此外,诸如第一、第二、A、B、(a)、(b)等的用语在本文中可用于描述构件。这些用语中的各个不用于限定对应构件的本质、顺序或次序,而仅用于将对应构件与其他(多个)构件区分。应当注意的是,如果在说明书中描述一个构件“连接”、“联接”、或“连结”至另一构件,则第三构件可“连接”、“联接”、和“连结”在第一和第二构件之间,尽管第一构件可直接连接、联接或连结至第二构件。

参考图1到5,连接器组件10包括端子部分11、内壳13、和托架14。
此后,将基于如下方向描述实施例,连接器组件10沿该方向联接至配对连接器(未示出)。具体而言,当连接器组件10配置在终端装置1中时,联接至印刷电路板(PCB)2的部分将称作“后部分”或“后端部分”,且待联接至配对连接器的部分将称作“前部分”或“前端部分”。尽管将基于在图1到5中例示的连接器组件10的状态来描述“高于”或“顶部”和“低于”或“底部”,但实施例不限于其,且对应构件的本质、顺序或次序不受这些用语限制。在实施例中,用语“终端装置”可包括移动通信终端装置(诸如具有通信功能的智能电话或平板类型个人计算机(PC))、诸如没有通信功能的PC的装置、便携装置(诸如照相机或音乐播放器)、和可穿戴装置(诸如手表)。
端子部分11包括主模制件110和子模制件120,多个第一端子111嵌件模制到主模制件110中,多个第二端子121嵌件模制到子模制件120中。在端子部分11中,子模制件120可联接至主模制件110的顶部,使得多个端子111和121可以两列的形式配置。
可通过在平行地配置时嵌件模制多个第一端子111来提供主模制件110。第一端子111可以以插入且暴露第一端子111的后端部分的一部分的方式埋入。在主模制件110中,中板114可埋入在第一端子111的上方,以平行于第一端子111。
可通过平行地配置多个第二端子121,且仅插入第二端子121的中间部分来提供子模制件120。具体而言,在子模制件120中,第二端子121可插入为使得其前端部分和后端部分暴露。
在此,主模制件110和子模制件120可分别包括第一联接部分113和第二联接部分123。第一联接部分113和第二联接部分123可将主模制件110和子模制件120物理地紧固在一起,以当配对连接器联接至连接器组件10时不被推回或错位。例如,主模制件110的第一联接部分113可为预定的构槽,且子模制件120的第二联接部分可为待装配在第一联接部分113中的预定的突出。此外,可沿与配对连接器联接至连接器组件10的方向(具体而言,施加靠彼此推动主模制件110和子模制件120的力的方向)垂直的方向提供第一联接部分113和第二联接部分123。如图所示,第一联接部分113和第二联接部分123可沿主模制件110和子模制件120的宽度方向伸长。然而,实施例不限于其。各种形状的第一联接部分113和第二联接部分123可用于将主模制件110和子模制件120物理地紧固在一起。
可通过竖直地弯曲多个第一端子111的后端部分以预定长度来提供第一弯曲部分112。当联接至连接器组件10时,第一弯曲部分112可被朝下弯曲,且被沿与弯曲内壳13的凸缘121的方向相同的方向弯曲,从而与凸缘131平行地配置。
可通过竖直地弯曲多个第二端子122的后端部分以预定长度来提供第二弯曲部分121。当联接至连接器组件10时,第二弯曲部分112可被朝上弯曲,其与第一弯曲部分112的方向相反,且被沿与弯曲凸缘131的方向相同的方向弯曲,从而与凸缘131平行地配置。
端子部分11的第一弯曲部分112和第二弯曲部分122可配置在PCB 2上。此外,可在凸缘131后面预定的长度提供端子部分11的第一弯曲部分112和第二弯曲部分122,使得仅第一端子111和第二端子121可接触PCB 2。为了端子部分11和PCB 2的简易联接,第一弯曲部分112和第二弯曲部分122可提供为形成单个平面,该平面垂直于端子部分11。此外,第一弯曲部分112和第二弯曲部分122可被弯曲以具有比凸缘131的高度低的高度。
