本发明公开了一种用于生产淀粉或糊精的存料搅拌装置，包括：存料仓、搅拌电机、支撑腿、搅拌机构、工字钢、转轴护板，所述存料仓设置为圆柱体结构，存料仓顶部设置有工字钢，所述工字钢上设置有转轴护板，所述转轴护板上设置有搅拌电机，所述搅拌电机转轴穿过转轴护板，转轴末端与设置在存料仓内的搅拌机构相连接；所述存料仓顶部一端设置有进料口，所述存料仓底部设置有出料口，所述存料仓侧壁均匀设置有支撑腿。本发明提供的一种用于生产淀粉或糊精的存料搅拌装置，结构简易，搅拌充分，方便实用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于生产淀粉或糊精的存料搅拌装置，属于淀粉或糊精生产设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前，淀粉和糊精生产中，成品淀粉和糊精加工完成后，直接通过上料机装袋。实际生产中，由于装袋工序常会停止，这就导致成品会在传送带或者上料机内长时间停止，这样就会出现成品压实和结块的现象，从而会影响淀粉和糊精成品质量。
发明内容
目的：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，本发明提供一种用于生产淀粉或糊精的存料搅拌装置。
技术方案：为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案为：
一种用于生产淀粉或糊精的存料搅拌装置，包括：存料仓、搅拌电机、支撑腿、搅拌机构、工字钢、转轴护板，所述存料仓设置为圆柱体结构，存料仓顶部设置有工字钢，所述工字钢上设置有转轴护板，所述转轴护板上设置有搅拌电机，所述搅拌电机转轴穿过转轴护板，转轴末端与设置在存料仓内的搅拌机构相连接；所述存料仓顶部一端设置有进料口，所述存料仓底部设置有出料口，所述存料仓侧壁均匀设置有支撑腿。
所述搅拌机构包括：搅拌轴、叶片、半圆支架、方铲，所述搅拌轴与半圆支架中轴线位置处相连接，搅拌轴上横向设置有多个叶片，所述半圆支架圆弧上均匀设置有多个方铲。
还包括：观察窗，所述存料仓顶部通过铰链连接有向外翻转的观察窗。
还包括：闸门，所述出料口处设置有闸门。
还包括方形脚垫，所述支撑腿底部均设置有方形脚垫。
作为优选方案，所述搅拌轴上横向设置有两个叶片，所述半圆支架圆弧上均匀设置有六个方铲。
有益效果：本发明提供的一种用于生产淀粉或糊精的存料搅拌装置，通过工字钢、转轴护板相配合的设计，可以增加搅拌电机的固定强度，同时，避免人员接触转轴的隐患；四条支撑腿均匀地固定在圆柱形结构的存料仓外壁，一来增加存料仓的强度，二来提高了装置站立的稳定性；搅拌轴与多个叶片配合，起到了对存料仓中部淀粉或糊精搅拌的作用；同时，与搅拌轴同时旋转的半圆支架上的方铲，则进一步将存料仓内壁处的淀粉或糊精铲出，防止压实、结块。本设计结构简易，搅拌充分，方便实用。

如图1所示，一种用于生产淀粉或糊精的存料搅拌装置，包括：存料仓1、搅拌电机2、支撑腿3、搅拌机构4、工字钢5、转轴护板6，所述存料仓1设置为圆柱体结构，存料仓1顶部设置有工字钢5，所述工字钢5上设置有转轴护板6，所述转轴护板6上设置有搅拌电机2，所述搅拌电机2转轴穿过转轴护板6，转轴末端与设置在存料仓1内的搅拌机构2相连接；所述存料仓1顶部一端设置有进料口7，所述存料仓1底部设置有出料口8，所述存料仓1侧壁均匀设置有支撑腿3。所述存料仓1顶部通过铰链连接有向外翻转的观察窗9。所述出料口8处设置有闸门10。所述支撑腿3底部均设置有方形脚垫11。
如图2所示，所述搅拌机构4包括：搅拌轴41、叶片42、半圆支架43、方铲44，所述搅拌轴41与半圆支架43中轴线位置处相连接，搅拌轴41上横向设置有两个叶片42，所述半圆支架43圆弧上均匀设置有六个方铲44。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生产淀粉或糊精的存料搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述搅拌机构包括：搅拌轴、叶片、半圆支架、方铲，所述搅拌轴与半圆支架中轴线位置处相连接，搅拌轴上横向设置有多个叶片，所述半圆支架圆弧上均匀设置有多个方铲。
