Abstract

本发明有关一种跑步机的缓冲板结构,包括复数个竹片并靠而形成竹片层,竹片层底面贴附薄膜层,使竹片并靠能紧密粘贴于薄膜层上;以及复数个竹片层之间,以各薄膜层上、下贴合面分别铺设贴附;其中,各竹片层的复数竹片并靠方向皆相同,然以纵向并靠而成的竹片层缓冲效果较佳;利用二竹片层之间夹有一薄膜层叠置,使竹片层与薄膜层的相互粘贴接触面较为平整,于贴合时的空隙填入粘着剂亦较平均,最后在最顶层的竹片层上贴附耐滑层,提供竹片层在踩踏陷入缓冲时较为平顺及保持稳固并靠,避免竹片层的竹片间与薄膜层之间的缓冲崩裂现象。

Description

跑步机的缓冲板结构
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种跑步机的应用领域,特别是指一种跑步机的缓冲板结构。
背景技术
一般跑步机以一缓冲板作为跑步带下方的支撑,然在跑步时因跑步踏力对缓冲板施力极大,如没有缓冲弹力对跑步者相当不适,因此,在缓冲板下方,除了缓冲垫外再加装缓冲装置,并且在所述缓冲板上粘附一层发泡层,且在所述发泡层上再粘附一层织布层,以提供跑步带可顺畅转动,同时兼具缓冲的舒适性。
然前述跑步者容易在同一位置上重复踩踏,致使发泡层经年累月的踩踏而造成永远的塌陷现象,以致无法回复而失去缓冲作用。
本发明进一步针对之前与本案同一发明人所核准的中国台湾发明专利第I406686号进行改良,其是揭露一种跑步机缓冲板,由适当厚度与宽度的竹片条,并将竹片条区分为经线竹片条与纬线竹片条,使至少一经线竹片条以上与至少一纬线竹片条以上相互交叉搭叠编织而成一编织竹胶板;所述竹胶板可相互堆叠至所需厚度,以构成一编织竹胶叠板,以提升强度及保有缓冲弹性;亦可将前述经线竹片条并靠后与并靠后的纬线竹片条直接搭叠,以构成一堆叠竹胶板。
上述所使用的结构均为竹片材质,在编织成竹胶叠板或搭叠竹胶叠板或前述两种竹胶叠板混搭后,因竹胶叠板与竹胶叠板之间的接触面空隙不平均,以致粘着剂铺设在叠置的接触面位置,其空隙的大小差异很大,以致须以粘着剂加以填补,致使粘着剂干固后,该竹胶叠板与竹胶叠板的粘着位置的粘着剂干固分量不同,以致造成该竹胶叠板较具刚性,踩踏缓冲不平均,应用在跑步机的缓冲板,将会降低缓冲效果。
上述所使用的竹胶叠板与竹胶叠板为上下叠置,由于该贴合是以粘胶固接,当踩踏的陷入产生缓冲效果时,因粘着剂干固而容易崩裂,同时在相互间直接碰触的摩擦而产生噪音声响。
上述的竹片编织或搭叠皆为耗费工时,其粘胶亦用量较大,因空隙大,需大量填补,方能完成竹胶叠板,实无法达成节省成本的效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于解决上述问题而提供一种跑步机的缓冲板结构,利用相邻的二竹片层之间夹有一薄膜层以及相邻二竹片层的竹片并靠皆为同向叠置,借以提高本发明缓冲板结构的缓冲效能,借粘着剂将薄膜层与复数竹片并靠粘贴,以避免使用者在使用跑步机时导致竹片层之间直接接触而摩擦所产生的噪音;同时借助竹片层的柔软度,以及应用薄膜层的紧密贴合作用,在提升缓冲效果外,更可避免竹片间及竹片层与竹片层之间的崩裂。
因此,本发明提供一种跑步机的缓冲板结构,是装设于一跑步机的一跑步带下方,踩踏该跑步带时,该跑步带并与该缓冲板结构接触;其特征是包括:复数个竹片层,各该竹片层的竹片皆为同一方向并靠上下叠置,且以该叠置的竹片并靠方向与跑步机行进方向相同为较佳;复数个薄膜层,各该薄膜层铺设在相邻的二竹片层之间;一粘着剂,位于相邻的各该薄膜层与各该竹片层之间,使相邻的各该竹片层与各该薄膜层粘固结合为一体;以及一耐滑层,是贴附在最顶端的该竹片层上表面。
在某些实施例中,该竹片层由复数条竹片相互平行拼接形成。
在各实施例中,该薄膜层可为一整面木片薄板、复数片木片薄板拼装、织布、不织布、整面塑胶薄板、复数片塑胶薄板拼装。

