Abstract
本发明公开了一种抑菌环保聚氨酯涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:六甲基环三硅氧烷0.1‑0.12、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇2‑3、四氯化钛10‑14、六水三氯化铁0.3‑0.7、28‑30%的过氧化氢溶液30‑40、聚ε‑己内酯二醇600‑700、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯470‑500、丙酮20‑30、二羟甲基丙酸13‑20、二甘醇4‑6、辛酸亚锡0.1‑0.16、三乙胺5‑7、干酪素0.6‑1、丙酸钙0.7‑1、双酚a二缩水甘油醚0.2‑0.4、六偏磷酸钠0.3‑1、硼化钼0.1‑0.2、异噻唑啉酮0.1‑0.3、聚苯并咪唑1‑2。本发明的涂膜具有很好的紫外光吸收能力、自清洁性能及拉伸强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及水性聚氨酯涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种抑菌环保聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
水性聚氨酯以水作为分散介质,与传统溶剂型聚氨酯相比,具有环保、不易燃烧、无毒等优点,广泛应用于涂料、粘合剂、皮革涂饰剂、纺织工业等领域。但是,水性聚氨酯膜的抗紫外老化能力弱,且易被污染,影响了其使用效果。研究表明,通过无机纳米粒子改性的纳米复合材料不仅具有聚合物诸如延展性、弹性等性质,而且也能表现出所添加无机材料的性质。纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)是一种重要的无机半导体材料,具有良好的光催化性、高稳定性、无毒及强紫外线吸收等优异性能。因此,通过纳米TiO2 改性,可以赋予水性聚氨酯复合膜抗菌性、自洁性和紫外吸收能力等,是提高水性聚氨酯膜性能的一种有效途径。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种抑菌环保聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抑菌环保聚氨酯涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
六甲基环三硅氧烷0.1-0.12、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇2-3、四氯化钛10-14、六水三氯化铁0.3-0.7、28-30%的过氧化氢溶液30-40、聚ε-己内酯二醇600-700、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯470-500、丙酮20-30、二羟甲基丙酸13-20、二甘醇4-6、辛酸亚锡0.1-0.16、三乙胺5-7、干酪素0.6-1、丙酸钙0.7-1、双酚a二缩水甘油醚0.2-0.4、六偏磷酸钠0.3-1、硼化钼0.1-0.2、异噻唑啉酮0.1-0.3、聚苯并咪唑1-2。
一种所述的抑菌环保聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述六偏磷酸钠加入到其重量20-30倍的去离子水中,加入异噻唑啉酮,搅拌均匀,得抗菌水溶液;
(2)将上述聚苯并咪唑加入到聚四氢呋喃醚二醇中,送入70-80℃的水浴中,保温搅拌10-13分钟,得抗菌醇液;
(3)将上述干酪素、丙酸钙、硼化钼混合,球磨均匀,与上述抗菌水溶液混合,搅拌均匀,得预混液;
(4)将上述四氯化钛加入到其重量80-100倍的去离子水中,在3-5℃下搅拌混合20-30分钟,加入六水三氯化铁,搅拌条件下滴加浓度为5-6%的氨水溶液,调节pH为8-8.6,静置30-40分钟,抽滤,将滤饼水洗3-4次,常温干燥,得掺杂沉淀;
(5)将上述掺杂沉淀加入到其重量100-120倍的去离子水中,超声分散3-5分钟,加入上述28-30%的过氧化氢溶液,磁力搅拌30-40分钟,送入到沸水浴中,恒温加热3-5小时,得掺杂钛溶胶;
