Abstract
本发明涉及一种电缆路径地标指示灯,包括底壳、透明面板、警示标志、太阳能电池板、LED发光管、电路板、蓄电池,底壳上方设有透明面板且两者接触面间放置防水胶圈加螺丝紧固,警示标志衬在透明面板下面,在底壳与透明面板构成的空间内设有太阳能电池板、LED发光管、电路板和蓄电池,太阳能电池板通过电路板与蓄电池电连接,蓄电池通过电路板与LED发光管电连接,透明面板为聚碳酸酯面板,表面具有止滑纹路。本发明较现有的水泥桩电缆路径地标而言,使用太阳能作为动力源,使用灯光进行电缆路径指示,节能环保;地面铺设不妨碍人员及车辆通行,防滑,防水,承重,警示标志美观醒目;方便安装及拆解,结实稳固,无需维护。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力行业电缆路径地标指示灯,特别是涉及太阳能供电电缆路径地标指示灯。
背景技术
随着传统能源储藏量的减少,新能源越来越多地得到广泛使用,如太阳能热水器、太阳能地埋灯等。太阳地埋灯是一种安装在地表内的灯具,用作照明、指示、装饰之用。现有的太阳能地埋灯,例如授权公告号为N201448719U,名称为一种地埋式太阳能指示灯的实用新型,指示灯表面的透明面板为钢化玻璃制成,由于不具有防滑功能,存在安全问题。指示灯壳体与透明面板通过密封胶粘结固定,使灯具密封性较差,容易进水或潮气,影响寿命。现有电力行业电缆路径地标多为水泥桩,没有灯光指示功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有防滑、防水功能的,应用太阳能供电的电缆路径地标指示灯。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:一种电缆路径地标指示灯,包括底壳、透明面板、警示标志、太阳能电池板、LED发光管、电路板、蓄电池,所述的底壳上方设有透明面板且两者接触面间放置防水胶圈加螺丝紧固,警示标志衬在透明面板下面,在底壳与透明面板构成的空间内设有太阳能电池板、LED发光管、电路板和蓄电池,太阳能电池板通过电路板与蓄电池电连接,蓄电池通过电路板与LED发光管电连接,所述的电路板包括控制电路和切换电路,所述的透明面板为聚碳酸酯面板,表面具有止滑纹路。
所述的太阳能电池板设在透明面板的下表面的中间部。
有益效果:本发明较现有地标指示灯而言,使用太阳能作为动力源,节能环保;地面铺设不妨碍人员及车辆通行,防滑,防水,承重,警示标志美观醒目;方便安装及拆解,结实稳固,无需维护。

具体实施方式
具体实施方式一:结合图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式中所述电缆路径地标指示灯,包括底壳1、透明面板2、警示标志3、太阳能电池板4、LED发光管5、电路板6、蓄电池7,所述的底壳1上方设有透明面板2,且两者接触面间放置防水胶圈加螺丝紧固,警示标志3衬在透明面板2下面,在底壳1与透明面板2构成的空间内设有太阳能电池板4、LED发光管5、电路板6和蓄电池7,所述的太阳能电池板4设在透明面板2下表面的中间位置,在太阳能电池板的两侧分别布置有LED发光管5,所述的底壳1采用黑色不透光聚碳酸酯材料制成,该结构具有抗变形设计,可降低外来施力破坏,保护底壳1内的部件,所述的透明面板2采用聚碳酸酯制成,表面具有止滑纹路,既有很高的硬度,防止被踏坏,又不妨碍太阳能电池板接收太阳光,同时还具有抗UV、抗黄变、抗老化等特点。
具体实施方式二:结合图1、图2说明本实施方式,所述的电路板6包括控制电路和切换电路,所述的太阳能电池板4通过切换电路与蓄电池7电连接,蓄电池7通过切换电路与LED发光管5电连接,太阳能电池板4将太阳能转化为电能后,储存在蓄电池7内,在夜晚的时候为LED发光管5提供动力源。
具体实施方式三:本实施方式中所述的警示标志需要底板工序和牌面工序进行加工,较大的标志牌利用覆膜机粘贴底膜;较小的标志牌可用手工以刮板粘贴。

1.一种电缆路径地标指示灯,它包括底壳(1)、透明面板(2)、警示标志(3)、太阳能电池板(4)、LED发光管(5)、电路板(6)和蓄电池(7),所述的底壳(1)上方设有透明面板(2)且两者接触面间放置防水胶圈加螺丝紧固,警示标志(3)衬在透明面板(2)下面,在底壳(1)与透明面板(2)构成的空间内设有太阳能电池板(4)、LED发光管(5)、电路板(6)和蓄电池(7),太阳能电池板(4)通过电路板(6)与蓄电池(7)电连接,蓄电池(7)通过电路板(6)与LED发光管(5)电连接,所述的电路板(6)包括控制电路和切换电路,所述的透明面板(2)为聚碳酸酯面板,表面具有止滑纹路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆路径地标指示灯,其特征在于:所述的太阳能电池板设在透明面板(2)的下表面的中间部。
