份、健曲75~85份、何首乌15~18份、酸枣仁9~12份、甘草5~8份、丁香2~3份、红花1~1.5份、熟地20~24份、陈皮55~60份、使君子10~12份、苦楝皮15~18份(均为重量比)构成。本发明所采用的微量元素可以包括硫酸铜、硫酸锌、碘化钾、氯化钴、亚硒酸钠和硼酸等可以促进动物生长的元素,各元素的配比关系可为硫酸铜70~90份、硫酸锌250~270份、碘化钾1~0.4份、氯化钴20~30份、亚硒酸钠1~0.4份、硼酸70~90份(均为重量比)。在本发明的添加剂中,加入的氨基酸可以让其发挥调节氨基酸比例的作用,达到节省饲料、提高生产力水平的效果。所采用的氨基酸通常可以包括赖氨酸和蛋氨酸,即由赖氨酸7~8份、蛋氨酸3~4份(均为重量比)共同构成本发明中的氨基酸。维生素可以包括维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6和维生素D2,此类维生素有利于禽畜在生长过程中酶体系的代谢,并能防病治病。通常情况下,可由维生素A4~5份、维生素B12~3份、维生素B210~12份、维生素B62~3份、维生素D24~5份(均为重量比)构成本发明中的维生素。
与前述同类产品相比,本发明提供的由膨润土、中草药、微量元素、氨基酸和维生素构成的饲料添加剂能更为全面地满足畜禽生理代谢和生长发育的整体需要,能防病抗病,能最有效地提高幼畜的成活率及饲料转化率。
本发明的内容结合以下实施例作更进一步的说明,但本发明的内容不仅限于实施例中所涉及的内容。
实施例1:
按下列配方将中草药粉碎后过80目筛:
酸枣仁0.2kg 当归0.35kg 黄芪0.34kg 白芍0.2kg 谷芽2.5kg
何首乌0.32kg 健曲1.6kg 甘草0.12kg 丁香0.05kg 陈皮1.1kg
使君子0.2kg 熟地0.45kg 红花0.02kg 苦楝皮0.3kg
中药总量为7.75kg。
再取下列微量元素、氨基酸、维生素粉碎后过80目筛:
微量元素:硫酸铜0.07kg、硫酸锌0.26kg、硼酸0.08kg、碘化钾0.0004kg、亚硒酸钠0.0004kg、氯化钴0.03kg,总量为0.44kg。
氨基酸:赖氨酸0.72kg、蛋氨酸0.35kg,总量为1.08kg。
维生素:维生素A0.04kg、维生素B10.02kg、维生素B20.1kg、维生素B60.03kg、维生素D20.045kg,总量为0.24kg。
取用膨润土(粒度200目)90.49kg与上述中草药、微量元素、氨基酸和维生素混合后充分拌匀,即得100kg饲料添加剂成品。
实施例2:
按下列配方将中草药粉碎后过80目筛:
酸枣仁0.2kg 当归0.35kg 黄芪0.3kg 白芍0.24kg 谷芽2.60kg
何首乌0.35kg 健曲1.65kg 甘草0.1kg 丁香0.06kg 陈皮1.18kg
使君子0.2kg 熟地0.45kg 红花0.03kg 苦楝皮0.3kg
中药总量为8.01kg。
再取下列微量元素、氨基酸、维生素粉碎后过80目筛:
微量元素:硫酸铜0.09kg、硫酸锌0.26kg、硼酸0.09kg、碘化钾0.001kg、亚硒酸钠0.0004kg、氯化钴0.03kg,总量为0.47kg。
氨基酸:赖氨酸0.36kg、蛋氨酸0.79kg,总量为1.15kg。
维生素:维生素A0.05kg、维生素B10.02kg、维生素B20.12kg、维生素B60.03kg、维生素D20.04kg,总量为0.26kg。
取用膨润土(粒度200目)90.11kg与上述中草药、微量元素、氨基酸和维生素混合后充分拌匀,即得100kg饲料添加剂成品。
采用本例中制作的饲料添加剂与基础日粮相配制,配制比例为每4.5kg添加剂配95.5kg基础日粮。基础日粮的配方如下:玉米粉45~50份、米糠10~16份、麦麸15.3~16份、黄豆粉10~12份、菜籽(或棉籽)饼4~6份、鱼粉3~4份、碳酸钙粉1~1.2份。利用配得的饲料对100头双月仔猪试喂85天表明,平均净增重74.5kg,日增重0.65~1.75kg,最高达2.2kg。与国内公布的现有添加剂使用效果比较,周期提前10~20天,平均每头节省饲料50kg以上,料肉比2.10~2.50之间。

1、一种复方中草药膨润土饲料添加剂,具有中草药和矿物质,其特征是所述矿物质为膨润土,该添加剂由膨润土340~360份、中草药30~35份、微量元素1.6~1.9份、氨基酸4~11份、维生素0.9~1.2份(均为重量比)配制而成,所述中草药由当归15~18份、黄芪15~18份、白芍9~12份、谷芽125~130份、健曲75~85份、何首乌15~18份、酸枣仁9~12份、甘草5~8份、丁香2~3份、红花1~1.5份、熟地20~24份、陈皮55~60份、使君子10~12份、苦楝皮15~18份(均为重量比)构成。
2、如权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征是所述微量元素包括硫酸铜、硫酸锌、碘化钾、氯化钴、亚硒酸钠和硼酸。
3、如权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征是所述微量元素由硫酸铜70~90份、硫酸锌250~270份、碘化钾1~0.4份、氯化钴20~30份、亚硒酸钠1~0.4份、硼酸70~90份(均为重量比)构成。
4、如权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征是所述氨基酸包括赖氨酸和蛋氨酸。
5、如权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征是所述氨基酸由赖氨酸7~8份、蛋氨酸3~4份(均为重量比)构成。
6、如权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征是所述维生素包括维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6和维生素D2。