(6)将上述预混液、掺杂钛溶胶混合,升高温度为50-60℃,加入六甲基环三硅氧烷,100-200转/分搅拌3-4分钟,得改性掺杂钛溶胶;
(7)将上述聚ε-己内酯二醇在100-110℃下真空脱水10-15分钟,冷却至30-40℃,通入氮气,加入上述异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,升高温度为80-90℃,恒温搅拌1.6-2小时,加入上述丙酮重量的20-30%,降低温度为30-40℃,加入上述改性掺杂钛溶胶、二羟甲基丙酸,升高温度为76-80℃,保温反应40-50分钟,降低温度为40-50℃,依次加入抗菌醇液、剩余的丙酮、二甘醇、辛酸亚锡,缓慢升高温度为70-75℃,保温反应5-6小时,加入除了三乙胺以外的剩余各原料,搅拌冷却至常温,倒入乳化桶中,加入三乙胺,搅拌均匀,加入体系重量30-40%的去离子水,1200-1700转/分搅拌16-20分钟,得抑菌环保水性聚氨酯涂料。
所述的一种抑菌环保水性聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法,本发明涂料的使用方法为:
将需要涂覆的基材加入到本发明的钛掺杂水洗聚氨酯涂料中,浸润10-20分钟,取出后置于常温下通风4-5天,再在46-50℃下干燥6-10小时,即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的涂膜具有很好的拉伸强度:
高力学稳定性的粒子成为固定位点,限制了基体分子链的运动,从而提高拉伸强度,纳米粒子在基体中分散均匀,材料受到外力拉伸时形成受力中心,能够引发更多的银纹,消耗大量的能量,起到了补强的作用,因此将纳米二氧化钛加入到有机聚合物中可以提高有机基底的力学性能,提高涂膜的拉伸强度;
本发明的涂膜具有很好的紫外光吸收能力及自清洁性能:
Fe3+掺杂纳米二氧化钛溶胶在可见光下具有最强的光催化性能,能够明显提高涂膜的抗紫外光性能;同时可以利用其光催化降解能力将表面附着的污染物降解去除,因此也具有很好的自清洁性能。
本发明的涂料中加入了异噻唑啉酮、聚苯并咪唑等,有效的提高了成品涂膜的抗菌防腐性能。
具体实施方式
一种抑菌环保聚氨酯涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
六甲基环三硅氧烷0.1、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇2、四氯化钛10、六水三氯化铁0.3、28%的过氧化氢溶液30、聚ε己内酯二醇600、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯470、丙酮20、二羟甲基丙酸13、二甘醇4、辛酸亚锡0.1、三乙胺5、干酪素0.6、丙酸钙0.7、双酚a二缩水甘油醚0.2、六偏磷酸钠0.3、硼化钼0.1、异噻唑啉酮0.1、聚苯并咪唑1。
一种所述的抑菌环保聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述六偏磷酸钠加入到其重量20倍的去离子水中,加入异噻唑啉酮,搅拌均匀,得抗菌水溶液;
(2)将上述聚苯并咪唑加入到聚四氢呋喃醚二醇中,送入70℃的水浴中,保温搅拌10分钟,得抗菌醇液;
(3)将上述干酪素、丙酸钙、硼化钼混合,球磨均匀,与上述抗菌水溶液混合,搅拌均匀,得预混液;
(4)将上述四氯化钛加入到其重量80倍的去离子水中,在3℃下搅拌混合20分钟,加入六水三氯化铁,搅拌条件下滴加浓度为5%的氨水溶液,调节pH为8,静置30分钟,抽滤,将滤饼水洗3次,常温干燥,得掺杂沉淀;
(5)将上述掺杂沉淀加入到其重量100倍的去离子水中,超声分散3分钟,加入上述28%的过氧化氢溶液,磁力搅拌30分钟,送入到沸水浴中,恒温加热3小时,得掺杂钛溶胶;
(6)将上述预混液、掺杂钛溶胶混合,升高温度为50℃,加入六甲基环三硅氧烷,100转/分搅拌3分钟,得改性掺杂钛溶胶;
