Abstract

本发明公开一种防油高透成形纸生产工艺,该工艺包括将重量百分含量为30‑40%漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、30‑40%漂白硫酸盐木浆、20‑40%漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆加入到水力碎浆机中碎解;碎解后浸泡20‑40min再进行打浆,打浆浓度控制在2.0‑2.5%,分两次成浆,浆料倒入成浆池;将一定量PPE湿强剂用五倍水稀释后,同成浆池的浆料一起倒入配浆池;配浆池的浆料稀释至浓度为0.08‑0.1%,经上网成形、压榨脱水、干燥、喷洒防油剂、过表胶;本发明工艺生产的防油高透成形纸能有效防止过滤嘴中的油性香精香料的渗出,利用防油剂中含氟聚合物乳液在处理纸张时,乳液成膜,氟碳基团在纸页表面形成垂直紧密的网状排列而具有低的表面能使油类难以润湿。

一种防油高透成形纸生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于造纸技术领域,涉及一种成形纸生产工艺,具体是一种防油高透成形纸生产工艺。
背景技术
成形纸属工业用薄型特种纸类,是香烟用的辅助材料,主要应用于烟草行业香烟过滤嘴中包裹丝束,然后通过接装纸将烟支和滤棒粘接即成为过滤嘴香烟,滤棒成形纸的主要作用为:包覆丝束、过滤稀释主流烟气、改善口味,减少香烟对人体的危害。
高透成形纸是一种具有透气性能的成形纸,对香烟的降焦减害有极大的帮助。但在降低有害物质的同时,也降低了香烟原本的吸味,使吸烟者满足感下降。因此,各大烟厂一直在寻求改进香烟吸味的技术,所以胶囊包裹香精香料技术就应运而生。
胶囊包裹技术即是在香烟滤嘴棒中添加包裹独特香味的香精香料胶囊,消费者在吸烟的过程中揉捏过滤嘴,胶囊破碎,香气释放出来,但是油性的香料也容易渗出,且高透成形纸空隙较多,导致油性香料更加容易渗透,导致嘴棒污染,香气浓度散发。
为了满足市场的需求,本发明开发了一种具有防油高透功能的成形纸,此高透成形纸能有效防止过滤嘴中的香精油渗出。
防油纸指的是使用漂白、半漂或未漂化学木浆,通过高打浆度处理而抄造的一类纸。申请公布号CN 102767113 A公开了一种防油纸的生产工艺,包括打浆、配浆、冲浆及施胶、上网抄造、压榨、前干燥、表胶、后干燥、压光、质控、成卷包装工序,上述公开的方案通过改进浆料配比、打浆工艺、压光工艺等物理防油法结合使用添加防油剂的方法来实现防油。上述工艺不足之处有:浆料成浆叩解度不完全,氧化淀粉与防油剂调制后表胶不能发挥各自功能,此外前者浓度不易控制,后者用量较大。
鉴于高透成形纸与防油纸性能及用途上的区别,目前还没有公开过将防油剂用在高透成形纸上,使其具有防油高透功能的工艺技术,针对上述不足,现提供一种解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防油高透成形纸生产工艺。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种防油高透成形纸生产工艺,该工艺包括以下步骤:木浆碎解、打浆、配浆、抄造、上网成形、压榨、烘干和卷取工序:
木浆碎解:将重量百分含量为30-40%漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、30-40%漂白硫酸盐木浆、20-40%漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆加入到水力碎浆机中碎解;
打浆:木浆经水力碎浆机混合碎解后倒入未叩解池,浸泡20-40min再进行打浆,打浆浓度控制在2.0-2.5%,分两次成浆,浆料倒入成浆池;
配浆:将一定量PPE湿强剂用五倍水稀释后,同成浆池的浆料一起倒入配浆池;
抄造:配浆池的浆料稀释至浓度为0.08-0.1%,经上网成形、压榨脱水、干燥、喷洒防油剂、过表胶;
喷洒防油剂步骤为:配制浓度为2-2.5%的防油剂,按15-20kg/吨纸用量,用螺杆泵通过喷嘴,均匀地喷洒在纸幅表面;
过表胶步骤为:熬制浓度为10-12%的木薯改性表面施胶淀粉,按40-50kg/吨纸用量进行施胶,再经过表胶辊压匀吸收,在经过烘缸干燥后卷取。
所述的打浆工序采用两台450盘磨、两台疏解机串联打浆;其中,一台盘磨具有H型磨片,另一台盘磨具有V型磨片。
所述的两次成浆中,半浆盘磨电流控制在70-80A,成浆盘磨电流控制在60-65A。
所述的PPE湿强剂用量为40-50kg/吨纸。
所述的防油剂为2-丙烯酸-2-甲基-2-(二甲氨基)乙基酯和γ,W全氟-(C8-C14)烷基丙烯酸酯,N-氧化物乙酸酯的共聚物。
本发明的有益效果:本发明工艺生产的防油高透成形纸能有效防止过滤嘴中的油性香精香料的渗出,利用防油剂中含氟聚合物乳液在处理纸张时,其吸附在纤维表面,然后在烘干过程中,随着水分的蒸发和温度作用,乳液成膜,氟碳基团在纸页表面形成垂直紧密的网状排列而具有低的表面能使油类难以润湿。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本发明实施例中使用的防油剂为科莱恩化工(中国)有限公司生产有机氟防油剂,商品名Cartafluor CFI liq。该防油剂为2-丙烯酸-2-甲基-2-(二甲氨基)乙基酯和γ,W全氟-(C8-C14)烷基丙烯酸酯,N-氧化物乙酸酯的共聚物。
漂白硫酸盐木浆为一种闪级干燥浆(flash dried),也是一种漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆,为瑞典纸商BillerudKorsnas AB生产。
实施例1
一种防油高透成形纸生产工艺,包括以下步骤:木浆碎解、打浆、配浆、筛选净化、上网成形、压榨、烘干、卷取等工序。
浆料配比,以重量百分含量计,三针牌漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆40%、漂白硫酸盐木浆40%、鹦鹉牌漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆20%;
将上述木浆经水力碎浆机混合碎解后倒入未叩解池,浸泡30min再进行打浆,打浆方式采用长纤维游离状打浆,以疏解为主,尽可能少切断,分丝帚化程度低;打浆浓度控制在2.0-2.5%,分两次成浆,两台450盘磨(一台H型磨片,一台V型磨片)、两台疏解机串联打浆。半浆盘磨电流控制在70-80A,成浆盘磨电流控制在60-65A,打好的浆料倒入叩解池。
配浆:PPE湿强剂(聚酰胺聚环氧氯丙烷树脂):用量40kg/吨纸,用五倍水稀释后同成浆池的浆料一起倒入配浆池。
抄造:配浆池的浆料经冲浆池稀释至浓度0.08%,经上网成形、压榨脱水、干燥、喷洒防油剂、过表胶。
喷洒防油剂操作为:将防油剂按2.5%的浓度配制好,用量为15kg/吨纸,用螺杆泵通过喷嘴,均匀地喷洒在纸幅表面;
过表胶操作为:木薯改性表面施胶淀粉,熬制浓度10%,用量为50kg/吨纸,在经过表胶辊压匀吸收,在经过烘缸干燥至水分含量为4.5±1.5%后卷取。
实施例2
浆料配比:三针牌漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆30%、漂白硫酸盐木浆30%、鹦鹉牌漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆40%;
木浆经水力碎浆机混合碎解后倒入未叩解池,浸泡35min再进行打浆,打浆方式采用长纤维游离状打浆,以疏解为主,尽可能少切断,分丝帚化程度低;打浆浓度控制在2.0-2.5%,分两次成浆,两台450盘磨(一台H型磨片,一台V型磨片)、两台疏解机串联打浆。半浆盘磨电流控制在70-80A,成浆盘磨电流控制在60-65A,打好的浆料倒入叩解池。
配浆:PPE湿强剂(聚酰胺聚环氧氯丙烷树脂):用量50kg/吨纸,用五倍水稀释后同成浆池的浆料一起倒入配浆池。
抄造:配浆池的浆料经冲浆池稀释至浓度0.1%,经上网成形、压榨脱水、干燥、喷洒防油剂、过表胶。
喷洒防油剂操作为:将防油剂按2%的浓度配制好,用量为20kg/吨纸,用螺杆泵通过喷嘴,均匀地喷洒在纸幅表面;
表胶操作为:木薯改性表面施胶淀粉,熬制浓度12%,用量为40kg/吨纸,在经过表胶辊压匀吸收,在经过烘缸干燥后卷取。上述实施例中未详述的成形纸生产中所需要的其他工艺与现有技术相同。

