技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域,尤其涉及一种发动机活塞用合金钢材料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的逐渐提高,汽车成为人们出行的主要交通工具,汽车材料一般由钢铁材料制成,因其高的强度和良好的韧性在机械工程制造业中占据着重要地位。近年来,机械工程结构日益向巨型化、高参量方向发展,对钢铁材料的性能提出了越来越高的要求,外加入颗粒强化钢铁材料具有诸多方面的优势,但是往往在增加强度、硬度的前提下以降低塑韧性为代价。秦森在《外加颗粒强化铁基材料的纳米NbC/Fe(Fe3C)复合粉末制备技术及应用》一文中选择NbC作为强化相颗粒,在熔炼与铸造过程中分别将其加到低碳钢和高铬铸铁溶液中,以达到钢铁组织细化和力学性能强化的目的。碳化铌具有高熔点、高硬度、高弹性模量、高耐磨、热力学稳定等性能,所以这些特点成为钢铁材料中较为理想的强化相而被广泛应用。但是如何实现碳化铌颗粒在金属基体中均匀分布以及与基体界面的良好结合是首要解决的关键问题。作者提出了复合粉末增强碳化铌颗粒在钢液中分散性的方法,他提出在铌-石墨球磨体系中加入铝粉,实现Al原子在Nb晶格中的置换式固溶,对球磨形成的(Nb-Al)C固溶体加热,得到Al掺杂的碳化铌碳化物,将碳化铌颗粒的真实密度降低到接近钢铁液的密度值。此外还提出了增强碳化铌颗粒在钢铁液中分散性的问题,将碳化铌非均匀固溶体粉末中加入Fe粉经过真空加热实现碳化铌颗粒在铁粉基体中的原位生成,这样增强了碳化铌在钢铁液中的分散性。虽然作者分别提供了一种接近钢铁液密度值和一种在钢铁液中分散性好的两种碳化铌复合粉末,但是在炼钢过程中分散性和密度值问题不能同时得到解决,限制了钢铁行业大规模的发展,并且铝粉容易发生氧化,在制备掺铝碳化铌时质量稳定性不高,严重影响增强效果。
此外金属基体组元决定材料的硬度、强度、耐热等力学性能及物理性能,而润滑组元可以减小或者消除粘结和卡滞,减少表面磨损,平稳摩擦过程,摩擦组元用于补偿固体润滑组元的影响及在不损害摩擦表面的前提下增加滑动阻力,用于调整摩擦因素,起着摩擦、抗磨和抗粘结的作用。合理选择摩擦组元对提高摩擦材料及耐磨性能至关重要。本发明选择具有高熔点、高硬度和铁相容性好的碳化钒与其他材料一起制成减磨剂添加到钢铁基质液中提高合金钢的耐磨性能,使其在重载、低速和高温振动情况下,对材料与设备起到保护的作用,延长使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种发动机活塞用合金钢材料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种发动机活塞用合金钢材料,按照如下步骤制得:
a、熔炼:将生铁熔化成钢水后升高炉内温度至1500-1560℃,再加入碳、硅、镍镁合金、钒和锰,保温20-45min后加入钕、磷、硫、钡和锆,待完全熔化后加入改性碳化铌,升高温度至1630-1660℃,恒温保持搅拌5-10min得基质合金液;
b、精炼:将基质合金液转移至精炼炉中进行排渣处理,处理结束加入减磨剂继续熔炼,减磨剂与钢水的用量比为3-4公斤/吨,待其完全熔化后进行二次排渣处理;
c、检测:检测合金液的组分含量,各元素按重量百分比为:碳:0.5-0.8%,硅:1.3-1.8%,锰:1.2-1.5%,镁:0.001-0.03%,镍:0.05-0.07,钒:0.02-0.05%,钕:0.07-0.11%,铝:0.003-0.05%,钡0.001-0.02%,锆:0.4-0.5%,硫≤0.015%,磷≤0.015%,余量为铁和不可避免的杂质;
d、浇注:将合金液温度降低至1450-1550℃时浇筑在耐火铸型中,冷却至室温即可。
所述一种发动机活塞用合金钢材料,在a中,所述改性碳化铌的制备方法是:将石墨粉、铌粉按照原子质量1:1装入球磨罐中,抽真空后充入高纯氩气保护,在球料比40:1、转速280r/min的转速下球磨6-6.5h,然后在550-600℃下真空加热12-15min,保温14-16min后自然冷却备用,将铝粉于异丙醇中超声分散10min后转移至带有搅拌器的三口烧瓶中,置于70-75℃恒温水浴中充分搅拌,加入铝粉质量2%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,调节PH值为3.9-4.0,然后将一定量的0.2mol/L三氯化铁溶液缓慢滴加到烧瓶中,控制滴速为每滴3s,反应结束后陈化2-3h,抽滤、蒸馏水洗涤2次,干燥后放入马弗炉中于450℃煅烧2h冷却,得到三氧化二铁包覆铝的复合粉体,再将该复合粉体加到上述碳化铌粉末中继续球磨6-7h,结束后在550-600℃下真空加热1-2min后冷却即可。
