背景技术
氟吡草酮(Bicyclopyrone),为三酮类酮类除草剂,通过植物根系和叶片吸收,并在体内传导,抑制羟苯基丙酮酸双氧化酶,导致酪氨酸的积累,质体醌和生育酚的生物合成停止,进而导致叶绿素的含量下降,使植物分生组织失绿产生白化死亡,能防除一年生杂草,可以苗前土表处理和苗后茎叶处理,在土壤中残留期较短,适用于大田玉米、甜玉米、青贮玉米、制种玉米、黄爆裂玉米田防除一年生杂草对后茬作物安全。
氯吡嘧磺隆(Halosulfuron-methrl),为磺酰脲类广谱选择性内吸传导型除草剂,主要通过根系被吸收,亦可通过茎叶吸收,在杂草植株体内迅速转移,抑制生长,杂草逐渐死亡,可以防除一年生阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草,适用于玉米、水稻等作物。
氯氨吡啶酸(aminopyralid),为吡啶羧酸类新型除草剂,主要用于防除一年生及多年生阔叶杂草,广泛用于山地、草原、种植地和非耕地杂草的防除。
氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯(Fluroxypyr-meptyl)为吡啶氧乙酸类除草剂为激素型除草剂,可被植物的叶片和根吸收传导,使植株畸形、扭曲死亡,主要防除一年生阔叶杂草,对禾本科杂草无效。氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯适用于禾本科作物田和果林茶地防除阔叶杂草如猪殃殃、繁缕、田旋花、马齿苋、水花生、铁苋菜等阔叶杂草。
本发明人对氟吡草酮、氯吡嘧磺隆、氯氨吡啶酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯混配进行了深入研究,发现氟吡草酮、氯吡嘧磺隆、氯氨吡啶酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯混配有协同增效响应,尤其是对稗草(Echinochloacrusgalli)、马齿苋(Portulacaoleracea)、泽漆(Euphorbiahelioscopia)有明显的协同增效响应,扩大杀草谱。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中对杂草产生抗药性问题及实际防治效果较差,提供一种高效、低毒、速效性好且持效期长,有利于玉米田一年生杂草综合治理的农药组合物。
本发明的另一目的是将该农药组合物用于防除玉米田一年生杂草等。
本发明的技术方案是:一种农药组合物,有效成分为氟吡草酮、氯吡嘧磺隆、吡啶羧酸类除草剂;氟吡草酮在组合物中的重量百分比为1%~30%,氯吡嘧磺隆在组合物中的重量百分比为1%~30%,吡啶羧酸类除草剂在组合物中的重量百分比为1%~30%,其余为农药助剂。所述的吡啶羧酸类除草剂选自氯氨吡啶酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯中的一种。

