Abstract
本发明一种穿刺鞘组件涉及一种医疗器械,具体是涉及一种用于穿刺人体膀胱或尿道的穿刺器组件。一种穿刺鞘组件由鞘管、穿刺杆和导鞘杆组成;穿刺杆为头部有锐角的长杆,用于刺破膀胱壁;导鞘杆为头部非锐角的长杆,用于在不损伤人体尿道的前提下将鞘管导入尿道或膀胱内;穿刺杆或导鞘杆插在鞘管的内部;所述的鞘管为中空的圆杆,在鞘管头部的外壁设置有头部注射囊,头部注射囊通过鞘管尾部配套的阀门控制,在阀门与头部注射囊之间连接有导管,导管位于鞘管壁的内部或表面。穿刺杆的长度大于或等于导鞘杆的长度,导鞘杆的长度大于鞘管的长度。鞘管外壁的中下端或尾部设置有尾部注射囊,尾部注射囊通过鞘管尾部配套的阀门控制。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种穿刺鞘组件涉及一种医疗器械,具体是涉及一种用于经尿道穿刺人体膀胱的穿刺器组件。
背景技术
目前单孔腹腔镜手术一般采用脐切口置入单孔多通道Port,然后经Port置入多种器械进行手术操作。因置入器械集中,器械和光源同轴影响视野,影响手术操作,因此该类手术难度较大。为克服上述操作缺陷,目前国内有单位开始在膀胱根治和前列腺根治手术操作中增加经尿道操作鞘辅助操作,但其无法应用于上尿路手术;同时,这种尿道操作鞘多由非专用器械组合而成,并不十分适合实际操作。影响手术的效率,增加了医生的负担,所以有必要设计出一种新的器械来满足实际的手术需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述不之处,提供了一种穿刺鞘组件。
一种穿刺鞘组件由鞘管、穿刺杆和导鞘杆组成;穿刺杆为头部有锐角的长杆,用于刺破膀胱壁;导鞘杆为头部非锐角的长杆,用于在不损伤人体尿道组织的前提下将鞘管导入尿道或膀胱内;穿刺杆或导鞘杆插在鞘管的内部;
所述的鞘管为中空的圆杆,在鞘管头部的外壁设置有头部注射囊,头部注射囊通过鞘管尾部配套的阀门控制,在阀门与头部注射囊之间连接有导管,导管位于鞘管壁的内部或表面。
穿刺杆的长度大于或等于导鞘杆的长度,导鞘杆的长度大于鞘管的长度。
鞘管外壁的中下端或尾部设置有尾部注射囊,尾部注射囊通过鞘管尾部配套的阀门控制,在阀门与尾部注射囊之间连接有导管,导管位于鞘管壁的内部或表面。
鞘管外壁的前端,位于头部注射囊之后,还能够设置有与头部注射囊配合使用的辅助注射囊,辅助注射囊通过鞘管尾部配套的阀门控制,在阀门与辅助注射囊之间连接有导管,导管位于鞘管壁的内部或表面;头部注射囊与辅助注射囊的间距根据膀胱的厚度或手术要求确定。
所述鞘管的内部或尾端还设置有密封装置。
所述的密封装置为单向阀或密封圈。
本发明一种穿刺鞘组件的使用方法为:
在下尿路自然通道手术中,在鞘管内插入导鞘杆,再将插入导鞘杆的鞘管插入尿道,并且还可以进一步插入到膀胱内,由于导鞘杆的头部非锐角,不会对尿道形成强刺激;
鞘管到达膀胱内,并且鞘管的头部顶到膀胱内壁,拔出导鞘杆,插入穿刺杆;
穿刺杆刺穿膀胱壁,并将鞘管的头部伸出膀胱壁外,拔出穿刺杆,头部注射囊位于膀胱壁外部,辅助注射囊紧贴膀胱内壁,尾部注射囊位于尿道内;
向鞘管的头部注射囊、尾部注射囊和辅助注射囊分别注入气体或液体;头部注射囊和辅助注射囊充盈后分别压紧膀胱的外壁和内壁,尾部注射囊压紧尿道;头部注射囊、尾部注射囊和辅助注射囊使得鞘管在人体的尿道内固定,从而不会上下滑动,同时起到密闭和压迫止血的作用。
