Abstract
在能源日益紧张的今天,节能是非常重要的,本发明的理念,在电机的有效空间进行断电处理,不用电就是节能,而且是大幅度降低耗电量,主要是让磁铁和铁块的之间吸力出来做功,代替以前的电能输入,这种力非常干净、清洁、广泛利用于汽车、轮船、机械动力等的各行各业,前景非常广泛。节电电机已经从实验品(有点小毛病)转化为产品阶段(没有点小毛病)。节能就是应用技术上现实可靠、经济上可行合理、环境和社会都可以接受的方法,有效地代替传统能源,这是一种新的行业,属于劳动密集型产品,将带动一大批人就业。

背景技术:利用永磁无刷电机原理。
发明内容:以两极节电电机转一圈说明180°通电,另180°断电,在以电机PWM供电方式输入电功率只有同功率电机45%以下,有自动复位装置如断电转子依靠永磁铁吸力和惯性自动转回复位。电磁铁通电是电磁铁,断电是吸引磁铁的铁块。定子整体制作也将降低输入电功率,直流电流的应用相当于脉冲电流的使用,也将降低输入电功率,提高发电机输出电功率也可降低节电电机输入电功率,达到节能的目的。不用电就是节能,而且是大幅度降低耗电量,材料的选用或提高发电机输出功率,节电电机输入功率可以做到更低。两个永磁铁外表面是S极(或N极)一样的,大小一样的,位置距离相等的。可以做成多极大小一样的,位置距离相等的多极节电电机、也可以做成多极大小不一样的,位置距离不相等的多极节电电机。电磁铁用直流电流不进行换向。如果全国普片采用此项技术,将节能50%以上,将降低污染物、碳排放,也将降低雾霾。
附图说明:图1是以两极节电电机正面图形,分定子和转子,定子中有两个电磁铁扇面90°,双面一起180°,侧面两面各90°空位。转子有两个电磁铁双面对称,扇面90°,双面一起180°,侧面两面各90°空位。双边各有电磁铁、永磁铁、线圈、磁传感器,中间是轴。电磁铁上的小方块表示线圈,小圆圈表示磁传感器。大圆圈代表外壳。
具体实施方式:先把节电电机和发电机直接轴连接(或皮带轮连接),电磁铁上有一个磁传感器,感应转子磁场。节电电机里面磁传感器、电磁铁线圈和控制电路相连,控制电路和电瓶连接。发电机一部分电给电瓶充电,另一部分电给需要电的机器供电。如不与发电机连接也可连接需要动力的机器。节电电机通电以后磁传感器(霍尔器件、磁敏电阻等)感应到磁场,则电磁铁通电产生磁场力,转子转动,转动270°时另面转回,位置重复实际只转180°。磁传感器感应到磁场,电磁铁通电,产生磁场力转子继续旋转,不断的来回反复。有自动复位装置如断电转子依靠永磁铁吸力和惯性自动转回复位。电磁铁通电是电磁铁,断电是吸引磁铁的铁块。用直流电流不进行换向。
Claims (8)
1.有典型内部结构布局,可以是两极,也可以是多极。
2.根据权利要求1所述两极或多极转子永磁铁外表面都是S极(或N极)一样的,不允许转子永磁铁外表面磁极S极N极同时共用。可以做成多极大小一样的,位置距离相等的多极节电电机、也可以做成多极大小不一样的,位置距离不相等的多极节电电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述有自动复位装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述电磁铁通电是电磁铁,断电是吸引磁铁的铁块。
5.根据权利要求1所述电磁铁用直流电流不进行换向。
6.根据权利要求1所述节电电机转子整体转一圈,是180°通电,另180°断电,在以电机PWM供电方式输入电功率只有同功率电机45%以下。
7.根据权利要求1所述脉冲电流的应用,定子整体制作也将降低输入电功率。
8.根据权利要求1所述节电电机和发电机直接轴连接(或皮带轮连接),电磁铁上有一个磁传感器,感应转子磁场。节电电机里面磁传感器、电磁铁线圈和控制电路相连,控制电路和电瓶连接。发电机一部分电给电瓶充电,另一部分电给需要电的机器供电。如不与发电机连接也可连接需要动力的机器。