(7)将上述聚ε己内酯二醇在100℃下真空脱水10分钟,冷却至30℃,通入氮气,加入上述异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,升高温度为80℃,恒温搅拌1.6小时,加入上述丙酮重量的20%,降低温度为30℃,加入上述改性掺杂钛溶胶、二羟甲基丙酸,升高温度为76℃,保温反应40分钟,降低温度为40℃,依次加入抗菌醇液、剩余的丙酮、二甘醇、辛酸亚锡,缓慢升高温度为70℃,保温反应5小时,加入除了三乙胺以外的剩余各原料,搅拌冷却至常温,倒入乳化桶中,加入三乙胺,搅拌均匀,加入体系重量30%的去离子水,1200转/分搅拌16分钟,得抑菌环保水性聚氨酯涂料。
一种抑菌环保水性聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法,本发明涂料的使用方法为:
将需要涂覆的基材加入到本发明的钛掺杂水洗聚氨酯涂料中,浸润10分钟,取出后置于常温下通风4天,再在46℃下干燥6小时,即可。
性能测试 :
吸水率 0.0143%,吸水前粘结力为 12.70 MPa,在吸水浸泡实验浸泡 3200 h 后保持10.37MPa 的高粘结力。
Claims (3)
1.一种抑菌环保聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
六甲基环三硅氧烷0.1-0.12、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇2-3、四氯化钛10-14、六水三氯化铁0.3-0.7、28-30%的过氧化氢溶液30-40、聚ε-己内酯二醇600-700、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯470-500、丙酮20-30、二羟甲基丙酸13-20、二甘醇4-6、辛酸亚锡0.1-0.16、三乙胺5-7、干酪素0.6-1、丙酸钙0.7-1、双酚a二缩水甘油醚0.2-0.4、六偏磷酸钠0.3-1、硼化钼0.1-0.2、异噻唑啉酮0.1-0.3、聚苯并咪唑1-2。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的抑菌环保聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述六偏磷酸钠加入到其重量20-30倍的去离子水中,加入异噻唑啉酮,搅拌均匀,得抗菌水溶液;
(2)将上述聚苯并咪唑加入到聚四氢呋喃醚二醇中,送入70-80℃的水浴中,保温搅拌10-13分钟,得抗菌醇液;
(3)将上述干酪素、丙酸钙、硼化钼混合,球磨均匀,与上述抗菌水溶液混合,搅拌均匀,得预混液;
(4)将上述四氯化钛加入到其重量80-100倍的去离子水中,在3-5℃下搅拌混合20-30分钟,加入六水三氯化铁,搅拌条件下滴加浓度为5-6%的氨水溶液,调节pH为8-8.6,静置30-40分钟,抽滤,将滤饼水洗3-4次,常温干燥,得掺杂沉淀;
(5)将上述掺杂沉淀加入到其重量100-120倍的去离子水中,超声分散3-5分钟,加入上述28-30%的过氧化氢溶液,磁力搅拌30-40分钟,送入到沸水浴中,恒温加热3-5小时,得掺杂钛溶胶;
(6)将上述预混液、掺杂钛溶胶混合,升高温度为50-60℃,加入六甲基环三硅氧烷,100-200转/分搅拌3-4分钟,得改性掺杂钛溶胶;
(7)将上述聚ε-己内酯二醇在100-110℃下真空脱水10-15分钟,冷却至30-40℃,通入氮气,加入上述异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,升高温度为80-90℃,恒温搅拌1.6-2小时,加入上述丙酮重量的20-30%,降低温度为30-40℃,加入上述改性掺杂钛溶胶、二羟甲基丙酸,升高温度为76-80℃,保温反应40-50分钟,降低温度为40-50℃,依次加入抗菌醇液、剩余的丙酮、二甘醇、辛酸亚锡,缓慢升高温度为70-75℃,保温反应5-6小时,加入除了三乙胺以外的剩余各原料,搅拌冷却至常温,倒入乳化桶中,加入三乙胺,搅拌均匀,加入体系重量30-40%的去离子水,1200-1700转/分搅拌16-20分钟,得抑菌环保水性聚氨酯涂料。
3.根据权利要求1、2所述的一种抑菌环保水性聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法,本发明涂料的使用方法为:
