背景技术
珍珠粉外用具有很好的美白、控油、祛痘、去黑头、淡斑、生肌等功效：1.美白：珍珠中微量元素能促进SOD的数量增加，活性增强，硒是制造谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的主要物质，这种酶与SOD一样能清除自由基，改善肤色。2.控油：珍珠粉粒径极细，所以表面积很大，有极好的吸附能力，可以将多余油脂吸附在其上。同时它也有收敛作用，可以控制油脂分泌让皮肤干爽清洁。3.祛痘：珍珠粉可以清热解毒，清洁皮肤，控制油分，还可促进受损组织再生恢复。4.去黑头：黑头是硬化油脂阻塞物，通常出现在额头和鼻子部位。当皮脂腺受到过分刺激分泌大量皮脂，毛孔充满多余的油脂而造成阻塞时，在鼻子部位，通常会有油腻的感觉。而这些油脂最终会硬化，经氧化后成为黑色的小点，这就是我们通常所说的黑头。珍珠粉去黑头奥秘在于珍珠粉的毛孔深层清洁能力一流，吸附能力非常强，可以把死皮和毛孔深层污垢“吸”下来。5.淡斑：珍珠粉中所含的大量微量元素可以有效遏止过氧化脂的增加，从而有效去除三大斑。6.生肌：珍珠粉可以促进人体内的胶原细胞生长，而胶原细胞是促使肌肤再生的主要功臣，同时珍珠粉也有比较显著的消炎作用，能够抑制炎症细胞再生，防止伤口进一步恶化。珍珠粉外用于伤口能填充组织间隙，粘连血管组织，发挥其消炎、促进胶原细胞生长的功效，促使机体细胞再生。
因此珍珠粉成为了美肤护肤产品的常用原料之一。但是市场售价较便宜的珍珠粉一经加工成为产品之后，价格昂贵了非常多，并且加工出来的产品不一定安全，所以越来越多的消费者是自己买回珍珠粉，自行加入蒸馏水、化妆水、牛奶、蜂蜜或者蛋清等自制面膜进行美肤护肤。这样一来新问题又产生了：一是调制时面膜的稀稠程度不好控制导致使用时不舒适，并且容易流到脖子、头发等处；二是面膜的粉末过多，清洗不方便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种珍珠粉免洗面膜的制作方法，解决了传统的自制珍珠粉流质状的面膜涂抹不均匀、容易流到脖子头发等处及其他使用时不舒适，同时清洗不方便的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明所采用的技术方案：这种珍珠粉免洗面膜的制作方法，包括如下步骤：
A、把10～14重量份的乙烯醇粉末放入反应容器中，加入70～80℃的蒸馏水10～20重量份，搅拌至所述聚乙烯醇粉末充分溶解，得到聚乙烯醇溶解液备用；
B、把2～4重量份的海藻酸钠放入反应容器中，加入60～70℃的蒸馏水5～10重量份，搅拌至所述海藻酸钠充分溶解，得到海藻酸钠溶解液备用；
C、在70～80℃的水浴中，将步骤A所得聚乙烯醇溶解液，步骤B所得海藻酸钠溶解液，珍珠粉30～40重量份，玻尿酸10～15重量份，甘油2～5重量份，聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯1～2重量份，山茶油1～2重量份，丁香油0.9～4.5重量份，十二烷基硫酸钠0.5～0.8重量份，肉桂油0.1～0.5重量份和水60～71重量份，搅拌5～10min，充分混匀得混合液；
D、将步骤C所得混合液放置在室温环境中3～5min，降温至室温，分装即可。
上述技术方案中，更具体的技术方案还可以是：将所述步骤C的水替换成牛奶、水或者市售各种化妆水的一种或者多种混合液。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、本发明制出的面膜呈凝胶状，解决了流质状的面膜涂抹不均匀、容易流到脖子头发等处及其他使用时不舒适的问题。
2、本发明制出的面膜含有聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠，涂抹在脸上15分钟左右会风干形成一层柔软的膜，由于面膜中含有脱膜剂聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯，因此可以很轻松的撕拉掉这张由面膜凝胶形成的脸上的膜，不用清洗即可，解决了清洗的问题。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述：
实施例一：
本实施例是制作1人份的即制即用的面膜，这种珍珠粉免洗面膜所用的原料如下：珍珠粉15g，聚乙烯醇粉末5g，玻尿酸5g，海藻酸钠1g，甘油1g，聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯0.5g，山茶油0.5g，丁香油0.45g，十二烷基硫酸钠0.25g，肉桂油0.05g，蒸馏水20g，牛奶25g。
制作方法如下：
A、把乙烯醇粉末放入反应容器中，加入70～80℃的蒸馏水10g，搅拌至所述聚乙烯醇粉末充分溶解，得到聚乙烯醇溶解液备用；
B、把海藻酸钠放入反应容器中，加入60～70℃的蒸馏水10g，搅拌至所述海藻酸钠充分溶解，得到海藻酸钠溶解液备用；
C、在70～80℃的水浴中，将步骤A所得聚乙烯醇溶解液，步骤B所得海藻酸钠溶解液，珍珠粉，玻尿酸，甘油，聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯，山茶油，丁香油，十二烷基硫酸钠，肉桂油和牛奶，搅拌5～10min，充分混匀得混合液；
D、将步骤C所得混合液放置在室温环境中3～5min，降温至室温，即得凝胶状的珍珠粉免洗面膜并可使用。
使用时，将这种面膜凝胶涂抹在脸上，15分钟左右会风干形成一层柔软的膜，撕掉这张由面膜凝胶形成的脸上的膜即可。
实施例二：
本实施例是工业上制作2000人次的需要进行包装的面膜，这种珍珠粉免洗面膜所用的原料如下：珍珠粉40kg，聚乙烯醇粉末14kg，玻尿酸15kg，甘油5kg，海藻酸钠4kg，聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯2 kg，山茶油1 kg，丁香油4.5kg，十二烷基硫酸钠0.8kg，肉桂油0.5kg，蒸馏水56kg，牛奶30kg。
制作方法如下：
A、把乙烯醇粉末放入反应容器中，加入70～80℃的蒸馏水10kg，搅拌至所述聚乙烯醇粉末充分溶解，得到聚乙烯醇溶解液备用；
B、把海藻酸钠放入反应容器中，加入60～70℃的蒸馏水10kg，搅拌至所述海藻酸钠充分溶解，得到海藻酸钠溶解液备用；
C、在70～80℃的水浴中，将步骤A所得聚乙烯醇溶解液，步骤B所得海藻酸钠溶解液，珍珠粉，玻尿酸，甘油，聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯，山茶油，丁香油，十二烷基硫酸钠，肉桂油，牛奶和剩余的蒸馏水，搅拌5～10min，充分混匀得混合液；
D、将步骤C所得混合液放置在室温环境中3～5min，降温至室温，分装成2000份即可。
使用时，将这种面膜凝胶涂抹在脸上，15min左右会风干形成一层柔软的膜，撕掉这张由面膜凝胶形成的脸上的膜即可。

本实验的目的是评价本发明珍珠粉免洗面膜的美白、控油、祛痘、去黑头、淡斑、生肌6个方面的效果。总实验人数70人，其中实施例一的实验人数是20人，实施例二的实验人数是50人。实验方法是要求每个实验对象在试用后，都按百分制来对上述美白、控油、祛痘、去黑头、淡斑、生肌6个方面进行评分，0份为最差，100分为最佳，然后进行统计。统计结果如下表1
可见，本发明的珍珠粉免洗面膜具有较好的美白、控油、祛痘、去黑头、淡斑、生肌效果。
Claims (2)
1.一种珍珠粉免洗面膜的制作方法，其特征在于包括如下步骤：
A、把10～14重量份的乙烯醇粉末放入反应容器中，加入70～80℃的蒸馏水10～20重量份，搅拌至所述聚乙烯醇粉末充分溶解，得到聚乙烯醇溶解液备用；
B、把2～4重量份的海藻酸钠放入反应容器中，加入60～70℃的蒸馏水5～10重量份，搅拌至所述海藻酸钠充分溶解，得到海藻酸钠溶解液备用；
C、在70～80℃的水浴中，将步骤A所得聚乙烯醇溶解液，步骤B所得海藻酸钠溶解液，珍珠粉30～40重量份，玻尿酸10～15重量份，甘油2～5重量份，聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯1～2重量份，山茶油1～2重量份，丁香油0.9～4.5重量份，十二烷基硫酸钠0.5～0.8重量份，肉桂油0.1～0.5重量份和水60～71重量份，搅拌5～10min，充分混匀得混合物；
D、将步骤C所得混合物放置在室温环境中3～5min，降温至室温，分装即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的珍珠粉免洗面膜的制作方法，其特征在于：将所述步骤C的水替换成牛奶、水或者市售各种化妆水的一种或者多种混合液。
