Then the banknote selling box group 1121 corresponding to the common currency sells banknotes of corresponding denomination from each banknote box in the group in batches through a banknote selling channel 1150, a terminal sold banknote channel 1210 and a banknote identification module 1208 according to the total amount of the sold currency, and transmits the banknote to a banknote inlet and outlet 1206 for receiving by a client;
step S107: after the customer receives the bank note, the slip printing module 1202 prints out the transaction slip of the current currency exchange transaction, and then the transaction is ended.
If the currency to be exchanged by the customer is a common currency that is not contained in a currency exchange device and the customer must go to that currency exchange device to exchange, the customer may choose to order the currency exchange operation. The flow from the currency conversion appointment to the currency conversion is shown in fig. 7, which is described in detail as follows:
step S201: the customer performs a money exchange reservation registration operation through the money exchange terminal 1200 or on a client program of his personal computer 2001 or mobile phone 2002. The client registers the money type of buying, the total amount of buying, the currency type of selling, the number of the money exchange terminal to be subjected to money exchange, the reserved time period of money exchange transaction, the mobile phone number of the client and other data into the money exchange reservation module 4004, and then the money exchange reservation module 4004 sends a multimedia message containing a two-dimensional code of money exchange reservation information to the mobile phone of the client. If the client operates on the currency exchange terminal 1200, the receipt printing module further prints out a currency exchange reservation receipt containing the two-dimensional code of the currency exchange reservation information;
step S202: the money exchange reservation module 4004 notifies the corresponding back office manager of the previously registered money exchange reservation information at a specific time every day. Before the appointed time, the background management teller puts the bank notes of the appointed selling currency into a bank note box in an alternative currency selling bank note box group 1124 of the appointed currency exchange device;
step S203: the customer performs the currency conversion operation on his designated currency conversion device at the previously reserved currency conversion schedule. The detailed flow of the currency conversion operation may refer to FIG. 6;
step S204: the currency conversion appointment module 4004 notifies the corresponding back office manager of the currency conversion appointment transactions completed on the current day at a particular time of day. The back office manager timely goes to the spare currency purchase banknote box set 1114 of the designated currency exchange device to take out the purchase banknotes put in by the customer.
Compared with the existing currency conversion method, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the exchange process only needs a system administrator to perform the operation of money box management once a day, so that the cost of human resources is low;
2. 7 x 24 hours of service is provided, there is no time limit on currency exchange;
3. the money can be withdrawn in a currency-crossing manner by swiping a card;
4. the supported currency types and face values are more than those of the common currency exchange machine;
5. the currency exchange appointment can be carried out through the currency exchange device, the mobile phone or the personal computer, so that the success rate of currency exchange is improved;
6. when the currency exchange device does not have the currency type which the customer wants to exchange, the customer can complete the currency exchange requirement in a short time in a reserved mode.

Claims (8)

1. A self-service multi-currency exchange apparatus, comprising:
a shared cash box and a currency exchange terminal; wherein,
at least one currency exchange terminal forms a currency exchange terminal group; the shared cashbox cabinet is connected with each currency exchange terminal in the currency exchange terminal group through a banknote channel and a communication line;
the shared cashbox cabinet stores banknotes of a plurality of currencies and accepts purchased banknotes sent by each currency exchange terminal in the currency exchange terminal group through the banknote channel; meanwhile, sold banknotes are distributed to the banknote inlets and outlets of the currency exchange terminals through the banknote channels.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the currency exchange terminal comprises:
the bank note bank card comprises a touch screen module, a receipt printing module, a two-dimensional code scanning module, a bank card reading module, a digital keyboard module, a bank note inlet and outlet, a terminal control and communication module, a bank note identification module, a terminal money buying passage and a terminal money selling passage; wherein,
the touch screen module is used for displaying various information in the currency exchange process to a system administrator and a client and receiving input operation of the system administrator and the client;
the receipt printing module is used for outputting a printing receipt to a client; the voucher comprises a transaction voucher for currency conversion transaction and an appointment voucher containing a two-dimensional code of currency conversion appointment information;
the two-dimensional code scanning module is used for scanning a two-dimensional code of the reserved currency conversion information on a short message or certificate of a client;
the bank card reading module is used for reading a bank card inserted by a customer and a teller card of a system administrator;
the numerical keyboard module is a platform for executing input operation for a system administrator and a client;
the bank note inlet and outlet is used for enabling a customer to put in bank notes purchased by the currency exchange system and taking out bank notes sold by the currency exchange system from the bank note inlet and outlet after the currency exchange system completes a transaction process;
the terminal control and communication module is used for communicating with all modules except the banknote channel through a communication link and sending control instructions to the modules;
the bank note identification module is used for identifying sold bank notes and purchased bank note;
the terminal buying banknote channel is used for transmitting the buying banknotes transmitted by the banknote identification module into the shared money cabinet according to the designated batch;
and the terminal sold banknote channel is used for receiving sold banknotes transmitted by the shared cashbox cabinet and transmitting the sold banknotes to the banknote identification module.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the shared cashbox cabinet comprises: the cash box group, the cash channel of the cash box cabinet, the shared cash box control communication module and the cash channel of the cash box cabinet; wherein,
the shared cashbox control communication module is connected with a money buying box group, a money selling box group, a cashbox cabinet money buying channel and a cashbox cabinet money selling channel through communication links, and controls and coordinates communication with other modules;
the cash box and money box buying banknote channel is connected with each cash box in the cash box buying group and the terminal buying banknote channel of each currency exchange terminal through a banknote transmission belt;
the cash box cabinet bank note selling channel is connected with each cash box in the bank note selling box group and the terminal bank note selling channel of each currency exchange terminal through a cash conveying belt.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the buy bin group comprises: at least one group of money box for buying common currency and a plurality of groups of money box for buying standby currency; wherein,
the money box group for buying the common money types is used for storing the common money types; a plurality of cashboxes are arranged in the cashbox group for buying the common currency, and each cashbox stores the bank notes of a certain denomination of the current currency;
the standby currency is bought into the money box group and used for storing one currency; when the reservation request is not received, the group of cashboxes are all empty and no currency is specified; after receiving the reservation request, the shared cashbox control communication module sets a money buying type for the corresponding standby money buying box group according to the reservation request; and in a specific time after the exchange transaction is finished, the bank management teller takes away the residual bank notes in the spare currency buying box group, and the shared cash box control communication module sets the corresponding spare currency buying box group to designate the buying currency and empty.
5. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the sell cashbox set comprises: at least one group of the common currency selling cashboxes and a plurality of groups of the standby currency selling cashboxes; wherein,
the common currency selling cashbox group is used for storing a common currency selling cashbox; a plurality of cashboxes are arranged in the common currency selling cashbox group, and each cashbox stores bank notes of a certain denomination of current currency;
the standby currency selling cashbox group is used for storing a currency; when the reservation request is not received, the group of cashboxes are all empty and no currency is specified; after receiving the reservation request, the shared cashbox control communication module sets a sold currency for the corresponding standby currency sold cashbox group according to the reservation request, and the bank management teller needs to put the bank notes of the appointed sold currency into the cashbox group before the reserved exchange time.
6. A self-service multi-currency exchange system, comprising;
the self-service multi-currency conversion apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 5, the core bank host server and the client terminal; wherein,
the currency exchange device is connected with a core bank host server through a network; and the client terminal is connected with the core bank host server through an internet based on a secure communication protocol.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the core bank host server comprises: the money exchange rate query module, the money exchange module, the cross-currency withdrawal module, the money exchange reservation module and the shared cashbox cabinet management module; wherein,
the exchange rate query module is connected with the exchange rates of international financial management institutions to obtain the intermediate price of the exchange rates among various currencies; if the customer does not insert the bank card or input the card number of the bank card during the transaction, the module calculates the unprovisionless appointed currency exchange rate according to the intermediate price of the appointed currency exchange rate; if the customer inserts the bank card or inputs the card number of the bank card during the transaction, the module calculates the exchange rate corresponding to the preferential grade according to the intermediate price of the specified currency to the exchange rate and the money card mark of the money card inserted into the bank card or the input card number in the card issuing bank;
the currency exchange module is used for carrying out foreign exchange transaction processing on the appointed currency according to the exchange rate calculated by the exchange rate inquiry module;
the cross-currency withdrawal module is used for carrying out cross-currency account deduction processing on an account corresponding to a card inserted by a client;
the currency conversion appointment module is used for accepting a currency conversion appointment of a client and sending a multimedia message of currency conversion appointment information to a mobile phone of the client; in addition, the cash adding device is also used for informing the related background management teller to add the money into the appointed money exchange device before the time of reserving the money exchange, and informing the background management teller to obtain the exchanged money from the appointed money exchange device after the money exchange is finished;
and the currency exchange device management module is used for accepting maintenance operation of each currency box of the shared currency cabinet initiated by a background management teller.
8. The system of claim 6, wherein the client terminal is a personal computer or a mobile phone.
