Abstract
本发明公开了一种空气净化器,包括除尘组件和除甲醛组件,除尘组件包括下壳体、设置在下壳体底部进气风扇、设置在下壳体内底部带有开口的集尘箱,集尘箱内堆叠放置有多块塑胶吸尘盘和纤维吸尘盘,塑胶吸尘盘和纤维吸尘盘交替放置,塑胶吸尘盘和纤维吸尘盘上均设置有多个导气孔;除甲醛组件包括与下壳体连通的上壳体、设置在上壳体底部的导流风扇,上壳体内设置有紫外线灯、至少一块光触媒涂层盘。其有益效果是:利用两种材料摩擦产生静电吸附粉尘从而净化空气;可重复使用,而且没有使用高压电离的静电式吸尘,极大的降低了危险和功耗,并且不会产生臭氧对室内环境造成二次污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化器。
背景技术
目前对家庭空气造成污染的污染源主要有两种:粉尘(包括微粉尘、PM2.5等)和甲醛。市场上针对除掉粉尘和甲醛的空气净化器形式多样,但是均存在以下问题:1.需要高分子、活性炭作滤网,不能够重复使用,成本高;2.使用高压电离的静电式吸尘,极大的降低了危险和功耗,并且会产生臭氧对室内环境造成二次污染。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种利用两种材料摩擦产生静电吸附粉尘从而净化空气的空气净化器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种空气净化器,包括除尘组件和除甲醛组件,其特征在于,所述除尘组件包括下壳体、设置在所述下壳体底部进气风扇、设置在所述下壳体内底部带有开口的集尘箱,所述集尘箱内堆叠放置有多块塑胶吸尘盘和纤维吸尘盘,所述塑胶吸尘盘和纤维吸尘盘交替放置,所述塑胶吸尘盘和纤维吸尘盘上均设置有多个导气孔;所述除甲醛组件包括与所述下壳体连通的上壳体、设置在所述上壳体底部的导流风扇,所述上壳体内设置有紫外线灯、至少一块光触媒涂层盘。
优选地,上述的空气净化器,所述上壳体的中心处设置有灯架,所述紫外线灯安装在所述灯架上。
优选地,上述的空气净化器,其中所述光触媒涂层盘上设置有多个气孔。
优选地,上述的空气净化器,其中所述光触媒涂层盘的数量为三块,且所述光触媒涂层盘堆叠放置在所述上壳体内。
优选地,上述的空气净化器,其中所述塑胶吸尘盘的数量为三块,所述纤维吸尘盘的数量为两块。
优选地,上述的空气净化器,其中所述上壳体的顶部设置有带有出气孔的盖板。
优选地,上述的空气净化器,其中所述上壳体的外壁设置有凸块,所述盖板上设置有与所述凸块可拆卸连接的连接块。
本发明的技术效果主要体现在:空气从进气风扇引入后,通过位置交错的导气孔在集尘箱内流动,造成纤维吸尘盘有微小摆动,与塑胶吸尘盘表面摩擦产生静电,将空气中的粉尘吸附,达到净化空气的目的,这样设计使得本发明可重复使用,而且没有使用高压电离的静电式吸尘,极大的降低了危险和功耗,并且不会产生臭氧对室内环境造成二次污染;光触媒涂层在紫外线灯的照射下,可以将其周围的氧气和水分子转换成极具活性的活性氧层,这种活性氧又可以将周围的有机物质(甲醛,乙醛,氨,细菌等)分解为水和CO2,从而达到了除甲醛的目的。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步地详述,以使本发明的技术方案更易于理解和掌握。
如图1、2、3、4所示,一种空气净化器,包括除尘组件和除甲醛组件,除尘组件包括下壳体4、设置在下壳体4底部进气风扇9、设置在下壳体4内底部带有开口的集尘箱3,集尘箱3内堆叠放置有多块塑胶吸尘盘7和纤维吸尘盘8,塑胶吸尘盘7和纤维吸尘盘8交替放置,塑胶吸尘盘7和纤维吸尘盘8上均设置有多个导气孔71。
除甲醛组件包括与下壳体4连通的上壳体2、设置在上壳体2底部的导流风扇6,上壳体2内设置有紫外线灯10、三块光触媒涂层盘5,光触媒涂层盘5堆叠放置在上壳体2内。
本实施例中,上壳体2的中心处设置有灯架11,紫外线灯10安装在灯架11上。
其中光触媒涂层盘5上设置有多个气孔51,使得气体流通更加顺畅。作为较好的一个方案,塑胶吸尘盘7的数量为三块,纤维吸尘盘8的数量为两块。
其中上壳体2的顶部设置有带有出气孔101的盖板1。上壳体1的外壁设置有凸块102,盖板1上设置有与凸块102可拆卸连接的连接块103,这样设计使得本发明的结构更加坚固。

Claims (5)
1.一种空气净化器,包括除尘组件和除甲醛组件,其特征在于:所述除尘组件包括下壳体、设置在所述下壳体底部进气风扇、设置在所述下壳体内底部带有开口的集尘箱,所述集尘箱内堆叠放置有多块塑胶吸尘盘和纤维吸尘盘,所述塑胶吸尘盘和纤维吸尘盘交替放置,所述塑胶吸尘盘和纤维吸尘盘上均设置有多个导气孔;所述除甲醛组件包括与所述下壳体连通的上壳体、设置在所述上壳体底部的导流风扇,所述上壳体内设置有紫外线灯、至少一块光触媒涂层盘;所述上壳体的中心处设置有灯架,所述紫外线灯安装在所述灯架上;所述光触媒涂层盘上设置有多个气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述光触媒涂层盘的数量为三块,且所述光触媒涂层盘堆叠放置在所述上壳体内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述塑胶吸尘盘的数量为三块,所述纤维吸尘盘的数量为两块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述上壳体的顶部设置有带有出气孔的盖板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述上壳体的外壁设置有凸块,所述盖板上设置有与所述凸块可拆卸连接的连接块。