所述农药组合物加工为悬浮剂,各组分重量百分比为:氟吡草酮0.1~40%,氯吡嘧磺隆0.1~40%,氯氨吡啶酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯0.1~50%、分散剂0.1~15%、湿润剂0.1-15%、增稠剂0.1~2%,去离子水载体补足至100%。具体生产步骤为:将有效成分和其它助剂混合,经高速剪切分散、砂磨机中砂磨后,在水系介质中形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得相应重量百分含量的悬浮剂。
所述农药组合物加工为油悬浮剂,各组分重量百分比为:氟吡草酮0.1~40%,氯吡嘧磺隆0.1~40%,氯氨吡啶酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯0.1~50%、分散剂0.1~15%、湿润剂0.1-15%、增稠剂0.1~2%,液体载体补足至100%。具体生产步骤为:将有效成分和其它助剂混合,经高速剪切分散、砂磨机中砂磨后,在非水系介质中形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得相应重量百分含量的油悬浮剂。
所述农药组合物加工为水分散粒剂,各组分重量百分比为:氟吡草酮0.1~50%,氯吡嘧磺隆0.1~50%,氯氨吡啶酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯0.1~50%、分散剂0.1~15%、湿润剂0.1~10%、崩解剂0.1~10%,固体载体补足至100%。具体生产步骤为:将有效成分和其它助剂混合均匀,用超微气流粉碎机粉碎,经捏合,然后加入流化床造粒干燥机中进行造粒、干燥、筛分,制得相应重量百分含量的水分散粒剂。
所述农药组合物加工为可湿性粉剂,各组分重量百分比为:氟吡草酮0.1~50%,氯吡嘧磺隆0.1~50%,氯氨吡啶酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯0.1~50%、分散剂0.1~15%、湿润剂0.1~15%,固体载体补足至100%。具体生产步骤为:将有效成分和其它助剂混合,机械粉碎后再经气流粉碎,混合均匀,制得相应重量百分含量的可湿性粉剂,所得可湿性粉剂总活性成分含量不高于90%。
所述的消泡剂可以是硅酮类化合物、环氧大豆油、甲醇、硅油等中的一种或几种。
所述的防冻剂可以是甘油、丙二醇、二甘醇、尿素等中一种或几种。
所述的湿润剂可以是十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、茶枯粉、皂角粉、无患子粉等中的一种或几种。
所述的分散剂可以是烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸、木质素磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、脂肪酸酯硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚等中的一种或几种。
所述的崩解剂可以是羧甲基淀粉钠、低取代羟丙基纤维素、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、交联聚维酮、壳聚糖、海藻酸钠碳酸氢钠、氯化镁、氯化铝、氯化钠、尿素、硫酸铵、膨润土等中的一种或几种。
所述的增稠剂可以是聚乙酸乙烯酯、黄原胶、明胶、阿拉伯树胶、硅酸镁铝、酚醛树脂、羟甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇、气态二氧化硅等中的一种或几种。
所述的固体载体可以是轻质碳酸钙、陶土、高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、白炭黑、粘土、凹凸棒土、滑石粉、石英沙、木粉、胡桃壳粉、木质素等中的一种或几种。
所述的液体载体可以是精致大豆油、玉米油、菜籽油、松节油、油酸甲酯、椰子油、棕榈油、花生油、葵花油、红花油、麻油、桐油、橄榄油等中的一种或几种。
所述的去离子水为工业化去离子水。
所述的粘结剂可以是蔗糖、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基纤维素钙、羧丙基纤维素、糊精、淀粉糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、粘性高岭土、石蜡、松香等中的一种或几种。
所述的固体酸可以是柠檬酸、琥珀酸、马来酸、富马酸、酒石酸、草酸、丙二酸、苹果酸、丁二酸、已二酸、硼酸、磷酸、苯甲酸、氨基磺酸、水杨酸、谷氨酸、苯乙酸、烟酸或山梨酸等中的一种或几种。
所述的碳酸盐可以是碳酸钠、碳酸钾、碳酸铵、碳酸钙、碳酸锂、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾、碳酸氢锂、碳酸氢三钠、碳酸氢三钾或碳酸氢三铵等中的一种或几种。
所述的流动调节剂可以是硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钡、二氧化钛、滑石粉、十二烷基硫酸镁、聚山梨酸酯、麦子淀粉或苯甲酸钠等中一种或几种。
本发明组合物的施用频率和施用量随农作物、杂草、天气情况变化而有小量变化,可以通过使用适当的剂量达到有效防治的目的。
本发明三元组合(即氟吡草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆·氯氨吡啶酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯)能解决除草剂单一或两元使用时的不足,扩大杀草谱,且组合物具有协同增效响应,尤其是对稗草(Echinochloacrusgalli)、马齿苋(Portulacaoleracea)、泽漆(Euphorbiahelioscopia)具有明显的协同增效响应,能为玉米田一年生杂草的防除提供优良解决方案,对于玉米田杂草综合治理具有积极意义。

根据Colby法评价除草剂联合方式(NY/T1155.7-2006),其公式如下:

A为氟吡草酮以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;
B为氯吡嘧磺隆以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;
C为氯氨吡啶酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;
n为混配的除草剂品种数;
E0为氟吡草酮、氯吡嘧磺隆、氯氨吡啶酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯三种药剂混用时对靶标杂草鲜重抑制率的理论值;
E为氟吡草酮、氯吡嘧磺隆、氯氨吡啶酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯三种药剂混用时对靶标杂草鲜重抑制率为对照的实测值。
评价标准:当E0﹣E>10%时,表示为协同增效作用;当﹣10%≤E0﹣E≤10%时,表现为协同相加作用;当E0﹣E<﹣10%时,表现为协同拮抗作用。
实施例一:氟吡草酮、氯吡嘧磺隆、氯氨吡啶酸及其复配对稗草(Echinochloacrusgalli)、马齿苋(Portulacaoleracea)、泽漆(Euphorbiahelioscopia)的室内毒力测定。

将上述物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,加入捏合机中捏合成可塑性物料,最后将此物料放入挤压造粒机中挤压造粒,造粒后经干燥、筛分后即制得相应重量百分比的氟吡草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆·氯氨吡啶酸水分散粒剂。
实施例四:氟吡草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆·氯氨吡啶酸可湿性粉剂。
将上述物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,即得相应重量百分比的氟吡草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆·氯氨吡啶酸可湿性粉剂。
实施例五:氟吡草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆·氯氨吡啶酸悬浮剂。
将上述配方按比例进行预先粉碎,再加入砂磨机中研磨,经高剪切混合后调配制得到相应重量百分比的氟吡草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆·氯氨吡啶酸悬浮剂。
实施例六:氟吡草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆·氯氨吡啶酸油悬浮剂。
将上述物料(有机膨润土除外)一起加入到反应釜混合机中,搅拌2小时,打开釜底入料阀,将物料注入多级砂磨机中研磨,研磨后的物料细度98%通过1-5um后出料,物料再与事先溶解好的有机膨润土一起放入高剪切乳化釜中,乳化后即可制成流到性良好的相应重量百分比的氟吡草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆·氯氨吡啶酸油悬浮剂。
实施例七:氟吡草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆·氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯水分散粒剂。
将上述物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,加入捏合机中捏合成可塑性物料,最后将此物料放入挤压造粒机中挤压造粒,造粒后经干燥、筛分后即制得相应重量百分比的氟吡草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆·氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯水分散粒剂。

将上述物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,即得相应重量百分比的氟吡草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆·氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯可湿性粉剂。
实施例九:氟吡草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆·氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯悬浮剂。
将上述配方按比例进行预先粉碎,再加入砂磨机中研磨,经高剪切混合后调配制得到相应重量百分比的氟吡草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆·氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯悬浮剂。

综上所述,本发明组分合理,氟吡草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆·氯氨吡啶酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯三元组合具有协同增效响应,为玉米田尤其是以稗草(Echinochloacrusgalli)、马齿苋(Portulacaoleracea)、泽漆(Euphorbiahelioscopia)为优势杂草的玉米田提供了优良的杂草治理解决方案。
Claims (4)
1.一种氟吡草酮和氯吡嘧磺隆及吡啶羧酸类除草剂的农药组合物,其特征在于:有效成分为氟吡草酮、氯吡嘧磺隆、吡啶羧酸类除草剂;氟吡草酮在组合物中的重量百分比为1%~30%,氯吡嘧磺隆在组合物中的重量百分比为1%~30%,吡啶羧酸类除草剂在组合物中的重量百分比为1%~30%,其余为农药助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氟吡草酮和氯吡嘧磺隆及吡啶羧酸类除草剂的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述的吡啶羧酸类除草剂选自氯氨吡啶酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的氟吡草酮和氯吡嘧磺隆及吡啶羧酸类除草剂的农药组合物,其特征在于:它的剂型是悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂中的一种。
4.权利要求1所述的含有氟吡草酮和氯吡嘧磺隆及吡啶羧酸类除草剂的农药组合物在防除玉米田一年生杂草中的用途。
