本发明涉及涂料领域,提供一种石艺漆及其制备方法,解决现有技术的漆料花点小、分布均匀、着色太有规律,装饰效果差的缺陷,包括以下重量份的各原料:水150~170份、六偏磷酸钠2~4份、有机改性膨润土12~18份、微晶石475~515份、氧化铁黄15~25份、氧化铁红10~15份、氧化铁黑2~5份、聚合物树脂280~290份,其制备方法为,包括以下处理步骤:(1)按照重量份称取各原料;(2)将微晶石、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑、氧化铁红加入水中,混合搅拌均匀,得到混合液;(4)再将六偏磷酸钠、有机改性膨润土、珠光粉、聚合物树脂加入混合液中,在40~49℃搅拌30~40min;(5)研磨。

一种石艺漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种石艺漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
大理石作为一种典型的矿产资源,由于具有稀缺、环保、纯天然、高品质的特性,一直是全球各地大型公建工程、中高档建筑、家庭装修的首选用材。这些年,我国大理石产业的发展现状,处于一种开采上的限制与大量的需求的矛盾状态,我国大理石资源短缺,加上前期大量开采,使现有大理石的开采量有了明显的下滑,目前大理石主要还是靠进口,所以大理石的价格一路上扬,市面上大理石价格均在1000元/m2以上,还有由于天然大理石具有开采难、不环保、辐射人、颜色差异大等缺陷,与时下崇尚的“环保”、“低碳”的生活主张相冲突,在实际使用中存在一定的弊端。
中国专利申请号201410008967.4公开了一种外墙瓷石漆,包括按重量份计的以下组分:骨质瓷80~110份、彩砂8~15份、成膜助剂20~30份、聚结助剂0.8~1.5份、稳定剂0.4~0.6份、防沉剂1~2份、水3~12份; 该外墙瓷石漆具有防腐耐磨损的优点,且喷涂后会呈现丰富的仿石涂层,但这种仿石主要是仿花岗岩石材,其是花点小、分布均匀、着色规律,不具有大理石的装饰效果。
发明内容
因此,针对以上内容,本发明提供一种石艺漆及其制备方法,解决现有技术的漆料花点小、分布均匀、着色太有规律,装饰效果差的缺陷。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种石艺漆,包括以下重量份的各原料:
水 150~170份
六偏磷酸钠 2~4份
有机改性膨润土 12~18份
微晶石 475~515份
氧化铁黄 15~25份
氧化铁红 10~15份
氧化铁黑 2~5份
聚合物树脂 280~290份
珠光粉 50~100份。
进一步的改进是,包括以下重量份的各原料:
水 160份
六偏磷酸钠 2份
有机改性膨润土 15份
60目的功能性微晶石 225份
80目的功能性微晶石 250份
氧化铁黄 20份
氧化铁红 11份
氧化铁黑 2份
聚合物树脂 285份
珠光粉 50份。
进一步的改进是:所述聚合物树脂为有机硅树脂。
进一步的改进是:所述珠光粉的粒径为110~120目。
一种石艺漆的制备方法,包括以下处理步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将微晶石、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑、氧化铁红加入水中,混合搅拌均匀,得到混合液;
(4)再将六偏磷酸钠、有机改性膨润土、珠光粉、聚合物树脂加入混合液中,在40~49℃搅拌30~40min;
(5)研磨,过100~150目筛,即得到石艺漆。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明专利的石艺漆涂料采用功能性微晶石,由聚合物树脂调制而成,具有高耐候、防水、防湿,配以表面研磨处理,颜色永久不变,施加在墙体上,可使墙体无裂缝,并有天然大理石的质感、光泽和纹理,逼真度可与天然的大理石相媲美,适合大型公建工程、中高档建筑、家庭装修等中高级建筑装饰装修使用。
仿大理石的石艺漆涂料可替代资源日趋稀少的宝贵石材,还可配合外墙保温材料进行专业的仿大理石处理,优异的抗龟裂性能具有一定的柔韧性,使其能非常有效地遮盖墙面上的细小裂纹,保持涂层牢固和光滑,高仿真性在色彩上模仿天然大理石,视觉上可以以假乱真,达到巧夺天工、胜过自然的效果。超强的耐候性使其在任何环境都具有极强的适应力和抵抗力,使用寿命达到20年以上,本专利石艺漆涂料的出现恰好弥补了天大大理石的缺陷,满足了市场的需求。
目前市场上出现的石感漆、仿石漆、真石漆、仿大理石漆等,实际上都是仿花岗岩石材的产品,因花岗岩石材外观特点主要是花点小、分布均匀、着色规律,比较容易调制仿花岗岩石材的涂料,与本发明的大理石有较大的差异性,漆层外观特点主要是颜面分布不规律、花点大、色彩多样鲜艳、高档典雅。