当然,本发明在某些零件上,或零件的安排上容许有所不同,但所选用的实施例,则于本说明书中,予以详细说明,并于附图中展示其构造。

具体实施方式
关于本发明借以达到上述目的的技术手段,兹以下列实施型态配合图示于下文作详细说明,俾令钧上深入了解。
图1是表示本发明跑步机的缓冲板结构的分解示意图。图2是表示本发明跑步机的缓冲板结构的组合示意图。图3是表示本发明跑步机的缓冲板结构的剖视示意图。图4是表示本发明跑步机的缓冲板结构的立体示意图。图5是表示具有本发明的缓冲板结构的跑步机的外观示意图。
本发明的跑步机的缓冲板结构100是装设于一跑步机200的一跑步带201下方,踩踏跑步带201时,同时对缓冲板结构100冲击陷入缓冲后回复;所述的跑步机的缓冲板结构100可包括复数个竹片层1,以及复数个薄膜层2。
各竹片层1为上下叠置而成,且相邻的二竹片层1皆为轴向方向叠置。
再者,各竹片层1可由复数条竹片10相互平行拼接形成,在图1中上方的竹片层1的竹片1具有一轴向方向X,而在图1中中间的竹片层1的竹片10同样具有所述的轴向方向X,且轴向方向X可与跑步机200的前后方向平行,借以于使用时获得最佳的柔软性,以提供较佳的吸震能力,达到提升缓冲效果。
各薄膜层2可铺设在上述相邻的二竹片层1之间,其中,薄膜层2可为一整面木片层或复数木片拼装而成,或织布、不织布材质、或者是一整面塑胶薄板、复数塑胶薄板拼装,但并不以此为限。
粘着剂3可位于相邻的各薄膜层2与各竹片层1之间,使相邻的各竹片层1与各薄膜层2粘固结合为一体
另外,在最顶层的竹片层1的上方更铺设有一耐滑层4,以便使用者在使用跑步机200的跑步带201上踩踏时,借耐滑板4减少与跑步带201接触的阻力,同时防止该最顶层竹片层1的竹片崩裂。
借助上述结构,利用二竹片层1之间夹有一薄膜层2叠置,使竹片层1与薄膜层2的相互粘贴接触面较为平整,于贴合时的空隙填入粘着剂3亦较平均,最后在最顶层的竹片层1上贴附一耐滑层4,提供竹片层1在踩踏陷入缓冲时较为平顺及保持稳固并靠,以提高本发明缓冲板结构的缓冲效能,更避免该竹片层1的竹片10间与薄膜层2之间的缓冲崩裂现象。
以上所述实施例型态的揭示是用以说明本发明,并非用以限制本发明,故举凡数值的变更或等效元件的置换仍应隶属本发明的范畴。

Claims (4)

1.一种跑步机的缓冲板结构,是装设于一跑步机的一跑步带下方,踩踏该跑步带时,并对缓冲板结构冲击陷入而产生缓冲作用;其特征在于包括:
复数个竹片层,各该竹片层上下叠置,各该竹片层由复数竹片的轴向方向相互平行并靠而成,上下相邻的二竹片层的各该竹片的轴向相互平行;
复数个薄膜层,各该薄膜层铺设在相邻的二竹片层之间;
一粘着剂,位于相邻的各该薄膜层与各该竹片层之间,使相邻的各该竹片层与各该薄膜层粘固结合为一体;以及
一耐滑层,是贴附在最顶端的该竹片层上表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的跑步机的缓冲板结构,其特征在于:该薄膜层是一整面木片薄板或由复数块木片薄板拼装组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的跑步机的缓冲板结构,其特征在于:该薄膜层是一整面塑胶薄板或由复数块塑胶薄板拼装组成。
4.如权利要求1所述的跑步机的缓冲板结构,其特征在于:该薄膜层是为一织布或不织布材质。