根据实施例,通过弯曲第一端子111和第二端子121的后部分和将第一端子111和第二端子121配置在PCB 2上,连接器组件10可竖直地配置在PCB 2上。因为连接器组件10可直接地配置在PCB 2上,所以可不需要诸如,例如,柔性印制电路板(FPCB)的结构来连接PCB 2和端子部分11,且因此可降低端子部分11的总长度。此外,当还增加单独的结构以连接PCB 2和端子部分11时,结构可变得复杂且成本可增大。然而,在实施例中,连接器组件10可直接地配置在PCB 2上,且因此可简化结构且可降低成本。
在此,提供了示例,在该示例中,端子部分11竖直地配置(例如,成90°的角度)在PCB 2上。然而,实施例不限于其。连接器组件10可以充分多样的方式配置在PCB 2上。取决与PCB 2的位置关系,端子部分11的形状和第一弯曲部分112和第二弯曲部分122的形状可以以充分多样的方式更改。
铸封部分15可提供在端子部分11的后部分中以用于不透水效果。铸封部分15可提供在端子部分11的后部分中的内壳13的内部部分中。例如,如图4所示,铸封部分15可提供在内壳13的内部部分中,以填充主模制件110、子模制件120、和内壳13端部部分之间的空闲空间。可通过从内壳13的后部分利用预定的树脂填充内壳13的内部部分来提供铸封部分15,从而阻止湿气流入内壳13的内部部分和端子部分11的后部分中。
当端子部分11插入内壳13中时,内壳13可围绕端子部分11的外表面。内壳13可提供为具有比端子部分11短的长度,使得端子部分11的第一端子111和第二端子121可在内壳13的前部分处暴露。而且,内壳13可紧密地接触主模制件110和子模制件120的外表面,以阻止湿气沿端子部分11流入连接器组件10中。
凸缘131可提供在内壳13的后端部分处以朝外突出,以沿内壳13的整个周围垂直于内壳13。凸缘131可从内壳13朝外突出预定长度,且凸缘131的待连接至内壳13的部分可包括具有预定曲率的曲面表面132。
参考图5,可提供密封部件16以密封终端装置1与连接器组件10之间的间隙。密封件16可提供在内壳13的外表面上,以阻止湿气沿端子部分11流入,且提供为在内壳13与终端装置1之间被压缩。而且,密封部件16可与待沿内壳13的周围连接至凸缘131的部分对应地提供在曲面表面132上。例如,密封部件16可具有环的形状以装配在内壳13的外表面上。此外,可使用具有预定弹性的可压缩材料(例如,诸如橡胶或硅树脂的材料)来形成密封部件16。
托架14可作为与内壳13分开的构件提供,且联接至内壳13的一侧。例如,托架14可提供在内壳13的凸缘131的两侧上。托架14可将内壳13紧固至终端装置1,且加强内壳13和连接器组件10的强度。孔可提供在托架14的一侧中,以将连接器组件10紧固至终端装置1。在此,托架14可提供为于将连接器组件10竖直地联接至终端装置1。而且,托架14的一侧可延伸且被朝上弯曲。然而,实施例不限于其。托架14的形状可以以充分多样的方式更改。此外,连接器组件10可以以充分多样的方式配置在终端装置1中,且托架14的形状也可以以充分多样的方式更改。
此后,将参照图5描述连接器组件10的不透水效果。
提供在终端装置1中的连接器组件10可暴露至外部环境,以便端子部分11的一部分和内壳13的一部分可联接至配对连接器。尽管整个连接器组件10提供在终端装置1的内部部分中,但外部湿气可通过在其中提供连接器组件10的空间而流入,在该空间中。此后,在其中提供连接器组件10的空间将称作“安装空间1a”。使用虚线例示外部湿气的流入路径。参考图5,外部湿气可沿安装空间1a的内壁表面和端子部分11流动。具体而言,沿安装空间1a的壁表面流入的湿气可通过内壳13与安装空间1a之间的间隙而流入。然而,密封部件16可阻塞湿气流入到连接器组件10中。而且,铸封部分15可阻塞湿气通过以下表面流入:端子部分11的第一端子111的表面和第二端子121的表面,具体而言,第一端子111与主模制件110之间的接触表面和第二端子121与子模制件120之间的接触表面、内壳13和主模制件110和子模制件120之间的接触表面、和中板114的表面或中板114与主模制件110之间的接触表面。因此,可有效地阻塞通过内壳13与安装空间1a之间的间隙沿端子部分11的端子111和121,或通过联接至内壳13的部分流入的湿气。
