一种双圆弧插扣搅拌桩机,制造多个间隔一个插扣桩距离的多个水泥土插扣桩;当两边的插扣桩的水泥土强度达到一定时,再在每两个插扣桩之间的间距内、用双圆弧插扣搅拌桩机按照上述双圆弧插扣搅拌桩机制造水泥土桩的工作方式制造一个水泥土插扣桩,使每两个水泥土插扣桩之间的水泥土插扣桩左端的凹圆弧端头吻合于左边水泥土插扣桩右端的凸圆弧端头、水泥土插扣桩右端的凸圆弧端头吻合于右边水泥土插扣桩左端的凹圆弧端头,如此形成多个水泥土插扣桩与每两个水泥土插扣桩之间的水泥土插扣桩相互双圆弧插扣的桩墙,用于建筑物基础的挡土、防渗漏。

本发明提供了一种能制造多个水泥土桩体相互双圆弧插扣的双圆弧插扣搅拌桩机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种双圆弧插扣搅拌桩机,钻杆下端左侧固定钢板撑一的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电机一外壳的中间,电机一的前端转轴固定有前凹圆刀柱,电机一的后端转轴固定有后凹圆刀柱;钻杆下端右侧固定钢板撑二的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电机二外壳的中间,电机二的前端转轴固定有前凸圆刀柱,电机二的后端转轴固定有后凸圆刀柱;前凹圆刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头,后凹圆刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;前凸圆刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;后凸圆刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;前凹圆刀柱横截面的凹圆弧与前凸圆刀柱横截面的凸圆弧吻合,后凹圆刀柱横截面的凹圆弧与后凸圆刀柱横截面的凸圆弧吻合。
本发明具有以下的特点:
本发明可制造多个水泥土桩体相互双圆弧插扣的桩墙,用于建筑物基础的挡土、防渗漏。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例钻杆1下端左侧固定钢板撑一2的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电机一6外壳的中间,电机一的前端转轴11固定有前凹圆刀柱4,电机一的后端转轴11固定有后凹圆刀柱9;钻杆1下端右侧固定钢板撑二3的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电机二7外壳的中间,电机二的前端转轴11固定有前凸圆刀柱5,电机二的后端转轴固定有后凸圆刀柱10;前凹圆刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头8,后凹圆刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头8;前凸圆刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;后凸圆刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;前凹圆刀柱横截面的凹圆弧与前凸圆刀柱横截面的凸圆弧吻合,后凹圆刀柱横截面的凹圆弧与后凸圆刀柱横截面的凸圆弧吻合。
所述前凹圆刀柱为中间呈圆弧凹陷的圆形柱体。
所述后凹圆刀柱为中间呈圆弧凹陷的圆形柱体。
所述前凸圆刀柱为中间呈圆弧凸出的圆形柱体。

本发明制造水泥土插扣桩的工作过程如下:工作时灌浆泵对凹圆刀柱和凸圆刀柱之间的部位灌注水泥浆,电机一驱动前凹圆刀柱和后凹圆刀柱正转,电机二驱动前凸圆刀柱和后凸圆刀柱反转,前凹圆刀柱、后凹圆刀柱以及前凸圆刀柱、后凸圆刀柱在转动中将其下端的土体切削与水泥浆搅拌;前凹圆刀柱、后凹圆刀柱在转动中将左端切削搅拌成双凹圆弧端头,前凸圆刀柱、后凸圆刀柱在转动中将右端切削搅拌成双凸圆弧端头;左部的双凹圆弧端头与右部的双凸圆弧端头相吻合;钻杆在向下压进过程中形成一个左端带有两个凹圆弧端头、右端带有两个凸圆弧端头的水泥土插扣桩。
本发明制造多个水泥土插扣桩相互双圆弧插扣的工作过程如下:首先在需要成桩轴线的起始位置,用双圆弧插扣搅拌桩机按照上述双圆弧插扣搅拌桩机的制造水泥土插扣桩的工作方式制造一个水泥土插扣桩,在此水泥土插扣桩的右侧、间隔一个插扣桩的距离再制造第二个水泥土插扣桩,如此制造多个间隔一个插扣桩距离的多个水泥土插扣桩;当两边的插扣桩的水泥土强度达到一定时,再在每两个插扣桩之间的间距内、用双圆弧插扣搅拌桩机按照上述双圆弧插扣搅拌桩机制造水泥土桩的工作方式制造一个水泥土插扣桩,使每两个水泥土插扣桩之间的水泥土插扣桩左端的凹圆弧端头吻合于左边水泥土插扣桩右端的凸圆弧端头、水泥土插扣桩右端的凸圆弧端头吻合于右边水泥土插扣桩左端的凹圆弧端头,如此形成多个水泥土插扣桩与每两个水泥土插扣桩之间的水泥土插扣桩相互双圆弧插扣的桩墙,用于建筑物基础的挡土、防渗漏。

1.一种双圆弧插扣搅拌桩机;其特征在于:
所述双圆弧插扣搅拌桩机包括:钻杆(1)下端左侧固定钢板撑一(2)的上端,钢板撑一的下端固定于电机一(6)外壳的中间,电机一的前端转轴(11)固定有前凹圆刀柱(4),电机一的后端转轴(11)固定有后凹圆刀柱(9);钻杆(1)下端右侧固定钢板撑二(3)的上端,钢板撑二的下端固定于电机二(7)外壳的中间,电机二的前端转轴(11)固定有前凸圆刀柱(5),电机二的后端转轴固定有后凸圆刀柱(10);前凹圆刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头8,后凹圆刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头8;前凸圆刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;后凸圆刀柱的侧表面安装有多个刀头;前凹圆刀柱横截面的凹圆弧与前凸圆刀柱横截面的凸圆弧吻合,后凹圆刀柱横截面的凹圆弧与后凸圆刀柱横截面的凸圆弧吻合;
