背景技术
目前,中国的汽车需求量和保有量与日俱增,与之配套的汽车护理用品和汽车保养也在飞速的发展,汽车玻璃水是汽车在使用过程中必不可少的用品,雨刮片在工作过程中必不可少的需要玻璃水来清洗车窗。
但现在市面上见到的汽车玻璃水都是大瓶包装,里面的主要成分是水,有效成分比较低,普通的自来水含有碱性,对橡胶具有一定的腐蚀性,长期使用会使玻璃表面与雨刮器之间摩擦力增大,导致玻璃出现不可修复的伤痕,且普通水对车窗上附着的灰尘,鸟粪,虫胶等杂物没有很好的清洁力,冬季容易结冰,对安全驾驶造成了很大的隐患。市售的大多数玻璃水环境污染大,不环保,存在一定的安全隐患。
因此亟待开发一种新型环保汽车玻璃水浓缩液,应该具备以下特点:不含对人体有害的物质,不对环境造成污染;具有良好的清洁性能,能有效清除玻璃上的脏物、污垢,使玻璃显得明亮不影响视线;良好的材料适应性,防止腐蚀金属部件,与橡胶具有良好的相容性;具有良好的防冻性,冬季不易结冰;对安全驾驶有很大的帮助。

本发明针对现有玻璃水清洁性能差、含有对人体有害物质、污染环境且易腐蚀橡胶等问题,提出了一种新型环保汽车玻璃水浓缩液。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种新型环保汽车玻璃水浓缩液,所述玻璃水浓缩液包括以下重量份的原料:表面活性剂2-120、消泡剂10-25、溶剂50-200、润滑液2-20、防腐剂0.1-5、去离子水500-2000、香精0.01-1和色素0.01-1。
所述的润滑液为季戊四醇脂肪酸酯、APG、P-80润滑液中的一种。
所述的表面活性剂为乙二醇单丁醚,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,椰子油二乙醇酰胺,脂肪酸甲酯聚醚磺酸钠,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,柠檬酸钠中的一种或多种。
所述的溶剂为乙醇,乙二醇,丙三醇中的一种。

本发明提供了一种新型环保汽车玻璃水浓缩液,其方法为:
玻璃水浓缩液包括以下重量份的原料:乙二醇单丁醚60,高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物18,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15,乙二醇100,椰子油二乙醇酰胺5,脂肪酸甲酯聚醚磺酸钠15,柠檬酸钠5,APG 8,山梨酸钾1,水溶性日化香精0.08,水溶性色素0.1,去离子水1000。将上述原料加入到搅拌器内以200r/min搅拌,混合均匀即得本发明的玻璃水。
实施例3
本发明提供了一种新型环保汽车玻璃水浓缩液,其方法为:
玻璃水浓缩液包括以下重量份的原料:乙二醇单丁醚120,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚25,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15,乙醇200,椰子油二乙醇酰胺10,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚16,柠檬酸钠10,P-80润滑液20,对羟基苯甲酸酯5,水溶性日化香精1,水溶性色素1,去离子水2000。将上述原料加入到搅拌器内以200r/min搅拌,混合均匀即得本发明的玻璃水。
实施例4
本发明提供了一种新型环保汽车玻璃水浓缩液,其方法为:
玻璃水浓缩液包括以下重量份的原料:乙二醇单丁醚100,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚20,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15,丙三醇150,椰子油二乙醇酰胺10,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚16,柠檬酸钠10,P-80润滑液15,苯甲酸钠3,水溶性日化香精0.5,水溶性色素0.8,去离子水1500。将上述原料加入到搅拌器内以200r/min搅拌,混合均匀即得本发明的玻璃水。

Claims (7)
1.一种新型环保汽车玻璃水浓缩液,其特征在于:所述玻璃水浓缩液包括以下重量份的原料:表面活性剂2-120、消泡剂10-25、溶剂50-200、润滑液2-20、防腐剂0.1-5、去离子水500-2000、香精0.01-1和色素0.01-1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型环保汽车玻璃水浓缩液,其特征在于:所述的润滑液为季戊四醇脂肪酸酯、APG、P-80润滑液中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型环保汽车玻璃水浓缩液,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂为乙二醇单丁醚,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,椰子油二乙醇酰胺,脂肪酸甲酯聚醚磺酸钠,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,柠檬酸钠中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型环保汽车玻璃水浓缩液,其特征在于:所述的溶剂为乙醇,乙二醇,丙三醇中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型环保汽车玻璃水浓缩液,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为乳化硅油,高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚,聚氧丙烯甘油醚和聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚,聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型环保汽车玻璃水浓缩液,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂为苯甲酸及其盐类,山梨酸及其盐类,对羟基苯甲酸酯类,溶菌酶类中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型环保汽车玻璃水浓缩液,其特征在于:所述的香精和色素为常用水溶性日化香精和常用水溶性色素。