根据实施例,端子部分11可嵌件模制且铸封部分15可提供在端子部分11的后部分中,由此可阻止湿气沿端子111和121流入连接器组件10中。此外,内壳13可紧密地接触端子部分11的主模制件110和子模制件120的外表面,从而阻止湿气流入到内壳13、主模制件110、和子模制件120之间的间隙中。此外,通过在内壳13与终端装置1之间提供密封部件16,还可堵塞湿气可流到内壳13与终端装置1之间的间隙中的路径。
根据实施例,端子部分11和内壳13可直接地配置在PCB 2和终端装置1上,且因此,可省略通用连接器组件10的外罩或壳体,由此可降低连接器组件10和终端装置1的总体高度。
各种实施例可实现以下效果中的至少一个。
如上所述,根据实施例,通过嵌件模制端子而提供的端子部分可提高连接器组件的不透水功效。
此外,可省略壳体且端子部分可直接地提供在终端装置中,由此可降低连接器组件和终端装置的总体高度。
此外,连接器组件可配置为垂直于PCB,且可降低待安装至PCB的连接器组件的部分的所需高度。
已在上面描述了多个实施例。然而,应当理解的是,可对这些实施例作出各种修改。例如,如果以不同顺序执行所描述的技术,并且/或者如果以不同方式结合和/或由其他部件或它们的等同物来代替或补充所描述的系统、架构、装置、或电路中的构件,那么可获得适合的结果。因此,其他实现方式在下列权利要求的范围内。

Claims (13)

1. 一种连接器组件,其包括:
端子部分,其包括主模制件和子模制件,多个第一端子嵌件模制到所述主模制件中,多个第二端子嵌件模制到所述子模制件中,所述子模制件联接至所述主模制件的顶部;
内壳,所述端子部分插入且联接到所述内壳中;和
托架,其联接至所述内壳的外侧表面且待配置在终端装置中。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其中,所述内壳紧密地联接至所述主模制件和所述子模制件。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其中,凸缘提供在所述内壳的后端部分处以朝外突出,以沿所述内壳的整个周围垂直于所述内壳。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器组件,其中,所述凸缘以曲面表面的形状连接至所述内壳。
5. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器组件,其中,沿所述内壳的周围提供密封部件,且
所述密封部件提供在所述内壳的供所述凸缘连接的部分处,且在所述内壳与所述终端装置之间被压缩。
6. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器组件,其中,所述端子部分还包括第一弯曲部分和第二弯曲部分,通过沿所述凸缘的弯曲方向竖直地弯曲所述第一端子的后端部分来提供所述第一弯曲部分,通过沿与所述第一弯曲部分相反的方向弯曲所述第二端子的后端部分来提供所述第二弯曲部分。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接器组件,其中,所述第一弯曲部分和所述第二弯曲部分被弯曲为具有比所述凸缘的高度低的高度。
8. 根据权利要求6所述的连接器组件,其中,所述第一弯曲部分和所述第二弯曲部分提供在所述凸缘的后面。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的连接器组件,其中,所述第一弯曲部分和所述第二弯曲部分连接至印制电路板(PCB)。
10. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器组件,其中,所述托架联接至所述凸缘。
11. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其中,在所述端子部分的后部分处提供铸封部分以用于密封效果。
12. 根据权利要求11所述的连接器组件,其中,提供所述铸封部分以填充所述内壳的内部部分。
13. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其中,所述主模制件和所述子模制件包括待物理地紧固至彼此的联接部分。
