Abstract
一种泵用防锈收缩包装塑料薄膜,涉及包装塑料薄膜技术领域,由LLDPE、LDPE和混合辅助添加剂成分组成,其特征在于:所述LLDPE、LDPE和混合辅助添加剂的含量分别所占的重量百分比为76%~90%、8%~18%和1%~7%。本发明由于采用了新的材料比例,是包装膜同时起到了收缩和防锈的同等效果,防锈效果好,周期延长,收缩力增加,减少了包装程序,降低了包装成本和提高了经济效益。

技术领域:
本发明涉及包装塑料薄膜技术领域,具体是一种泵用防锈收缩包装塑料薄膜。
背景技术:
包装膜主要由几种不同牌号的聚工烯树脂混合挤出而成,具有抗穿刺,超强度高性能,对堆放在托板上的货物进行缠绕包装,使包装物更加稳固整洁,更有超强的防水作用,被广泛使用在外贸出口、造纸、五金、塑料化工、建材、食品医药行业。众所周知,通常把聚乙烯(PE)分为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)三大类,这三类聚乙烯都有各自的特点,单独使用其中任何一种生产出来的薄膜各有其优缺点,但都达不到理想的效果,现有技术中,在对泵用金属产品包装是通常都会用到收缩膜和防锈膜,然而目前包装膜产品都只有单向的防锈和收缩的功能,这样对产品包装的时候不得不对产品进行多层包装,程序繁琐,包装的成本也较高。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有同时防锈和收缩功能的泵用防锈收缩包装塑料薄膜,
为了实现本发明的目的,所采用以下的技术方案:
一种泵用防锈收缩包装塑料薄膜,其特征在于:由LLDPE、LDPE和混合辅助添加剂成分组成,所述LLDPE、LDPE和混合辅助添加剂的含量分别所占的重量百分比为,
LLDPE:76%~90%、
LDPE:8%~18%
混合辅助添加剂:1%~7%。
所述的混合辅助添加剂包括增塑剂、着色剂、填料、热稳定剂,抗粘剂和改性剂一种或者多种。
所述的改性剂包括丁二烯共聚合体、丁酯和马来酸苷,二烯共聚合体、丁酯和马来酸苷的添加比例为3:2:1。
所述的LLDPE材料、LDPE材料和混合辅助添加剂采用三层共挤的方式挤出成型。
所述的增塑剂为氯化石蜡。
LDPE(低密度高压聚乙烯)是一种手感柔软,白色透明的树脂。LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)可以增强树脂抗伸、抗穿透、抗冲击和抗撕裂的性能,使其特别适合于制作膜。本发明采用LLDPE、LDPE和混合辅助添加剂,采用三层共挤的方式生产出的薄膜具有两种材料的优点,满足了包装膜同时起到了收缩和防锈的同等效果。
本发明由于采用了新的材料比例,使包装膜同时起到了收缩和防锈的同等效果,本发明中还添加了改性剂,改性剂为二烯共聚合体、丁酯和马来酸苷的混合物,二烯共聚合体、丁酯和马来酸苷都能够与聚乙烯较好的融合,而且能够大大增加塑料薄膜的弹性和防水性,使得薄膜在包装金属件时即使采用一层包裹,也不会导致塑料薄膜的裂开,因此具有更好的收缩性,其中马来酸苷可以作为中间体,能够增加LLDPE材料、LDPE材料的无缝相融。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明由于采用了新的材料比例,使包装膜同时起到了收缩和防锈的同等效果,防锈效果好,周期延长,收缩力增加,减少了包装程序,降低了包装成本和提高了经济效益。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例一:
一种泵用防锈收缩包装塑料薄膜,由LLDPE、LDPE和混合辅助添加剂成分组成,LLDPE、LDPE和混合辅助添加剂的含量分别所占的重量百分比为,
LLDPE:83%、
LDPE:13%
混合辅助添加剂:4%。
混合辅助添加剂包括增塑剂、着色剂、填料、热稳定剂,抗粘剂和改性剂。
改性剂包括丁二烯共聚合体、丁酯和马来酸苷,二烯共聚合体、丁酯和马来酸苷的添加比例为3:2:1。
LLDPE材料、LDPE材料和混合辅助添加剂采用三层共挤的方式挤出成型。
增塑剂为氯化石蜡。

LLDPE:76%~90%、
LDPE:8%~18%
混合辅助添加剂:1%~7%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泵用防锈收缩包装塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述的混合辅助添加剂包括增塑剂、着色剂、填料、热稳定剂,抗粘剂和改性剂一种或者多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种泵用防锈收缩包装塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述的改性剂包括丁二烯共聚合体、丁酯和马来酸苷,二烯共聚合体、丁酯和马来酸苷的添加比例为3:2:1。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种泵用防锈收缩包装塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述的LLDPE材料、LDPE材料和混合辅助添加剂采用三层共挤的方式挤出成型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种泵用防锈收缩包装塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述的增塑剂为氯化石蜡。