Claims (4)

1.一种防油高透成形纸生产工艺,该工艺包括以下步骤:木浆碎解、打浆、配浆、抄造、上网成形、压榨、烘干和卷取工序,其特征在于:
木浆碎解:将重量百分含量为30-40%漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、30-40%漂白硫酸盐木浆、20-40%漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆加入到水力碎浆机中,混合碎解后倒入未叩解池;
打浆:在未叩解池中浸泡20-40min再进行打浆,打浆浓度控制在2.0-2.5%,分两次成浆,浆料倒入成浆池;
配浆:将PPE湿强剂用五倍水稀释后,同成浆池的浆料一起倒入配浆池;
抄造:配浆池的浆料稀释至浓度为0.08-0.1%,经上网成形、压榨脱水、干燥、喷洒防油剂、过表胶;
喷洒防油剂步骤为:配制浓度为2-2.5%的防油剂,按15-20kg/吨纸用量,用螺杆泵通过喷嘴,均匀地喷洒在纸幅表面;
过表胶步骤为:熬制浓度为10-12%的木薯改性表面施胶淀粉,按40-50kg/吨纸用量进行施胶,再经过表胶辊压匀吸收,在经过烘缸干燥后卷取;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防油高透成形纸生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的打浆工序采用两台450盘磨、两台疏解机串联打浆;其中,一台盘磨具有H型磨片,另一台盘磨具有V型磨片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防油高透成形纸生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的两次成浆中,半浆盘磨电流控制在70-80A,成浆盘磨电流控制在60-65A。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防油高透成形纸生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的PPE湿强剂用量为40-50kg/吨纸。
