Abstract
本发明涉及镍钴铜混合硫化矿的浸出工艺,采用含铜氯化钠溶液作浸出剂,鼓入氧气或空气进行二段逆流搅拌浸出,第一段浸取控制pH=2~4及氧化还原电位360~450mV(相对AgCl/Ag电极),第二段浸取控制pH=0.5~1及电位450~850mV。按本发明浸取镍钴铜混合硫化精矿,镍、钴、铜的浸出率分别达到96~99%、97~99%、88~92%,铁生成氧化物留在浸渣中,85%硫转化为元素硫,浸出液中Fe含量0.01~0.02g/L,有利于浸出液进行深加工,有明显应用前景。
Description
本发明涉及湿法冶金工艺,特别是涉及一种采用氯络氧化法选择性浸取硫化矿中镍钴铜等有色金属元素的工艺方法。
硫化矿是提取镍钴的主要矿源之一。目前从硫化矿中提取镍钴的方法之一,是采用浮选-火法熔炼-硫酸加压氧化浸出-不溶阳极电解的联合工艺,如文献(1)(Richard,W.H.,Eng.Min.J.,178(1977),No.5,76.)所述,其流程包括矿石碎磨后经浮选获得镍、钴、铜混合精矿,混合精矿在电炉或闪速炉中熔炼成低冰镍,与硅酸盐等杂质分离;低冰镍在转炉中空气吹炼除硫、铁,得高冰镍(铜);高冰镍进行硫酸加压浸出(130-150℃,0.2-0.5MPa氧压),获得的浸取液经沉钴及除铜、铁等净化处理后以不溶阳极电解产出成品镍;加压浸出后的浸渣熔炼后经电解精炼获得电铜。
由于现有工艺流程工序多,工艺复杂,投资和生产成本高,有价金属回收率低。现有流程采用火法熔炼处理混合浮选精矿,精矿中含镁高使炉渣熔点增高,要求浮选时尽量降低混合精矿中的含镁量;低冰镍采用转炉吹炼除铁,部分钴进入转炉渣,钴回收率低(≤50%);火法冶炼中放出大量SO2,使环境严重污染;采用加压氧化浸出镍锍,设备要求高,操作条件苛刻;采用硫酸体系,钴镍分离困难,且电解时电流密度低,设备利用率低。
为解决上述问题,不少发明人从不同角度出发,对工艺提出了一些改进措施,如:AU9536689专利文献记载,将镍铜锍用低浓度硫酸常压或氧压下同时浸出镍和铜,以减少强酸浸出时对设备的强腐蚀作用,又如:CA2064543专利文献记载,采用酸性FeCl3溶液从硫化矿中浸取Ni、Co、Cu,以提高有价金属回收率,降低对环境的污染,并提高效率,上述方法虽能解决现有技术中存在的某些问题,但由于本身仍然存在技术上的不合理,如FeCl3浸出后难以从浸取母液中分离出Ni、Co、Cu等有价金属,实施工业应用仍有较大困难。
本发明的目的在于克服已有技术上的缺点和工艺上的不合理之处,以提高从硫化矿中提取镍、铜等有价金属,特别是钴的总收率,并消除混合硫化精矿火法熔炼过程中SO2对环境的污染,同时克服硫酸体系的一系列不足之处,从而提供一种采用含铜氯化钠溶液做浸取液,浸取过程中鼓入氧气或空气作氧化剂进行二段逆搅拌浸出的氯络氧化法选择性浸取镍铜钴混合硫化矿的工艺。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明的氯络氧化法选择性浸取工艺,用于浸取镍钴铜混合浮选精矿。镍铜钴混合浮选精矿主要由磁黄铁矿、紫硫镍铁矿、黄铁矿、黄铜矿和硅酸盐脉石组成,采用含铜氯化钠溶液作初始浸取液,该浸取液为5~45g/L Cu2+、40~250g/L NaCl,浸取液中的铜离子是氧的传递剂或氧化过程催化剂,使硫化矿物的氧化反应加快;浸取在搅拌反应釜中分二段逆流进行,每段控制在不同温度、氧化还原电位及pH范围,浸取过程中连续鼓入氧气或空气,通过调节鼓入氧气或空气量控制氧化还原电位。氯化溶液氧气浸出过程中,氯化介质溶液提供金属离子的高溶解度,适当压力下的充气(空气或氧气)创造了一定氧化气氛,使Ni、Co、Cu分别从硫化物中氧化溶解,Si、Mg、Ca等造岩元素以不溶硅酸盐形式留在浸渣中,在控制pH条件下,Fe转化为不溶氧化物,如赤铁矿(Fe2O3)、针铁矿(FeOOH)或褐铁矿(Fe5O7(OH)·4H2O),留在浸渣中,从而达到有效分离的目的。其具体工艺流程如附图2所示:
1)镍钴铜混合硫化矿进入第一段搅拌浸取釜,浸取温度75~90℃,控制溶液pH=2~4及氧化还原电位在360~450mV(相对AgCl/Ag电极),浸取液来自第二段浸取之浸出母液。在浸取过程中依靠调节通入氧气或空气的速度控制氧化还原电位。第一段主要浸取镍和钴,同时,在控制溶液pH及氧化还原电位下,硫化物中的铁转化为氧化物而不进入溶液,因而浸取母液中Fe含量降至0.01g/L的低水平。浸取过程中,溶液中的部分铜离子与硫化物反应生成辉铜矿或铜兰等硫化铜矿物。
2)浸出矿浆进行固液分离,浸出母液进入下一工序去提取铜、钴、镍;
3)固体物料进入第二段搅拌浸出釜,加入初始含铜氯化钠溶液作浸取介质,这种溶液可用第一段浸出后已分离的浸出母液配制。浸取在一个略低于溶液沸点的适中温度(如100℃)下进行,溶液pH=0.5~1及氧化还原电位在450~850mV(相对AgCl/Ag电极)范围。鼓入空气作氧化剂时,浸取时间为3~7小时;鼓入氧气作氧化剂时,浸取时间2~5小时。
4)浸出后矿浆进行液固分离,溶液加碱调整pH后进入第一段搅拌浸出釜。整个浸出过程中,85%以上硫化物中的硫转化成元素硫,可从浸出后的固体物料中用浮选等方法回收元素硫。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下突出优点:
·直接浸出混合浮选精矿,使钴的总收率大幅度提高,达到90%以上;
·浸出在常压和中温(75-100℃)下操作,与现行流程相比,反应温度和操作压力大幅度下降,设备投资和生产成本大幅度降低;
·采用氯化介质,便于进行浸出母液中镍钴萃取分离;
·浸出中控制溶液pH和氧化还原电位,铁基本上不被浸出,浸出母液中含铁很低(0.01~0.02g/L),使镍电积阴极液的除铁工序简化;
·镍、钴浸出过程中,原则上不消耗浸出液,只消耗空气或氧作为氧出剂,生产成本低;
·浸出过程中镁不进入浸出液,不要求限制浮选精矿中含镁量;
·产出元素硫为副产品,过程中无火法过程,不放出SO2,大幅度降低污染水平,改善操作和生存环境。是一种对环境友好、符合可持续技术准则的清洁工艺方法。
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明进行详细说明:
附图1是现有工艺流程框图,附图2是本发明的工艺流程框图。
实施例1.按附图2所示工艺流程,从一种混合镍钴铜浮选精矿(7.74%Ni、0.69%Co、2.01%Cu及47.0%Fe及33.1%S)中浸取Ni、Co、Cu,转化元素硫,同时沉积Fe于浸渣中。将精矿放入搅拌浸出反应釜中,在85℃下进行第一段浸取,第二段浸出母液调整pH=2.5后该段浸取液,浸出终点氧化还原电位415mV,溶液pH=2.4,浸取时间3小时;第二段浸取控制温度为98℃,浸取终点电位640mV,pH=0.9,浸取时间3小时。在第二段浸取时加入初始浸取液,含120g/L NaCl,21.6g/L Cu2+,pH=0.9。二段浸取过程中皆鼓入氧气作氧化剂,调节氧气流量控制氧化还原电位。该混合硫化精矿经二段浸取后,Ni、Co、Cu的浸出率分别为98.1%、97.5%及89.3%,元素硫转化率87%,浸出母液含0.015g/L Fe。
实施例2.按附图2所示工艺流程浸取一种混合镍钴铜浮选精矿,含4.10%Ni、0.40%Co、0.69%Cu、44.4%Fe及28.6%S,第一段浸取在80℃下进行,鼓入空气,控制pH=2.6,氧化还原电位430mV,连续浸取3小时;第二段浸出在95℃进行,控制pH=1.0,氧化还原电位580mV,连续浸取4小时。初始浸取液含19.3g/L Cu2+,120g/L NaCl。经二段浸出,Ni、Co、Cu的浸出率分别为96.8%、98.5%及87.5%,元素硫转化率为88.3%,浸出母液中含0.01g/L Fe。
实施例3.浸取一种混合镍钴铜浮选精矿,含l3.1%Ni、0.70%Co、4.96%Cu、48.6%Fe及32.8%S,浸取工艺和条件与实施例1相同。经二段浸出,Ni、Co、Cu的浸出率分别为98.8%、99.5%及91.5%,硫的转化率为91.3%,浸出母液中含0.02g/L Fe。
Claims (2)
1.一种氯络氧化法选择性浸取镍钴铜混合硫化矿的工艺,其特征是浸取在搅拌反应釜中分二段逆流进行,采用5~45g/L Cu2+、40~250g/L NaCl浓度的含铜氯化钠溶液作初始浸取液,浸取过程中鼓入氧气或空气作氧化剂,按下列步骤顺序进行:
1)镍钴铜混合硫化矿进入第一段搅拌浸出反应釜,浸取液取自第二段浸出后已分离的母液,浸取温度75~90℃,pH=2~4,鼓入氧气或空气控制氧化还原电位在360~450mV(相对AgCl/Ag电极),连续浸取2~7小时;
2)浸出矿浆进行通常固液分离,分离后的浸出母液用于提取镍、钴、铜;
3)固体物料进入第二段搅拌浸出反应釜,加入初始含铜浸取液,控制溶液pH=0.5~1,浸取过程中鼓入氧气或空气使氧化还原电位达到450~850mV(相对AgCl/Ag电极),连续浸取3~7小时;
4)第二段浸出矿浆进行固液分离,固体物料用于回收元素硫后弃去,浸出母液返回第一段浸出反应釜作浸取液。
2.按权利要求1所述的氯络氧化法选择性浸取镍钴铜混合硫化矿的工艺,其特征在于:所述的二段浸出液返回第一段浸出反应釜作浸取液时加碱,保持pH=2~4范围内。