所述一种发动机活塞用合金钢材料,在b中,所述的减磨剂是由下列原料制成:聚乙烯醇0.3-0.4、碳化钒3-4、氧化锰0.5-1、氧化亚铜0.7-1、氮化镁0.8-1.3、钙合金0.4-0.6;将聚乙烯醇用适量的去离子水搅拌溶解,将氧化锰、碳化钒、氧化亚铜、氮化镁和钙合金在混料机中混合球磨4-5h,混合均匀后加到聚乙烯醇溶液中拌匀并烘干,然后在500-600MPa的压力下冷压成形,将压坯置于加压烧结炉中进行加压烧结,烧结温度为930-950℃,烧结压力为2MPa,烧结3h后粉碎即可。
所述一种发动机活塞用合金钢材料,所述铝与三氧化二铁质量比为1:0.7-0.75,加入的三氧化二铁铝复合粉体与碳化铌的重量比为1:41-43。
本发明的优点是:本发明利用三氯化铁水解制备出三氧化二铁包覆铝粉,有效的防止了铝粉发生氧化,并且改善了铝粉的分散性问题,再利用机械合金化将改性铝粉掺到碳化铌颗粒中,制备出接近钢液密度值,且在钢液中分散性、润湿性好的碳化铌颗粒,提高了钢材的强度、硬度、耐磨损、抗冲击、耐腐蚀等性能,还采用碳化钒和其他材料经过加压烧结破碎后添加到钢铁液中,提高了与钢铁的接触面积、润湿性、分散性和反应性,使钢材具有优良的耐磨性、耐高温性和耐电蚀性等;本发明的钢材具有优良的抗应力腐蚀性能和抗剥落腐蚀疲劳性能,降低疲劳裂纹扩展速率,使钢材适于汽车零部件工业化应用。
具体实施方式
一种发动机活塞用合金钢材料,按照如下步骤制得:
a、熔炼:将生铁熔化成钢水后升高炉内温度至1500℃,再加入碳、硅、镍镁合金、钒和锰,保温20min后加入钕、磷、硫、钡和锆,待完全熔化后加入改性碳化铌,升高温度至1630℃,恒温保持搅拌5min得基质合金液;
b、精炼:将基质合金液转移至精炼炉中进行排渣处理,处理结束加入减磨剂继续熔炼,减磨剂与钢水的用量比为3公斤/吨,待其完全熔化后进行二次排渣处理;
c、检测:检测合金液的组分含量,各元素按重量百分比为:碳:0.5%,硅:1.3%,锰:1.2%,镁:0.001%,镍:0.05,钒:0.02%,钕:0.07%,铝:0.003%,钡0.001%,锆:0.4%,硫≤0.015%,磷≤0.015%,余量为铁和不可避免的杂质;
d、浇注:将合金液温度降低至1450℃时浇筑在耐火铸型中,冷却至室温即可。

对实施例制备的钢材进行性能测试:
屈服强度≥533MPa;延伸率≥13.6%;抗拉强度≥557MPa;冲击强度≥46J;断裂韧性≥35.5MPa•m1/2;磨损量(40N载荷下)≤0.06g。
Claims (4)
1.一种发动机活塞用合金钢材料,其特征在于,按照如下步骤制得:
a、熔炼:将生铁熔化成钢水后升高炉内温度至1500-1560℃,再加入碳、硅、镍镁合金、钒和锰,保温20-45min后加入钕、磷、硫、钡和锆,待完全熔化后加入改性碳化铌,升高温度至1630-1660℃,恒温保持搅拌5-10min得基质合金液;
b、精炼:将基质合金液转移至精炼炉中进行排渣处理,处理结束加入减磨剂继续熔炼,减磨剂与钢水的用量比为3-4公斤/吨,待其完全熔化后进行二次排渣处理;
c、检测:检测合金液的组分含量,各元素按重量百分比为:碳:0.5-0.8%,硅:1.3-1.8%,锰:1.2-1.5%,镁:0.001-0.03%,镍:0.05-0.07,钒:0.02-0.05%,钕:0.07-0.11%,铝:0.003-0.05%,钡0.001-0.02%,锆:0.4-0.5%,硫≤0.015%,磷≤0.015%,余量为铁和不可避免的杂质;
d、浇注:将合金液温度降低至1450-1550℃时浇筑在耐火铸型中,冷却至室温即可。

3.根据权利要求1所述一种发动机活塞用合金钢材料,其特征在于,在b中,所述的减磨剂是由下列原料制成:聚乙烯醇0.3-0.4、碳化钒3-4、氧化锰0.5-1、氧化亚铜0.7-1、氮化镁0.8-1.3、钙合金0.4-0.6;将聚乙烯醇用适量的去离子水搅拌溶解,将氧化锰、碳化钒、氧化亚铜、氮化镁和钙合金在混料机中混合球磨4-5h,混合均匀后加到聚乙烯醇溶液中拌匀并烘干,然后在500-600MPa的压力下冷压成形,将压坯置于加压烧结炉中进行加压烧结,烧结温度为930-950℃,烧结压力为2MPa,烧结3h后粉碎即可。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种发动机活塞用合金钢材料,其特征在于,所述铝与三氧化二铁质量比为1:0.7-0.75,加入的三氧化二铁铝复合粉体与碳化铌的重量比为1:41-43。