本发明与现有技术方案相比,具有构思巧妙、使用方便、安全的特点,通过鞘管、穿刺杆和导鞘杆的配合使用,能够快速地穿过人体的尿道,并穿刺膀胱壁,分别向头部注射囊、尾部注射囊和辅助注射囊内注入气体或液体,鞘管能够在人体的尿道内固定,从而不会上下滑动,同时起到密闭和压迫止血的作用。具有较好的使用推广价值。

具体实施方式
参照附图1~4,一种穿刺鞘组件由鞘管1、穿刺杆2和导鞘杆3组成;穿刺杆2为头部有锐角的长杆,用于刺破膀胱壁;导鞘杆3为头部非锐角的长杆,用于在不损伤人体尿道组织的前提下将鞘管1导入尿道或膀胱内;穿刺杆2或导鞘杆3插在鞘管1的内部;
所述的鞘管1为中空的圆杆,在鞘管1头部的外壁设置有头部注射囊1-1,头部注射囊1-1通过鞘管1尾部配套的阀门1-4控制,在阀门1-4与头部注射囊1-1之间连接有导管,导管位于鞘管壁的内部或表面。
穿刺杆2的长度大于或等于导鞘杆3的长度,导鞘杆3的长度大于鞘管1的长度。
鞘管1外壁的中下端或尾部设置有尾部注射囊1-2,尾部注射囊1-2通过鞘管1尾部配套的阀门1-5控制,在阀门1-5与尾部注射囊1-2之间连接有导管,导管位于鞘管壁的内部或表面。
鞘管1外壁的前端,位于头部注射囊1-1之后,还能够设置有与头部注射囊1-1配合使用的辅助注射囊1-3,辅助注射囊1-3通过鞘管1尾部配套的阀门1-6控制,在阀门1-6与辅助注射囊1-3之间连接有导管,导管位于鞘管壁的内部或表面;头部注射囊1-1与辅助注射囊1-3的间距根据膀胱的厚度或手术要求确定。
所述鞘管1的内部或尾端还设置有密封装置4。
所述的密封装置4为单向阀或密封圈。
Claims (6)
1.一种穿刺鞘组件,其特征在于:由鞘管、穿刺杆和导鞘杆组成;穿刺杆为头部有锐角的长杆,用于刺破膀胱壁;导鞘杆为头部非锐角的长杆,用于在不损伤人体尿道的前提下将鞘管导入尿道或膀胱内;穿刺杆或导鞘杆插在鞘管的内部;
所述的鞘管为中空的圆杆,在鞘管头部的外壁设置有头部注射囊,头部注射囊通过鞘管尾部配套的阀门控制,在阀门与头部注射囊之间连接有导管,导管位于鞘管壁的内部或表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿刺鞘组件,其特征在于:穿刺杆的长度大于或等于导鞘杆的长度,导鞘杆的长度大于鞘管的长度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿刺鞘组件,其特征在于:鞘管外壁的中下端或尾部设置有尾部注射囊,尾部注射囊通过鞘管尾部配套的阀门控制,在阀门与尾部注射囊之间连接有导管,导管位于鞘管壁的内部或表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿刺鞘组件,其特征在于:鞘管外壁的前端,位于头部注射囊之后,还能够设置有与头部注射囊配合使用的辅助注射囊,辅助注射囊通过鞘管尾部配套的阀门控制,在阀门与辅助注射囊之间连接有导管,导管位于鞘管壁的内部或表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿刺鞘组件,其特征在于:所述鞘管的内部或尾端还设置有密封装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种穿刺鞘组件,其特征在于:所述的密封装置为单向阀或密封圈。
