Abstract

本发明公开了一种双芯片复合卡,包括设有A、B面的卡套以及至少两张芯片卡,与现有技术不同的是:所述两张芯片卡一同封装在卡套的A面或B面;或者所述两张芯片卡错位封装在卡套的A面和B面。本发明的双芯片复合卡,通过使用卡套将至少两张不同种类的卡合并为一种外观与现有普通卡保持一致,方便用户的组合以及携带和使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及芯片卡,具体是为一种双芯片复合卡。
背景技术
芯片卡在金融、电信、公共交通、医保社保、教育、税务、公安、路桥停车管理、数字电视、交通物流、门禁安保等与生活息息相关的领域中推广应用,持卡人在各种生活场景使用芯片卡,享受新技术推广对人们的生活提供的便利。
传统的芯片卡封装为单芯片单面封装在卡套内,这种方式的缺点是每个卡套中只有1个芯片,这样大多数人手上拥有多张卡,携带和使用都不方便,另外从降低成本和环保的需求出发,开发在一张卡套上封装多个芯片的复合卡很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双芯片复合卡,将至少两张芯片卡封装在一个卡套上,使其在整体外观结构上与现有普通卡保持一致,方便用户携带和使用。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种双芯片复合卡,包括设有A、B面的卡套以及至少两张芯片卡,与现有技术不同的是:所述两张芯片卡一同封装在卡套的A面或B面。

上述双芯片复合卡的制造方法:
第一步,印刷,以正面印刷或镜像印刷的方式将所需印刷面印刷在PET或PETG等材料上;
第二步,复合材料,采用所述的正面印刷的材料,在两层印刷面的外层各覆盖一层透明膜,根据实际需要在两层印刷面之间填充有一至三层填充材料层;
采用所述的镜面印刷的材料,在两层印刷面之间填充有一至三层填充层材料,用于填充印刷面底层;
第三步,层压,将所述的复合材料,送入层压设备进行层压,设定不同材料粘合需要的温度、适度、压力,所得部分为大张成卡材料;
第四步,冲切,将层压所得的大张成卡材料送入冲切设备,冲切出符合标准或实际需求的卡片,所得为卡套;
第五步,芯片背胶,在芯片载带上每行封装有多个芯片,同时,芯片背部设置有封装胶带,通过模切在胶带上对应芯片背部位置冲击出符合芯片大小的贴膜,同时通过贴合设备,将贴膜黏贴于芯片背部,完成芯片于载带上封装背胶;
第六步,铣槽,将冲切所得的卡套放入铣槽设备,对应芯片的物理参数,打磨出空槽;
第七步,芯片封装,将所述的芯片通过空气气垫做物理隔离,送入封装接口,置入所述的空槽内,经过热压和冷压,同时启用多芯片测试,在芯片测试轨道上新增加一组多方向测试头,进行双向芯片测试,最后封装牢固。
本发明的双芯片复合卡,通过使用卡套将至少两张不同种类的卡合并为一种外观与现有普通卡保持一致,方便用户的组合以及携带和使用。

参照图1,一种双芯片复合卡,包括设有A、B面的卡套1以及第一芯片卡2和第二芯片卡3,所述第一芯片卡2和第二芯片卡3一同封装在卡套A面1-1上。

参照图2,一种双芯片复合卡,包括设有A、B面的卡套1以及第一芯片卡2和第二芯片卡3,所述第一芯片卡2和第二芯片卡3一同封装在卡套B面1-2上。
实施例3
参照图3、4,一种双芯片复合卡,包括设有A、B面的卡套1以及第一芯片卡2和第二芯片卡3,所述第一芯片卡2封装在卡套A面1-1上,第二芯片卡3与第一芯片卡2错位封装在卡套B面1-2上。