以下将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
若未特别指明,实施例中所采用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段,所采用的试剂和产品也均为可商业获得的。所用试剂的来源、商品名以及有必要列出其组成成分者,均在首次出现时标明。
实施例一
一种石艺漆,包括以下重量份的各原料:
水 150份
六偏磷酸钠 2份
有机改性膨润土 12份
60目微晶石 225份
80目微晶石 280份
氧化铁黄 15份
氧化铁红 10份
氧化铁黑 2份
有机硅树脂 280份
120目的珠光粉 50份。
其制备方法,包括以下处理步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将微晶石、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑、氧化铁红加入水中,混合搅拌均匀,得到混合液;
(4)再将六偏磷酸钠、有机改性膨润土、珠光粉、聚合物树脂加入混合液中,在40℃搅拌30min;
(5)研磨,过100目筛,即得到石艺漆。
实施例二
一种石艺漆,包括以下重量份的各原料:
水 160份
六偏磷酸钠 2份
有机改性膨润土 15份
60目的功能性微晶石 225份
80目的功能性微晶石 250份
氧化铁黄 20份
氧化铁红 11份
氧化铁黑 2份
聚合物树脂 285份
珠光粉 50份。
其制备方法,包括以下处理步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将微晶石、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑、氧化铁红加入水中,混合搅拌均匀,得到混合液;
(4)再将六偏磷酸钠、有机改性膨润土、珠光粉、聚合物树脂加入混合液中,在45℃搅拌35min;
(5)研磨,过120目筛,即得到石艺漆。
实施例三
一种石艺漆,包括以下重量份的各原料:
水 170份
六偏磷酸钠 4份
有机改性膨润土 18份
60目的微晶石 230份
80目的微晶石 285份
氧化铁黄 25份
氧化铁红 15份
氧化铁黑 5份
有机硅树脂 290份
珠光粉 100份。
其制备方法,,包括以下处理步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将微晶石、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑、氧化铁红加入水中,混合搅拌均匀,得到混合液;
(4)再将六偏磷酸钠、有机改性膨润土、珠光粉、聚合物树脂加入混合液中,在49℃搅拌40min;
(5)研磨,过150目筛,即得到石艺漆。
其中,本发明中,各物质组分在以下参数范围内均可实现本发明的目的:水150~170份、六偏磷酸钠2~4份、有机改性膨润土12~18份、微晶石495~515份、氧化铁黄15~25份、氧化铁红10~15份、氧化铁黑2~5份、聚合物树脂280~290份、珠光粉50~100份。

聚合物树脂 280~290份
珠光粉 50~100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石艺漆,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的各原料:
水 160份

60目的功能性微晶石 225份
80目的功能性微晶石 250份
氧化铁黄 20份

聚合物树脂 285份

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的石艺漆,其特征在于:所述聚合物树脂为有机硅树脂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的石艺漆,其特征在于:所述珠光粉的粒径为110~120目。
5.一种石艺漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下处理步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将微晶石、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑、氧化铁红加入水中,混合搅拌均匀,得到混合液;
(4)再将六偏磷酸钠、有机改性膨润土、珠光粉、聚合物树脂加入混合液中,在40~49℃搅拌30~40min;
(5)研磨,过100~150目筛,即得到石艺漆。
