Abstract
本发明公开了一种防老化塑胶管及其制备方法,涉及塑胶制品技术领域,由以下重量份的原料制成:ABS树脂,硫化锌,二萘基对苯二胺,水杨酸苯酯,炭黑,丙烯酸酯灰漆;其制备方法包括以下步骤:A.硫化锌、二萘基对苯二胺、水杨酸苯酯、炭黑混合后球磨,再与ABS树脂混合;B.将上述混合料预热干燥;C.上述混合料进入挤出机,出来得到管料;D.所述管料经过冷却槽,所述冷却槽的采用水冷却;E.通过牵引机将管料引出;F.将丙烯酸酯灰漆喷涂到所述管料内表面和外表面,即可制得。与现有技术相比,本发明可以延缓塑胶管的老化过程,提高使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶制品技术领域,尤其是一种防止老化的塑胶管及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑料管在成型,使用和贮存过程中,受到阳光、氧气、水份等作用后,塑胶管内的大分子受到降解或交联,使其物理或机械性能变坏,乃至丧失其使用价值,产生老化现象;塑料管产生老化现象,影响其推广和使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防老化塑胶管及其制备方法,它可以延缓老化过程,提高使用寿命。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种防老化塑胶管,由以下重量份的原料制成:ABS树脂 40份~50份,硫化锌12份~16份,二萘基对苯二胺5份~10份,水杨酸苯酯9份~13份,炭黑4份~9份,丙烯酸酯灰漆7份~11份。
一种防老化塑胶管的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A.硫化锌、二萘基对苯二胺、水杨酸苯酯、炭黑混合后球磨,再与ABS树脂混合;B.将上述混合料预热干燥,预热温度80℃~100℃,预热时间为20分钟~30分钟;C.上述混合料进入挤出机,所述挤出机机身温度控制200℃~270℃,压缩部分温度控制在300℃~350,所述压缩部分的压力值设置在0.05Mpa~0.06Mpa,计量段温度控制在320℃~350℃,机头分流器的温度控制在200℃~270℃,模口温度控制在300℃~350℃,得到管料;D.所述管料经过冷却槽,所述冷却槽的采用水冷却,冷却水的温度为25℃~30℃,冷却时间为60分钟~80分钟;E.通过牵引机将管料引出;F.将丙烯酸酯灰漆喷涂到所述管料内表面和外表面,即可制得。
进一步的:ABS树脂 45份,硫化锌14份,二萘基对苯二胺7份,水杨酸苯酯11份,炭黑6份,丙烯酸酯灰漆9份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、ABS树脂具有较好的韧性和耐磨性;硫化锌作为抗氧化剂使用可以提高塑胶管的抗氧化性能;二萘基对苯二胺作为防老剂使用可以延缓塑胶管的老化时间;水杨酸苯酯作为紫外线吸收剂与硫化锌联合使用可以进一步提高塑胶管抗老化的能力;炭黑和丙烯酸酯灰漆可以屏蔽光对塑胶管的照射,提高塑胶管的抗老化能力;上述原材料的混合使用,可以延缓老化过程,提高塑胶管的使用寿命。
2、对挤出机的温度进行控制,可以制备出韧性高,光滑程℃高,耐老化性能好的塑胶管。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
一种防老化塑胶管,由以下重量份的原料制成:ABS树脂 40份,硫化锌12份,二萘基对苯二胺5份,水杨酸苯酯9份,炭黑4份,丙烯酸酯灰漆7份。
这种防老化塑胶管的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A.硫化锌、二萘基对苯二胺、水杨酸苯酯、炭黑混合后球磨,再与ABS树脂混合;B.将上述混合料预热干燥,预热温度80℃,预热时间为20分钟;C.上述混合料进入挤出机,所述挤出机机身温度控制200℃,压缩部分温度控制在300℃,所述压缩部分的压力值设置在0.05Mpa,计量段温度控制在320℃,机头分流器的温度控制在200℃,模口温度控制在300℃,得到管料;D.所述管料经过冷却槽,所述冷却槽的采用水冷却,冷却水的温度为25℃,冷却时间为60分钟;E.通过牵引机将管料引出;F.将丙烯酸酯灰漆喷涂到所述管料内表面和外表面,即可制得。
实施例2:
一种防老化塑胶管,由以下重量份的原料制成:ABS树脂 50份,硫化锌16份,二萘基对苯二胺10份,水杨酸苯酯13份,炭黑9份,丙烯酸酯灰漆11份。
这种防老化塑胶管的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A.硫化锌、二萘基对苯二胺、水杨酸苯酯、炭黑混合后球磨,再与ABS树脂混合;B.将上述混合料预热干燥,预热温度100℃,预热时间为30分钟;C.上述混合料进入挤出机,所述挤出机机身温度控制270℃,压缩部分温度控制在350℃,所述压缩部分的压力值设置在0.06Mpa,计量段温度控制在350℃,机头分流器的温度控制在270℃,模口温度控制在350℃,得到管料;D.所述管料经过冷却槽,所述冷却槽的采用水冷却,冷却水的温度为30℃,冷却时间为80分钟;E.通过牵引机将管料引出;F.将丙烯酸酯灰漆喷涂到所述管料内表面和外表面,即可制得。
实施例3:
一种防老化塑胶管,由以下重量份的原料制成:ABS树脂 45份,硫化锌14份,二萘基对苯二胺7份,水杨酸苯酯11份,炭黑6份,丙烯酸酯灰漆9份。
这种防老化塑胶管的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A.硫化锌、二萘基对苯二胺、水杨酸苯酯、炭黑混合后球磨,再与ABS树脂混合;B.将上述混合料预热干燥,预热温度90℃,预热时间为25分钟;C.上述混合料进入挤出机,所述挤出机机身温度控制235℃,压缩部分温度控制在325℃,所述压缩部分的压力值设置在0.055Mpa,计量段温度控制在335℃,机头分流器的温度控制在235℃,模口温度控制在325℃,得到管料;D.所述管料经过冷却槽,所述冷却槽的采用水冷却,冷却水的温度为27℃,冷却时间为70分钟;E.通过牵引机将管料引出;F.将丙烯酸酯灰漆喷涂到所述管料内表面和外表面,即可制得。

1.一种防老化塑胶管,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:ABS树脂 40份~50份,硫化锌12份~16份,二萘基对苯二胺5份~10份,水杨酸苯酯9份~13份,炭黑4份~9份,丙烯酸酯灰漆7份~11份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防老化塑胶管的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
A.硫化锌、二萘基对苯二胺、水杨酸苯酯、炭黑混合后球磨,再与ABS树脂混合;
B.将上述混合料预热干燥,预热温度80℃~100℃,预热时间为20分钟~30分钟;
C.上述混合料进入挤出机,所述挤出机机身温度控制200℃~270℃,压缩部分温度控制在300℃~350℃,所述压缩部分的压力值设置在0.05Mpa~0.06Mpa,计量段温度控制在320℃~350℃,机头分流器的温度控制在200℃~270℃,模口温度控制在300℃~350℃,得到管料;
D.所述管料经过冷却槽,所述冷却槽的采用水冷却,冷却水的温度为25℃~30℃,冷却时间为60分钟~80分钟;
E.通过牵引机将管料引出;
F.将丙烯酸酯灰漆喷涂到所述管料内表面和外表面,即可制得。
3.根据权利要求1所述防老化塑胶管,其特征在于:ABS树脂 45份,硫化锌14份,二萘基对苯二胺7份,水杨酸苯酯11份,炭黑6份,丙烯酸酯灰漆9份。
